Penelitian pada Dwelling Time merupakan waktu dihitung mulai dari suatu container dibongkar dari kapal sampai petikemas tersebut meninggalkan terminal pelabuhan melalui pintu utama. Rata-rata dwelling time kurang atau sama dengan 3 hari yaitu untuk rute Jakarta – Semarang – Banjarmasin dengan frequency kedatangan every 5,0 days dan perlu  adanyapengoptimalkan kinerja yang sesuai semaksimal mungkin dengan melakukan koordinasi  agar dapat merealisasikan tugas masing- masing  pihak agar sesuai dengan SOP  yang berlaku  sehingga semua kegiatan  dapat berjalan sebagai mana mestinya guna memangkas dwelling time, karena akan berpengaruh dalam jadwal kerja kapal dan kondisi container pada saat bongkar muat .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang Proses Dwelling Time yang terjadi di Terminal Petikemas Banjarmasin, penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif. Penelitian kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang tidak menggunakan perhitungan. Atau diistilahkan dengan penelitian ilmiah yang menekankan pada karakter alamiah sumber data yang didapatkan setelah melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bertujuan mendeskripsikan proses Dwelling Time terhadap kegiatan bongkar muat    Mv. Meratus Kendari 1 di PT Meratus Line Cabang Banjarmasin.

Tingginya arus petikemas dan keterbatasan luas lapangan penumpukan pada terminal petikemas di Tanjung Priok mengharuskan terminal petikemas untuk menekan dwelling time petikemas. Selain dampak inefisiensi terminal petikemas, dwelling time dapat menyebabkan tingginya biaya logistik yang berpengaruh kepada harga komoditi. Terkait masalah tersebut, pemerintah menargetkan lamanya penumpukan petikemas di Tanjung Priok hanya 4 hari. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pencapaian penurunan dwelling time di PT. JICT setelah adanya kebijakan target tersebut. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif untuk menghitung dwelling time petikemas. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, diketahui bahwa capaian petikemas impor dengan dwelling time kurang atau sama dengan empat hari sejak Januari hingga November 2014 yaitu sebanyak 335.081 boks atau 49,6% dari throughput petikemas impor di PT. JICT. Jumlah petikemas tersebut meningkat jika dibandingkan periode sebelumnya yang memiliki rata-rata dwelling time per tahun selama 7 – 8 hari. Permasalahan yang menyebabkan tingginya dwelling time di Tanjung Priok yaitu adanya permasalahan pada proses custom clearance dan pada proses post clearance. Kata kunci: dwelling time, petikemas, impor dan Tanjung Priok.

Background: To evaluate two pediatric patients with syndromic craniofacial anomaly that underwent craniofacial reconstructive surgery using resorbable plate-screw systems which have been claimed as biodegradable fixation materials and used in craniofacial reconstructive procedures owing to their advantages such as adequate biomechanical resistance, longer dwelling time, elimination through physiological routes without causing any foreign body reaction and/or significant sequale. Patient and Method: Resorbable plate-screw systems used in 2 patiens for craniofacial reconstructive procedures such as bilateral fronto-orbital advancement and segmental right orbita (four wall box) osteotomy were evaluated as for their efficacy. Result: Adequate fixation was obtained in both patient, but Infection complication was seen in segmental right orbita osteotomy patient that appear localized abcess formation on subciliary incision and fronto medial insicion. After drainage insicion and antibiotic administration for 1 week, the infection was relieved. Summary: Owing to resorbable copolymer which contain a polyester derivate of L- lactidc and glycolic acid are ideal fixation materials used favourably in pediatric craniofacial reconstructive surgery and have further advantages such as adequate biomechanical resistance against distraction and compression forces in the early postoperative period, longer dwelling time and elimination from the body through physiological routes without causing any foreign body reaction.

This study argues that container loading and unloading congestion at Tanjung Priok Port is caused by long dwelling time due to the limited capacity of existing container terminals. Therefore, the Kalibaru Terminal was built to overcome this problem. The research objective is to look at the planning, construction, and operation of the Kalibaru Terminal. This study uses historical methods consisting of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of this study indicate that the construction of the Kalibaru Terminal is a superior project of government and private cooperation so that it must go through an international tender. The development of Kalibaru Terminal aims to increase productivity and accelerate economic growth. The existence of the Kalibaru Terminal also caused the flow of goods to run smoothly and decrease in dwelling time from eight to three days.

Alumina-Y-TZP composites between 0 to 25 vol% Y-TZP content produced via conventional two-stage sintering with T1 ranging between 1400°C and 1550°C, heating rate of 20°C/min, followed by T2 of 1350°C and 12 hours dwelling time. The microstructure, density, Vickers hardness (HV), Young’s modulus (E) and fracture toughness (KIC) of the sintered samples were then evaluated. It is observed that all samples up to 10 vol% Y-TZP achieved > 98% T.D. as the T1 increases. Samples with Y-TZP content above 10 vol% resulted in a significant decrease in density and hardness. Samples with ≤ 10 vol% Y-TZP sintered at T1 of 1450°C was able to achieve density > 98% T.D., Vickers hardness > 18 GPa and Young’s modulus > 380 GPa and fracture toughness > 6 MPam1/2 when compared to pure Al2O3 ceramics.

Abstract Introduction Transvenous lead extraction is a safe and effective procedure. The dwell time of the leads, with other factors, is associated with poor outcome of the procedure. However, a precise estimation of the success of the procedure is not available. Purpose The aim of this study is to identify a lead's age threshold able to predict the success of the transvenous lead extraction (TLE) procedure. Methods All patients who underwent TLE in our center from January 2009 to December 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The primary endpoint was the clinical success of the procedure. The optimal cut-off threshold was determined by the analysis of Receiver-Operating Characteristics (ROC) curves, using the Youden index. Results We analyzed 1210 consecutive patients that required transvenous removal of 2343 leads (686 ICD leads, 1657 pacemaker leads, 322 coronary sinus leads). Clinical success was achieved in 1168 patients (96.5%). Dwelling time median of the oldest lead for a patient was 66 months (interquartile range 27.0–115.0). The oldest lead completely removed was 32 years old. ROC curve analysis showed a dwell time threshold of 107 months – 8,92 years - for clinical success (Positive Predictive Value: 99.5%; Negative Predictive Value: 7.8%) and the area under the curve (AUC) was 0.879. Comparison of ROC for dwelling time and the 0.5 curve was assessed as statistically significative (p<0.0001). Conclusions Transvenous lead extraction is an effective procedure. The best cut-off threshold to predict a very high clinical success is 107 months.

Bus dwelling time at stops is affected by the number of boarding and alighting passengers. Due to the uncertainty of traffic state, dwelling time will become unstable, resulting in unreliable bus operations. A short-turn strategy shares passenger demand in certain segments of the full-length vehicles; therefore, this strategy can reduce the dwell time of the full-length vehicles and have potential to improve reliability of bus operations. Firstly, this paper builds a bus operation state model considering short-turn vehicles. Secondly, the process of bus operation is analyzed to investigate the impact of passenger demand on reliability. Then, we propose a short-turn dispatching strategy, which can accurately determine the operation area and departure time. Finally, a numerical simulation is used to evaluate different strategies. As the result, the analysis reveals the following: (1) the bus operational reliability of full-length vehicles under high passenger demand could be improved by a well-designed short-turn strategy; (2) it is beneficial to improve the reliability of bus operation when short-turn vehicles departure at the change point; and (3) an undesigned short-turn dispatching strategy has a negative effect on full-length vehicles operational reliability. This study can help design a short-turn strategy and make valuable contributions to the bus management system.

The mechanical properties and microstructure of W-6Ni-4Co alloy through solid phase sintering and two-step sintering process were investigated. The results demonstrated that the particle sizes of W-6Ni-4Co alloy milled powders increased firstly and decreased later during a mechanical alloying process. The shape of alloy milled powders affected that of grains in alloy by solid phase sintering. The shape of W-rich particles in the alloys changed from stripes to network, to polygonal and to subsphaeroidal finally during two-step sintering process. The mechanical properties could be attributed to the densification and microstructure of alloys, and increased during two-step sintering with short dwelling time.
