The concept of saving mankind in God's initiative continues to work to this day. Believers and the church must express the attitude that missionary activities to fulfill the Great Commission are an important part that cannot be separated from the lives of believers and God's church. The church or believers sometimes experience a lack of understanding of the concept of mission so they experience obstacles in evangelizing. The evangelistic motivation that is born from the missiological concept in Acts 13:47 will equip the believer today. The author describes this article using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research can be started with Paul's Call in Evangelism and then text analysis so as to produce findings, among others: first, Preographical and God's Will, Being Light for the Nation and Motivation to Bring the news of salvationKonsep menyelamatkan manusia dalam inisiatif Allah terus bekerja sampai hari ini. Orang percaya dan gereja haraus menyatakan sikap bahwa kegiatan misi untuk memenuhi Amanat Agung merupakan bagian penting yang tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan orang percaya maupun gereja Tuhan. Gereja atau orang percaya terkadang mengalami ketidak pahaman tentang konsep misi sehingga mengalami rintangan dalam menginjil. Motivasi penginjilan yang lahir dari konsep misiologi dalam Kisah Para Rasul 13:47 akan memperlengkapi orang percaya masa kini. Penulis mendeskripsikan artikel ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian ini dapat dimulai dengan Panggilan  Paulus dalam Penginjilan selanjutnya analisa teks sehingga menghasilkan hasil temuan antara lain: pertama,  Preogratif dan Kehendak Tuhan, Menjadi Terang bagi Bangsa dan Motivasi Membawa kabar keselamatan

In general, the problem of mission today is related to a one-sided emphasis on one side. One emphasizes and maintains the context of the humanitarian field with all its problems and challenges so that it tends to ignore the text. While others are fixated on the text and ignore the context. It is undeniable that the mission paradigm will influence and determine its missionary practice. This paper is intended to contribute theoretically about the importance of reconstructing the Church's mission paradigm that is relevant to the context of today's Indonesia, and practically the churches in Indonesia can implement an applicable form of mission by taking part in alleviating the concrete problems faced. by the community according to the capabilities of the church members. By using a qualitative approach, namely a literature study, the author will describe descriptively about the foundation of Christian mission and the urgency of conducting a review or updating of the understanding and practice of its mission in the current concrete situation. It was concluded that the mission of the church must still be carried out but in its implementation it must pay attention to the social situation in the community. Because the mission of the church without paying attention to the context of its recipients will find difficulties and even failures in carrying out God's will as the light and salt of the world. This means that the strategy or technique of the church's mission must be implemented according to the current context in which the church is present.

Church leaders and believers often focus too much on their respective churches and pay less attention to the unity of the body of Christ in winning souls. There is an understanding of the basic concept of evangelism that is not properly understood in its application as a witness of Christ. Becomes an obstacle in actualizing the mandate of the Great Commission. Through descriptive qualitative methods, it can be concluded that the essence of the Great Commission and its Challenges will lead believers to maintain the spirituality of believers because with a mature and spiritually mature spirituality they can become examples and role models so that they can actualize the Mission appropriately and in line with God's will. Furthermore, the believer has the knowledge that mission is a testimony of the believer's faith. hence this missiological concept carries the same spirit when Jesus wanted believers to be light and bring the news of salvation.AbstrakPemimpin gereja dan orang percaya tidak jarang terlalu lebih fokus pada gerejanya masing-masing dan kurang memberi perhatian pada kesatuan tubuh Kristus dalam memenangkan jiwa-jiwa. Adanya pengertian konsep dasar penginjilan yang tidak dimengerti secara benar dalam penerapannya sebagai saksi Kristus. Menjadi kendala dalam mengaktualisasi mandat Amanat Agung. Melalui metode kualitatif deskritif  dapat disimpulkan bahwa hakikat Amanat Agung  dan tantangannya akan membawa orang percaya  untuk menjaga  Spritualitas orang percaya sebab dengan kerohanian yang matang dan dewasa rohani dapat menjadi contoh dan teladan sehingga dapat mengaktualisasi Misi dengan tepat dan sejalan dengan kehendak Tuhan. Selanjutnya orang percaya memiliki pengetahuan bahwa misi sebagai kesaksian Iman orang percaya. maka konsep misiologi ini membawa semangat yang sama ketika Yesus menginginkan orang percaya menjadi terang dan membawa kabar keselamatan.

One of human personalities is humanist. Based on the understanding of Maslow’s theory of motivation, researcher seeks to uncover kinds of motivational needs of Muhammad Saw contained in Maulid Al-Barzanjiy (the work of Ja 'far bin Hasan al-Barzanji (d. 1763 M)). The goal is realized through a descriptive qualitative approach with  text analysis  about Psycholiterature of Endraswara. The results of this study indicate that in Maulid Al-Barzanji there are Muhammad Saw’s five needs and how their satisfying perfectly,  namely: physiological needs, safety, social, esteem, and self-actualization. Thus, it can be interpreted that Muhammad SAW as an ordinary human having motivational needs. His prophetic and apostleship honor is not a direct blessing from Allah, but he had been through some complicated processes in life. This can be applied by his followers, so they can complete their motivational needs to reach the satiation as a caliph and to be useful person in this world.

Preaching is a work that proclaims God's will through His Word. Preaching the Word of God is expected to have a positive influence on the spiritual life of the listener, which is to bring change to those who listen. Preaching is the pastor's main work related to his calling in service in the church. This study aims to show that there is a relationship between the sermon by the pastor and the growth of the congregation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method of 50 members of the congregation at GPdI Tamanan, Bondowoso. The conclusion obtained is, there is a significant role of preaching in church growth. Abstract Berkhotbah merupakan pekerjaan yang mewartakan kehendak Allah melalui Firman-Nya. Pemberitaan Firman Tuhan itulah yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pengaruh positif bagi kehidupan kerohaniaan pendengar, yaitu membawa perubahan bagi yang mendengarkannya. Berkhotbah merupakan pekerjaan utama gembala sidang terkait panggilan pelayanannya di gereja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara khotbah yang dilakukan oleh gembala sidang terhadap pertumbuhan jemaat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualiitatif dengan metode deskriptif terhadap 50 anggota jemaat di GPdI Tamanan, Bondowoso. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh adalah, ada peran khotbah yang signifikan dalam pertumbuhan jemaat.

The missionary fulfillment of the Great Commission as applied to churches today. Mission shares the same principle in the Great Commission, which is to bring souls to salvation. In the text of the Great Commission, there are three important parts, namely salvation, development, and assignment. This great commission has been applied in various churches today, but the principles of the mission itself have not been fully understood by church members. By using descriptive qualitative methods, the writer can define the Great Commission and its objectives, then describe the principles of mission in the Great Commission in the study of Matthew 28: 19-20 and apply the mission in everyday life. A mission that has an agenda and objectives and mission principles from the text of the Great Commission, understands carefully the theological study of the Great Commission and knows the mission of God in the life of every believer, recognizes the mandate in the person and fulfills it. And the last, most important thing is how the church recognizes the problems in mission and strives to be a mission church that relies on God and is able to get through every challenge that exists in implementing its evangelistic mandate. Abstrak Pelaksanaan misi dari Amanat Agung yang diterapkan pada gereja-gereja masa kini. Misi memiliki prinsip yang sama dalam Amanat Agung, yaitu untuk membawa jiwa-jiwa kepada keselamatan. Dalam teks Amanat Agung terdapat tiga bagian penting, yaitu penyelamatan, pengembangan dan penugasan. Amanat Agung ini telah diterapkan di dalam berbagai gereja saat ini, hanya saja prinsip dari misi itu sendiri belum dipahami secara menyeluruh oleh anggota gereja. Dengan melalui metode kualitatif deskritif, penulis dapat mendeskritifkan Amanat Agung dan tujuannya, lalu menjabarkan prinsip misi Amanat Agung dalam kajian Matius 28: 19- 20 dan mengaplikasikan misi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Misi yang memiliki agenda tujuan dan prinsip- Prinsip misi dari teks Amanat Agung, memahami dengan seksama kajian teologis Amanat Agung serta mengenal misi Allah di dalam kehidupan setiap orang percaya, mengenal amanat dalam diri pribadi dan menunaikannya. Dan yang terakhir yang paling penting adalah bagaimana gereja mengenal masalah-masalah dalam misi serta berusaha menjadi gereja yang bermisi dengan bersandar Tuhan dan mampu melewati setiap tantangan yang ada dalam menerapkan mandat penginjilan.

ABSTRACT One characteristic of church growth is the increasing number of churches. Churches take a variety of ways to increase the number of their congregations. Some are in a biblical way and some are not. Methods or methods which are not biblical are known as means of baalism. And the church often uses these methods. Therefore, the authors conduct research related to this so that churches use biblical methods in their implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach and an approach that is taken from examples in the Bible relating to church development. From the results of this research, it is hoped that churches will make efforts to increase the number of their congregations in biblical ways and not using Baalism.

The development and expansion of the church is a dream for many local churches. One of the most effective ways to develop or expand a local church is to do evangelism according to the great commission in Matthew 28: 19-20. To be able to move the congregation to carry out missionary activities missionary discipleship is needed. The article is a qualitative study of the significant influence of missionary discipleship on the expansion of the local church. By using a qualitative approach and descriptive method, the results obtained recommending the holding of missionary discipleship by the church to produce a congregation capable of carrying out the great commission of Jesus Christ.AbstrakPerkembangan dan perluasan gereja merupakan idaman bagi banyak gerejaa lokal. Salah satu cara yang paling efektif untuk mengembangkan atau melakukan ekspansi gereja lokal adalah melakukan penginjilan sesuai amanat agung dalam Matius 28:19-20. Untuk dapat menggerakkan jemaat melakukan kegiatan misi diperlukan pemuridan secara misioner. Artikel merupakan penelitian kualitatif tentang pengaruh signifikan dari pemuridan misioner terhadap perluasan gereja lokal. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode deskriptif, diperoleh hasil yang merekomendasikan diadakannya pemuridan misioner oleh gereja untuk menghasilkan jemaat yang mampu melakukan amanat agung Yesus Kristus.

 This paper discusses the potential empowerment of congregations for missioner churches. The Church is called a missioner when it is able to carry out programs that move outwards, not only perform services inward. The Church always motivates the congregation to preach the good news. The method used in this writing is a descriptive qualitative approach. The missioner church is always actively enhancing partnerships with churches or other mission institutions. In carrying out the activities out there is one concept of three and one that the author offers, namely in evangelism the author does activities by doing three things in one place. In the congregation, there are expected to be small groups engaged in a clear service program. In small groups, word sharing is done, evangelistic services, and at the same time the congregation runs its business.Keyword: Potential, congregation, missioner, empowerment, Church. AbstrakTulisan ini membahas tentang pemberdayaan potensi jemaat untuk gereja misioner. Gereja disebut misioner bila sudah mampu melaksanakan program yang bergerak ke luar, tidak hanya melakukan pelayanan ke dalam. Gereja selalu memberi motivasi kepada jemaat untuk memberitakan kabar baik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Gereja yang misioner senantiasa aktif meningkatkan kemitraan dengan gereja-gereja atau lembaga-lembaga misi lainnya. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan keluar dalam penginjilan gereja melakukan kegiatan dengan melakukan tiga hal dalam satu tempat. Dalam jemaat diharapkan ada kelompok-kelompok kecil yang bergerak mengerjakan program pelayanan yang jelas. This study aims to explain how the distribution of productive zakat in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra and how the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution in improving the welfare of mustahik in the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative approach with a type of descriptive method, which is a problem that guides researchers to explore and photograph situations that will be thoroughly investigated, broadly and deeply. Data collection techniques with field research, while the tools used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used is descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of this study inform that in distributing productive zakat funds, Rumah Zakat is in accordance with Law No. 23 of 2011 concerning Management of Zakat. The distribution of productive zakat carried out by the Rumah Zakat North Sumatra through the Senyum Mandiri Program to mustahik in Medan Helvetia Subdistrict has been effective, because it can improve the welfare of mustahik, this is evidenced by the income of eight of thirteen mustahik people in total, five people whose income is fixed and four out of eight people whose income has increased has reached the level of muzaki.

A teacher is a character who plays an important role in the education world. His role is so hard and always becames the attention of various parties. This study discusses the characters of teachers in the short stories of “Bintang-Bintang Jasa Cikgu Musa, BA”and “Guru Dungu”. The data are analyzed by using theory of genetic structuralism with descriptive qualitative approach. The result (of the analysis) shows that all the intrinsic factors support the building of character. The background of the author influences the making of work’s factors as well.AbstrakGuru adalah tokoh yang berperan penting dalam dunia pendidikan. Perannya sangat berat dan selalu menjadi sorotan berbagai pihak. Pada tulisan ini dibahas tokoh guru yang berlakuan dalam cerpen “Bintang-Bintang Jasa Cikgu Musa, BA” dan “Guru Dungu”. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui penokohan tokoh utama dan kaitannya dengan unsur-unsur intrinsik dan ekstrinsik. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teori strukturalisme genetik dan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Dari analisis ditemukan bahwa seluruh unsur intrinsik mendukung penokohan tokoh guru. Latar belakang pengarang sangat memengaruhi pengolahan unsur-unsur karya.
