Indonesia to be the world’s second-largest contributor of plastic waste in the oceans. Every resident in Indonesia can produce 0,52 kg/person/day of waste. Efforts to overcome the problem of waste by processing it into Pellets, which contain calories from 2,800 to 3,300 kcal/kg using the peuyeumisasi method, so that they can use for co-firing in PLTU. Trial for direct co-firing coal and RDF Pellet from Klungkung Bali, will be carry out on Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion (CFBC) boiler. The goal of study to analyze the feasibility for co-firing with SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis questionnaire was compiled based on internal and external factors, which was carried out through the study of literature and document. After the questionnaire was compiled, the questionnaire was given to respondents who collected 10 people, selected based on factors of relevance and understanding of the issues discussed. The results of the questionnaire show the main indicators, which are divided into 2 parts, internal factors consisting of strengths, weaknesses and external factors consisting of opportunities and threats. Then implemented in the SWOT matrix, to get the best strategy and whether the decision is feasible or not. The results is feasible to be implemented in the PLTU MSW, with internal factor value of 3,03 or rounded to 3 (strong) and an external factor value of 2,6 or rounded to 3 (strong). Several strategies are designed to use the strength to take advantage of opportunities, reduce weaknesses and threats.

The aim of being able to see what development strategies are suitable for mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City. The research objective was to see the strategy for developing mangrove tourism in Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City with a SWOT analysis. The data collection used was a questionnaire method with a list of questions to the respondents. The analysis method used is a SWOT analysis to see internal factors and external factors, which will then be entered into the SWOT matrix. The research results obtained from the analysis of internal factors and external factors. The result of the internal factor is a strength (strength) of 2.75 while the weakness (weakness) is 1.46, so the value of the internal factor is 2.75-1.46 = 1.29 while from the external factor the opportunity (opportunity) is 2 , 52 and for the threat (threat) is 1.58, the value of the external factor is 2.52-1.58 = 0.94. Based on the analysis diagram, the SWOT strategy is in the Cell (quadrant) I position. This shows that the SO strategy in the SWOT matrix is an aggressive strategy. This strategy explains that Kampung Sejahtera mangrove tourism can take advantage of the surrounding environment. The environment around mangrove tourism is still natural so that it is very likely for the community to add stages such as trading, opening food stalls, and lodging businesses around the mangrove tourism of Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, and Utilizing mangrove forests so as not to abrasion around mangrove tourism Kampung Sejahtera on Baai Island, Bengkulu City, which makes the tourist area safe and tourists who visit are comfortable and not worried about abrasion

Swot analysis is a problem solving process in determining the best strategy for the progress of the organization by looking at aspects of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. One product from the sugar cane is brown sugar cane. ‘UKM Bumi Asih’ is one of the producer of the sugar cane in Bondowoso Regency. Brown sugar cane has potential prospect to developed because it can be used to any purposed (for household needs and beverage industries). This study was aimed to identify the internal and external factors that affected business development of brown sugar cane. The study were used the methods of internal factor evaluation (IFE) and eksternal factor evaluation (EFE). Internal factor analysis was performed to identify the company's internal strengths that can be used and anticipated weaknesses. External factor analysis was conducted to identify opportunities that can be exploited and threats that can be avoided. The scores output from matrix IFE and EFE were all categorized with total score 2.812 for internal factors and 3.0315 for external factor. Both scores were above 2.5 which meas that the internal position was strong enough. So its has the ability above the average to take advantage of the power and opportunities to anticipated the internal weakness and the threats. <p class="Abstrak"><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study focuses on identifying internal and external factors from Crystal Guava Production and Service Unit of SMK 2 Batu. Therefore, strategies for the development of Production Units as edupreneurship can be obtained, namely vehicles for practicing work and entrepreneurship for students by doing creative and innovative efforts, the use of technology at the time of the guava crystal production process and its marketing implementation. Based on the internal factor analysis of the UPJ in SMK 2 Batu at 1.19 and the external factor analysis of 1.15 which is then analyzed using the SWOT matrix at the coordinate point (1.19:1.15) which means the quadrant I (SO) namely having to develop their internal power be`1cause the opportunity to develop UPJ in SMK N 2 batu is widely opened. The SO strategy that has been developed based on the SWOT matrix is (1) making Guidelines for production activities of Production Units that propose Curriculum, (2) product development and the use of the latest technology in organic crystal cultivation, (3) expanding market share with promotional media on social media, (4) increasing student involvement in cultivation and marketing (sales services, promotion in social media), (5) increasing collaboration with industrial parties to transfer knowledge and technology of crystal guava cultivation and maintain continuity of guava products.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengindentifikasi faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa Jambu Kristal SMKN 2 Batu sehingga diperoleh strategi-strategi pengembangan Unit Produksi sebagai <em>Edupreneurship</em> yaitu wahana berlatih bekerja dan berwirausaha bagi siswa dengan melakukan yang usaha kreatif dan inovatif, dan penggunaan teknologi pada saat budidadaya Jambu Kristal serta pemasarannya. Berdasarkan analisis faktor internal dari Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebesar 1,19 dan analisis faktor eksternal sebesar 1,15 yang selanjutnya dianalisis susuai matriks SWOT berada pada titik koordinat (1,19: 1,15) yang berarti pada kuadran I (SO) yaitu harus mengembangkan kekutan internalnya karena peluang untuk mengembangkan Unit Produksi dan Jasa SMKN 2 Batu sebagai <em>Edupreneurship </em>terbuka lebar. Adapun strategi SO yang dikembangkan. Adapun strategi SO yang telah dikembangkan berdasarkan matriks SWOT ialah (1) pembuatan Pedoman kegiatan produksi Unit Produksi yang mengaju Kurikulum, (2) melakukan pengembangan produk dan penggunaan teknologi terbaru pada budidaya jambu kristal (organic), (3) memperluas pangsa pasar dengan media promosi di media sosial, (4) peningkatan keterlibatan siswa dalam budidaya dan pemasaran (layanan penjualan, promosi di media soasial), (5) Meningkatkan kerjasama dengan pihak DU/DI yang sejenis untuk transfer ilmu dan teknologi budidaya jambu kristal dan menjaga kontinuitas produk jambu.

This study aims to determine the competitive strategy adopted the Bali Tropic Resort & Spa. The subjects in this study were 14 department head managers. This research was tested using a SWOT analysis, namely by identifying various internal and external factors of the company. The analysis of internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which were then formulated in the SWOT Diagram and SWOT Matrix. From the results of the analysis on the SWOT diagram, it appears that the position of the Bali Tropic Resort & Spa is located in Quadrant I, which shows that Bali Tropic Resort & Spa faces several opportunities and has various forces that drive these opportunities and it is recommended to carry out the SO strategy by taking advantage of opportunities. Based on the SWOT matrix, the SO strategy that companies can implement is to take advantage of increasingly sophisticated technological developments to facilitate promotional activities and make packages that attract guests' attention.

The title of this study is the Strategy of Increasing Consumer Food Loyalty in CurupCity, Rejang Lebong Regency (Case Study in "Henvian" Typical Food Industry). Thisresearch is based on the importance of strategies in increasing business and consumerloyalty to products sold.Strategies to increase business and consumer loyalty can bedone with a SWOT analysis. Place of this research is the "Henvian" shop that sellstypical Rejang lebong food. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative.Informants in this study were people who were considered to know for certain about theHENVIAN Specialty Food Store in Curup City, Rejang Lebong Regency. The dataanalysis technique used in this study is a SWOT analysis to determine the strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats in a typical Rejang Lebong food business.By using SWOT analysis techniques that consist of strengths (weakness), weaknesses(weakness), opportunities (opportnity) and threats (threath). The results of this studycan be concluded that the internal factors that are the strength of the marketing strategyare the quality of the product that is good at a price affordable to the public andtourists, service that is friendly and responsive to consumer needs, as well astechnological advancements that facilitate the promotion of business. Internal factorsthat are a weakness are often lack of stock, there are some products that do not meet thestandard packaging, the product shelf life is short, employees do not use uniforms.External factors that become opportunities are a fairly high economic community,abundant raw materials while external factors that are a threat are the manycompetitors, an unstable economy, the price of basic needs increases. Based on theresults of the SWOT analysis of internal and external factors, the strategy used is toimprove product quality by improving the appearance of packaging and quality ofcontent and quality of service by providing uniforms to employees and providingstandards of service to consumers. .Keywords: Strategy, Consumer Loyalty, SWOT

Environment (external factors) and user attributes (internal factors) affect the user's response to the environment. This study aims to uncover how the quality of the environment in high school as an external factor and student motivation as an internal factor affects the academic performance of the students. The research was conducted with qualitative and quantitative approach. Data were collected by survey using an online questionnaire. From the regression analysis, it was found that the dimensions of external factors of "classroom order", "social interaction and supervision" and "air quality" further increased the effectiveness of student learning rather than internal dimensions of "resilience and capacity building". Meanwhile, the decrease in air quality, noise, and environmental pollution can cause student learning disruption. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the learning environment plays an important role in shaping the effectiveness of student learning.

Cindy Group is a company grouped as SMEs which produces boiled fish, both traditional and hygienic. Companies to keep their survival in order to survive in a competitive market, must have a strategy to attract consumers to buy their products. One of the best strategy is to evaluate and develop appropriate marketing strategies. The objectives of this research are: (1) to identify and analyze internal and external factors influencing Cindy Group marketing strategy, (2) to formulate Cindy Group marketing strategy, and (3) to prioritize Cindy Group marketing strategy. Based on internal and external factors, Cindy Group formulated strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats toward marketing strategy using Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE). The total score in the IFE and EFE matrices illustrated that the firm's stable position in responding to external situations. The total IFE score of 3.3436 indicated that the strengths of Cindy Group could overcome the weaknessess very well. Total EFE score of 2.5545 indicated that Cindy Group was good enough to respond the opportunities and minimize threats. Based on QSPM analysis, the priority strategy to be applied in the marketing of fishery processed products at UMKM Cindy Group which was expanding marketing network, maintaining quality, increasing sales service and increasing cooperation with related institutions and cooperatives/other SMEs in order to get raw material access.

Equity Growth is influenced by internal and external factors. Internal factor under control management, i.e. return on asset (ROA), dept to equity ratio (DER) retention rate (RR). The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of internal factors toward equity growth. Using financial data of campanies listed in Jakarta Stock Exchange (JSE) from the periods of 2004 to 2008, this study finds that return on asset influence equity growth. Meanwhile, Debt to Equity Ratio and Ratention Rate show no such effect. Kata kunci:  Return On Asset, Debt to EquityRatio, Ratention Rate, Equity Growth
