The COVID - 19 pandemic and the health crisis that today has affected the entire world, has forced many companies to make the use of technological tools essential for them to compete in the market. All this has made mobile applications or web systems the most appropriate solution to implement in your business model. The present investigative work aims to propose the analysis and development of an order management system, digitizing the menu for restaurants and allowing the ordering process to be quick and interactive. Following the guidelines provided by the Government of Peru, in which they recommend, the digitization of traditional letters as it is considered a source of the spread of the coronavirus and to be replaced by menus or virtual letters which can be scanned through QR codes. The development of this project allows customers to view in detail the available dishes offered by the restaurant and proceed to order the food they want, on the other hand, the restaurant can keep track of all orders and relevant information about the business. To develop the prototype, an analysis and information gathering of the technologies to be implemented will begin.

BACKGROUND The volume of search keywords on Google can be used as a reference to an ongoing online trend during COVID-19 pandemic. OBJECTIVE This study was aimed to estimate the responsiveness and public awareness in early days of the COVID-19 outbreak in Indonesia using Google Trends relative search volumes (RSV). METHODS Sixty terms or keywords forming six topics included in the analysis were basic information, prevention, government policy, socio-economic, anxiety, and other issues related to COVID-19. All these keywords were checked for surveillance purposes between January 1 and May 4, 2020. The Python programming language was used for data mining from Google Trends databases. Correlation analysis was conducted to examine the correlations between the incidence of COVID-19 and the search terms. RESULTS Community response and awareness in the six topics were associated with the number of COVID-19 cases (r range between 0.570-0.825, P-value<.005). Before the first case announced in Indonesian, the prominent topics were basic information and other issues. One month after the first case, all topics experienced an increase in RSV. In the phase of outbreak, socio-economic and anxiety got much more attentions. CONCLUSIONS The government should consider to optimize the internet as a media for timely delivering most relevant information and dynamically respond massive queries, and improve health communications to increase public awareness and intention to prevent the disease.

<span>Indonesia is a country located on top of some tectonic plates that bring potential natural disasters. Disaster management system is considered essential in controlling the situation in the site both before and after the disaster takes place. In disaster situation, the government and society are involved in a volunteer team in order to help minimize victims and support survivors. However, the volunteering activities are often hindered since there are problems in the disaster site. One of the problems is late responses due to poor coordination among volunteers that drives the delay in disaster relief. Therefore, it is necessary to have an application that maps the positions of volunteers in a disaster site, so that the disaster management coordinator can disseminate volunteers to disaster areas based on needs. The purpose of the study is to propose an application called ‘MyMapVolunteers’ that effectively and efficiently detects the position of the volunteers in order to improve disaster management service. In this case, real time and location based service technology will able to detect the position of each volunteer. ‘MyMapVolunteers’ is composed of two platforms, which are mobile and web applications. Mobile platform is an application that uses GPS function provided by the smartphone to find the volunteers’ location coordinates and then send the data of the location automatically and manually. The web platform is used to receive volunteers’ location data and to present them in google map, therefore disaster management coordinator can monitor the positions of and search for volunteers faster.</span>

Citizens of our country face municipal complications like Street damage, Street cleaning, Garbage bin overflowing, light post damage, wa-ter outage etc. They started to register their complaints with advanced technologies. The complaint registration has many ways to file their complaints, it makes easier to register the complaint and saves our time. To solve these types of complications, we are going to implement a web application that helps the people to intimate about their issues directly to the government officer. So when the people iden-tify any complications in the city`s environment then, the government officer will solve the complications through his web portal. This will minimize time as well as money to go to an office for complaint registration. If the problem solved by those subjective then user will get the problem solved message. Otherwise, the problem will be again send to higher authorities to take action about it. The message alert will hap-pens repeatedly until the problem gets solve. Abstract. ICT is one of the technological enablers of a smart city which facilitates the developments in various sectors of the community such as in governance, transportation, education, safety, tourism, and communication. Development of smartphone applications have directly contributed to areas of smart living, smart people, smart governance, and smart mobility as it provides several features catering digital services in the city and flexible utilization of the city services. However, smart city development is not merely the creation of digital services for the citizens but instead involves a two-way communication between the government and citizen’s collaborative processes and digital participation. The purpose of this paper is to provide a framework for a mobile tool wherein people can easily access the most essential everyday city services and in the same manner provide the city authorities to gather relevant information from the application through review of literature and other relevant documents.

This paper is focused on the usage of location services in mobile applications that were developed for the purpose of reporting different events that are based on their location. The event that is intended to be generic and universal can, as in examples used in this paper, be the reporting of some occurrence to a city’s communal affairs office. Such a generic event can include both multimedia and textual data, in addition to location information obtained using mobile device running the app. The software solution that is described in this paper consists of a mobile application that was developed for the Android operating system and a web application that includes a series of PHP scripts that run on a dedicated server. The web application consists of a backend scripts that facilitate the communication of a smart phone and the server and frontend related scripts used by users and administrators to access and check the data and process the reported events.

The novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) now known as Covid-19 was first detected in the city of Wuhan, China in December 2019. The disease rapidly spread to other cities in China and to other parts of the world. The aim of this study is to investigate the contribution which the economic zones and movement of people into the country and from city to city and State to State within the country have on the spread of the disease in Nigeria. Data of the daily update of Covid-19 occurrence in Nigeria as given by the NCDC Covid-19 Situation report were assembled. The data of the first index in each State between February 27 and March 28, 2020 with the status of whether they were from foreign travel or from within the community was compiled. The results show that economic zones and human movement contribute to the early spread of the disease. The initial spatial spread in Nigeria was observed to follow closely behind the test laboratory distribution pattern. This may suggest that samples from the locations far from the laboratories were not obtained, hence the suggestion for early aggressive country-wide-large scale testing to cover almost everyone should be started very early before the spread is everywhere. The test labs should cover the whole country with the tests made free and mandatory to encourage and force people to come out for it and the restriction protocols should strictly be adhered to. The boarders of the country should be closed early to stop further import of the disease from the high risk countries. When the airports are later re-opened, they should not be to the high-risk countries of the disease. There is also a need for a national policy on responding to and managing any future public health crisis such as Covid-19 pandemic before its occurrence. This policy will help the government to know what to start doing quickly when there is any occurrence. Government should also look inward to mobilize the scientists inside the country by providing research grants purposely to combat the pandemic. Such grants will enable our scientists to make their contribution in addition to the ones made by the scientists outside the country.
