The aim of this research is to know the response of fisherman of arad nets towards the enactment of Regulation of Minister of Marine and Fishery Number 71 / PERMEN-KP / 2016, to analyze social, economic, and fishery resources impacts of Fishery Minister's Regulation No. 71 / PERMEN-KP / 2016 for fisherman nets Arad. This study used census method by conducting direct interviews to respondents using arad fishery fishing equipment which is represented by 30 arad fishermen respondents in Jakarta Bay waters (population). The results of this study for respondents who do not agree with the implementation of Candidate KP No. 71 Year 2016 argued that the arad web does not damage the aquatic ecosystem of the Bay of Jakarta, does not have the expertise to operate other fishing equipment other than arad nets, the absence of capital to replace the arad fishing gear, while for the respondents who agree with the enactment of Candidate KP. 71 of 2016 argued that the arad web was damaging the waters ecosystem of the Jakarta Bay so they were willing to switch to using environmentally friendly fishing gear. Social impact for fishermen of arad nets due to the enactment of Candidate of KP. 71 Year 2016 is the potential of social friction with other fishing gear. Impact is economy, fisherman's income arad net that will decrease drastically. The impact of the enactment of Candidate KP No. 71 Year 2016 to the fish resources there is a decrease in catches landed by fishermen nets arad so that fish resources can renew themselves, in addition to the aquatic ecosystem can improve themselves in order to create a well maintained ecosystem of fisheries.

Tanpa subsidi solar (Rp 7.500 per liter) maka terjadi peningkatan biaya operasional per trip sebesar 36,76% (Rp 20.410.696 per trip), sedangkan jumlah effort yang diperbolehkan relatif tetap (1.600 trip per bulan). Title: Impact of Fuel Subsidy on Sustainablity to Fishery Resources in Bitung, North SulawesiThe study aims to determine the impact of diesel price fixing subsidy to sustainability of fish resources has been carried out in the port of Ocean Fishery Bitung, Bitung City in April, August and October 2010. Analysis of biological parameter estimation is done using a production surplus model based on the method of Clark, Yoshimoto and Pooley (CYP). The analysis of the dynamics and the causal relationship between the exploitation of fishery resources to fishing effort carried out by the method of dynamical systems analysis. The results showed that in the baseline condition (diesel price of Rp 4,500 per liter), the average price of Rp 6,200 per kg of fish and operational costs Rp 14,924,373 per trip allowed the amount of effort that is as much a 1601 trips per month and the amount of production of 982 tons per month, and 1306 tons of fish stocks. Without the solar subsidy (Rp 7,500 per liter), then an increase in operating costs per trip by 36.76% (Rp 20,410,696 per trip), while the amount of effort that allowed relatively fixed (1,600 trips per month). These results indicate that the diesel subsidy policy does not provide a significant impact on the sustainability of fish resources in Bitung. Therefore, solar subsidies should be given to fishermen in Bitung so that they can perform the utilization of fish resources in a sustainable manner as well as reducing the potential for use by fishermen neighboring countries illegally.

The use of trawling as a fishing tool has long been known to have a very bad impact on the environment and creates social conflict in fishing communities. Likewise, on the North-East coast of Aceh there are still fishermen who use trawlers as fishing gear. On the other hand, the use of trawling is very damaging to the environment and causes social conflicts for fishermen. The cessation of trawling operations also has an economic and social impact on fishermen who have been using trawling for their livelihood. This study tries to explore how the impact of environmental damage and social impacts or fishing conflicts that occur due to the use of trawling and how the social and economic impacts if trawling operations are stopped on the North-East coast of Aceh. The research method was carried out with an exploratory descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that there was significant environmental damage in the research area, namely in the waters of Lhokseumawe, North Aceh, East Aceh and Langsa. This is marked by the destruction of coral reefs and the reduced population of various types of fish, some of which are even very rare. The use of trawling also has an impact on social conflicts among fishermen which often occur. Meanwhile, the prohibition of trawling also has an impact on the loss of income for trawler fishermen and those who depend on trawling operations for their livelihoods. This study recommends stopping trawling permanently to preserve the aquatic environment and avoid social conflicts with fishing communities. Furthermore, to save trawler fishermen, the government must try to convert trawler fishing gear to fishing gear that is more economical and environmentally friendly.

Chicken feathers are the result of waste from slaughterhouses and billions ofkilograms of waste produced by various kinds of poultry processing. This hal is a veryserious problem for the environment because it causes the impact of pollution. Hasmany utilization of chicken feather waste such as making komocen, accessories, upholstery materials, making brackets to the manufacture of animal feed but from theresults of this activity cannot reduce the production of chicken feathers that hiscontinuously increase every year. This is due to the fact that the selling price of chickenmeat has been reached by consumers with middle to upper economic levels. This caneasily be a chicken menu in almost all restaurants and restaurants to the food stalls onthe side of the road. An alternative way of utilizing chicken feathers is to makecomposite materials in the form of panels. Recent studies have shown that the pvacmaterial can be utilized as a mixing and adhesive material with mashed or groundfeathered composites to form a panel that can later be used as an acoustic material. The test results show that the absorption of chicken feathers and pvac glue into panelscan absorb sound well with an absorption coefficient of 0.59, light. This result is veryeconomical so it is worth to be recommended as an acoustic material. Apart from theresults of research methods carried out is one of the environmentally friendly activitiesin particular the handling of waste problems

The mode of development of the COVID-19 pandemic in Russia and the impact of the epidemic on the areas of scientific research, education and functioning of the fuel and energy complex are discussed. The official statistics revealed evidence both of effectivity of the taken anti-epidemic measures in Moscow and of possible cases of incorrectness of statistical data. The social situation and the mode of development of the epidemic in Moscow and in the regions of Russia are essentially different, that reduces the effectiveness of anti-epidemic measures introduced uniformly throughout the whole country. The conditions of the pandemic and quarantine are difficult for everyone, but organizations and persons with a more modern informational character of production adapt to them more easily. In general, it can be suggested that the epidemic besides the very essential losses gives an important impulse for social-economic and political modernization of the society.

The peculiarities of gemstone market functioning under the impact of globalization are examined. Modern condition of financial stabilization in world is defined and main features of gemstones are outlined. Negative impact of illegal market on socio-economic development of countries, namely on revenues to the country’s budget from the business, is revealed. The importance of the problem of transferring most of gemstones processing operations beyond the countries of production is emphasized. Poor public control over the circulation of precious stones is proven. The challenges are substantiated to be aggravating under the impact of globalization. The diamonds market, which has peculiar high demand, is analyzed: diamonds and derivatives account for 85% of global turnover. Application of managerial strategies for gemstones market to efficiently use resources is defined to be complicated by the fact that managerial strategies impact the high cost of product items and its variability; unique features; intangible qualities; complicated processing. More environmentally friendly production and social responsibility are confirmed to have impact on forming of demand on gemstones. Investment attractiveness of gemstones, except for diamonds, is proven to be low. Condition of production and consumption of diamonds is analyzed. Development condition of the market segment – non-diamonds gemstones – is shown. The activity of small enterprises and households engaged in gemstones production is confirmed to be characterized by chaotic and complicated nature of broker networks, leading to aggravated global challenges. The paper defines that expansion of spectrum and emergence of new opportunities for illegal activity, reduced income and loss of other types of economic benefits, growing negative ecological and social impact, growing exploitation of workers at illegal enterprises remain to be the global challenges of gemstones market functioning. The author suggests increasing of social and ecological responsibility of business, strengthening of the state regulating functions and promotion of gemstones market legalization in order to reduce the challenges.

Through a cultural-historical analysis, the chapter portrays the Opera-Telephone in Munich as a special means of listening and explores its technical, social, economic, and psychological aspects. These aspects strongly reflect the reciprocal relation of technical innovation and listening to music, for example, by emphasizing the meaning of live broadcasting for listening habits and by highlighting the impact of headphone use on aural perception. The latter practice enables the transfer of the multidimensional opera event into a pure listening experience as the visual element is eliminated. The Opera-Telephone also serves to illustrate matters of social status in regard to private and public listening. In this way, opera was incorporated into the marketing of modern technical products.

The COVID-19 pandemic represents a global threat and crisis situation, and its wide-reaching impact has also affected marital satisfaction. Dysfunction of the marital system puts the survival of the family unit at risk. This research aimed to determine the level of marital satisfaction of Portuguese families during the social lockdown and the association between the variables under study. A descriptive, exploratory study was conducted. During the social lockdown, 276 people of Portuguese nationality and residing in Portugal were recruited using nonprobabilistic convenience sampling. Marital satisfaction in the pandemic phase showed low values that may be associated with the social, economic, and political context experienced by the pandemic situation. Future research must be carried out in order to identify, prevent, and intervene in situations of violence. In addition, future research should explore not only marital satisfaction during the current pandemic but a more systemic assessment of marital relations during crises, expanding the impact of marital satisfaction in family functioning.
