The study was conducted by dividing the questionnaire to a number of 35 people, all employees of the general section and HR who were used as research samples. Data analysis using simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and coefficient of determination. The results of the study indicate a positive and direct effect between compensation for employee job satisfaction. Based on the calculation of the correlation coefficient obtained a result of 0.723 where the number of scores shows the strong relationship of compensation to employee job satisfaction. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that compensation affects employee job satisfaction by 52.3% while the remaining 47.7% is influenced by other factors beyond research. Key Word: Financial compensation, non financial compensation, Job Satisfaction

The aim is to see the effect of work influence on employee performance, which represents employee performance, as well as work discipline and workers on employee performance. Which is the object of research at the Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Pematangsiantar City with 40 employees. The analysis used is the validity and reliability test, normality, coefficient of determination, simple and multiple equations, then partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the study found that all variables of this study: work discipline, individual appraisal and performance were declared valid and reliable. To test for normal distribution that the value of the variable is stated as normal distribution, then the coefficient of determination shows that each independent variable contributes to the employee performance variable. The results of the equation carried out with simple regression show positive results and with multiple equations it is found that the greater the contribution of individual factors to employee performance than work discipline. Partial test (t test) found a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance, as well as to assess individual performance. Simultaneous test (F test) that work discipline and people have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work stress on employee voluntary turnover intention, with the dimensions of work stress partially and simultaneously. The use of methods in this study is to use the type of sampling included in Simple Random Sampling and by distributing questionnaires as many as 210 respondents. The data analysis technique method used is Path Analysis by using SPSS 24 Software, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and a simultaneous test (f test). The results, the t test showed that work stress through the Role Conflict dimension (X1) had a positive and not significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, the Ambiguous / Unclear Role (X2) had a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention, Excessive Workload (X3 ) has a positive and significant effect on Voluntary Turnover Intention. Based on the F test sig value 0,000 <0,05 which means that work stress together (simultaneous) namely Role Conflict (X1), ambiguous / unclear role (X2), and excessive workload (X3) have a significant effect towards Voluntary Turnover Intention (Y). Conclusion, simultaneously job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee voluntary turnover intention at PT Doosan Sinar Sukabumi, Sukabumi Regency Keywords: Job Stress, Voluntary Turnover Intention
