As Servants (PNS) must work and devoted loyalty to the state and nation. The village created to manage the rules villagers to meet villages respectively, to the village with good conduct all its activities and can meet the needs of the document will be of residence. Therefore it is necessary to village adequate qualification in order to help citizens properly. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of education, training, discipline and motivation to work on the performance of the device Gebang village beach Cemandi Sidoarjo. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. This study population by 78 respondents and the sample of 65 respondents, with non-probability sampling technique samples. Test equipment used is linear regression analysis with SPSS 16.0 software. After testing the above hypothesis, the obtained regression coefficient of 2.881 education, training amounted to 5.628, 2.706 and working discipline of work motivation variable of 2.217. And F test value of F count 40.791 larger than f Table 2.52 with a significance of 0.000 <á of 0.50, which means that the variables of education, training, work discipline and motivation simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. The test results T education is worth the t count 2,881> t table 2.000, training variable value t count 5.628> t table 2,000, variable labor discipline worth t count 2,706> t table  2,000, variable motivation worth t count 2,217> t table 2,000, which means that the variable education, training, discipline and motivation is partially significant effect on the variable Employee performance. And in this study, it turns out the variables of education, training, discipline and motivation influence on employee performance 73.10% and the remaining 26.90% influenced by other variables outside the model.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Competence and  Organizational Trust on Employee Performance BLUD UPTD Inpatient Health Center Unit of Kebumen District Through Work Motivation. Data collection is done by questionnaire using saturated sample method. Respondents in this study were Non Civil Servants BLUD Employees in 8 Inpatient Health Centers who had worked over 1 year totaling 74 people.  The variables in this study are Competence, Organizational Trust in Performance through Work Motivation. The sampling technique used is the Non Probability Sampling technique. So the selection of sample members taking into account the conditions that have been set.  The data used in this study are primary data and secondary  data. The results of this study indicate that the Competency variable has a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on  Work Motivation. Competence has a positive and not significanteffect on Performance. Organizational Trust has a positive and significant effect on Performance. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect  on Performance.

Employee performance is one of the determinant factors for the achievement of organizational performance. Therefore, improving employee performance is an important issue that must be considered. Many factors can affect employee performance, such as: leadership and motivation. Based on the existing issues in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor, this study examines three variables, namely: leadership, motivation, and performance of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership on motivation and performance of employees in the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal East Timor. The population in this study were all employees of the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese by the number of employees as many as 152 people, while the sample is 110 by using a sampling technique proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with the questionnaire data collection methods. The analysis tool is used path analysis. The results obtained in this study are positive and significant effect of leadership on the motivation, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the increased work motivation. Motivation has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the motivation is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Leadership has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees, meaning that if the leadership is getting better, then the performance of employees is increasing. Therefore, in the future to improve the performance of employees, the Directorate of Administration and Finance Ministry Genderal Estatal Timorese leadership should develop in order to get better and improve employee motivation.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Medan with motivation as an intervining variable. The population in this study were all company employees as many as 62 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are the object of research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data are data obtained through interviews, and through the distribution of questionnaires to responde, secondary data is data obtained through document collection using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work climate and work ethic partially and simulutanly had a significant effect on work motivation and work climate, work ethic and work motivation partially and significantly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

AbstrakTujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan.Kata kunci: Motivasi, Beban Kerja, Organisasional, Kinerja Pegawai  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine the impact of work motivation, workload, and organizational commitment on employee performance. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the effect of work motivation and compensation on employee performance. This type of research is quantitative research, with two independent variables consisting of work motivation (X1) and compensation (X2) and employee performance-dependent variables (Y). The subjects of this study were employees at the office of the village of Pasir Sari, South Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sampling technique or total sampling technique, which amounts to 68 employees. Data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire while the technique of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test and f test. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect on employee performance as indicated by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for work motivation variables (X1) obtained t count results of 2.621 with a significance of 0.011. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then thitung> t table (2,621> 1,668). The Significance value of t is smaller than 0.05 (0.011 <0.05). Compensation has a significant effect on employee performance as shown by the partial test results that the results of the t-test for the compensation variable (X2) obtained the results of t count of 4.218 with a significance of 0,000. Meanwhile, the value in the distribution table is 5% t table of 1,668. Then t count> t table (4,218> 1,668). The Significance value of t is less than 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). Work motivation and compensation on employee performance shows that there is a joint effect of work motivation and compensation variables on employee performance, indicated by the calculated F value of 39.638, greater than the f table of 5% distribution of 3.13 and the significance of F of (0,000 < 0.05).   Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan pengaruh motivasi kerja  dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan dua variabel independen yang terdiri dari motivasi kerja (X1) dan kompensasi (X2) serta variabel dependen kinerja pegawai (Y). Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kantor desa Pasir Sari Kecamatan Cikarang Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh atau teknik total sampling, yang berjumlah 68 pegawai. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau quisioner  sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel motivasi kerja (X1) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 2,621 dengan signifikansi 0,011. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka thitung > t tabel (2,621 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,011 < 0,05). Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai yang ditunjukan dari hasil pengujian secara parsial bahwa hasil uji t untuk variabel kompensasi (X2) diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 4,218 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Sementara itu nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% t tabel sebesar 1,668. Maka t hitung > t tabel (4,218 > 1,668). Nilai Signifikansi t lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, di tunjukan dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 39,638 lebih besar dari f tabel distribusi 5% yaitu 3,13 dan Signifikansi F sebesar (0,000 < 0,05).

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and discipline to employee performance at PT Berkah Makmur. This research is a kind of causal associative research which is obligatory for relationship relation between one variable with other variable or the like. The population in this study are employees who work in PT Berkah Makmur. Sampling method using saturated sampling technique with the number of samples of 32 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires, secondary data. Data analysis method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis method with multiple linier regression analysis technique. The result of hypothesis test show that transformational leadership style and work motivation have no effect on employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmur, but discipline to employee performance in Koperasi Berkah Makmu. Determination coefficient test shows 813% employee performance can be explained by the variables of transformational leadership style, work motivation, and discipline, while the remaining 18.7% is explained by other factors not included in this study

Based on Kompas news, it is known that several pilots who are members of the Garuda Pilot Association (APG) conducted a strike because of management problems. Employees (pilots) assume that management always makes unilateral decisions on every policy made. This study aims to determine the effect of situational leadership style on employee work motivation at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. The independent variable under study is the situational leadership style (X), while employee work motivation (Y) as the dependent variable is examined. Situational leadership style variables are measured using indicators of instruction, consultation, participation, and delegation. The variable work motivation of employees is measured by using indicators of willingness to assume responsibility, achievement motivation, and engagement. This study uses a sample of 25 respondents, namely the executive employee of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch. While sampling uses a saturated sampling technique. The data used are primary data and secondary data collected through questionnaires and observations. The results of this study based on the results of the correlation analysis/relationship between situational leadership style and employee work motivation obtained a correlation value of 0.677 which is classified as positive and strong. The results of simple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Y = 31.931 + 0.599X, X regression coefficient of 0.599 states that every 1% increase in the value of situational leadership style, the motivation value increases by 0.599. The t-test shows that situational leadership style (variable X) partially proved to have a positive effect on employee work motivation (variable Y). The magnitude of the influence of situational leadership on employee motivation is 45.9%, while 54.1% is influenced by other factors such as the desire to live, the desire for a position, the desire for power and the desire for recognition, which is not examined by the researcher. Based on the results of the data analysis, it is suggested that in increasing employee work motivation, it is necessary to have guidance and training in the field of tasks as well as increased motivation related to the needs of employees both internally and externally. For other researchers, it is expected that they can expand the object of their research and not only limited to the PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kupang Branch but can be done in other institutions related to the objectivity of employee motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. This study aims to determine how much influence both partially and simultaneously leadership, motivation and work discipline that occur in CV Kiong Ho Surabaya. This research is included in quantitative research, namely the data used in this study in the form of numbers. The sample from this study was CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees which numbered 35 respondents. Using the disproportionate stratified random sampling model and the collected data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The independent variables used in this study are leadership, work motivation, work discipline. While the performance of CV Kiong Ho Surabaya employees is the dependent variable. This study uses primary data, namely data collection by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the F test showed that employee performance was influenced jointly by leadership, work motivation, work discipline. And the results of partial tests, independent variables consisting of leadership, work motivation, work discipline.

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)
