BackgroundFor persons with dementia (PWD), driving becomes very dangerous. Physicians in Canada are legally responsible to report unfit drivers and then must disclose that decision to their patients. That difficult discussion is fraught with challenges: physicians want to maintain a healthyrelationship; patients often lack insight into their cognitive loss and have very strong emotional reactions to the loss of their driving privileges. All of which may stifle the exchange of accurate information. The goal of this project was to develop a multimedia module that would provide strategies and support for health professionals having these difficult conversations.MethodsLiterature search was conducted of Embase and OVID MedLine on available driving and dementia tools, and on websites of online tools for communication strategies on driving cessation. A workshop module was developed with background material, communication strategies, links to resources and two videos demonstrating the “bad” then the “good” ways of managing this emotionally charged discussion.ResultsWhen the module was tested with internal medicine trainees, results demonstrated that confidence increased significantly (p < .001), and comfort and willingness in discussing the subject improved.ConclusionThis project demonstrated the positive impact of the module on improving health professionals’ attitude and readiness to communicate driving cessation to PWD.

Abstract Background The medical community has used Twitter as a learning tool during the COVID-19 pandemic to digest the high volume of rapidly evolving literature. However, Twitter contains educational content of varying quality and accuracy. To address this issue, we created and disseminated visual abstracts of COVID-19 literature on Twitter to educate health professionals. Methods Fellows and faculty members from multiple institutions collaborated with Emory University medical students to create visual abstracts of published COVID-19 literature (Figure 1). ID fellows and faculty identified and summarized 10-15 high-impact COVID-19 articles each week. Medical students created visual abstracts for each article, which fellows or faculty reviewed for accuracy. We disseminated them on Twitter (@JenniferSpicer4, 4,373 followers) and our website (Figure 2). We measured engagement with tweets using Twitter Analytics. Topics included public health & prevention, virology & basic science, epidemiology, transmission & infection control, clinical syndrome, diagnostics, therapeutics, vaccinology, and ethics & policy. Tweets had a median of 9,300 impressions (interquartile range [IQR] 5,432-13,233) with 766 engagements (IQR 432-1,288) and an engagement rate of 8.6% (IQR 7.1%-10.0%) (Table 2). Each tweet had a median of 25 retweets (IQR 17-38) and 55 likes (IQR 34-81). A few tweets had significantly higher metrics; maximum values were 84,257 impressions, 9,758 engagements, 19.0% engagement rate, 239 retweets, and 381 likes. In addition to disseminating graphics on Twitter, we received requests to use them as teaching aids from multiple health professionals worldwide, and the visual abstracts have been translated into Spanish and disseminated on Twitter and Instagram via @MEdSinFrontera. The article considers the peculiarities of the formation of marketing communication strategies of the enterprise in terms of digitalization of the economy. The main directions of mass media in the twentieth century are determined and the delimitation of modern social media is presented. The conditions of compliance of the website have been determined so that it can be considered as a part of web 2.0: the ability to independently contribute to the content of the site; User control of your own information and website design -interactive and useful. The influence of digital and mobile technologies on the peculiarities of users' communication, as well as their attitude to the interactivity of social networks is proved. The potential of social networks to support their brands, increase the customer base and promote goods and services of enterprises has been identified. It is determined that due to its popularity, social networking sites have had a significant impact on ways of social communication and as a result have changed the sales channels of enterprises. It is estimated that the number of people using social networks is growing very fast, and at the time of writing, more than 2.62 billion people are using social networking sites. The largest social networks were analyzed: Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram. Their features and advantages for both users and professional marketers of enterprises are determined. It is estimated that in 2021, 71% of the total number of Internet users were users of social networks, and this percentage is projected to increase. The most popular activity among Internet users is social networking, and it has a high level of user engagement, which has a positive impact on the sales of businesses that work with digital marketing tools. The ease and low cost of Internet marketing compared to conventional advertising has proven that businesses in all sectors of the economy can more effectively reach their target audience, and social networks help influence other potential customers, and allow businesses to get useful feedback on their product or service. Ultimately, this leads to improved products / services and customer engagement, ie improves the company's marketing communication strategies in today's digital economy.

Purpose This paper aims to verify co-creation behavior and understand a relationship between perception of service quality, loyalty and co-creation, from Starbucks customers' perspective. Design/methodology/approach A quantitative methodology was carried out, operationalized by applying a questionnaire to a sample of 385 respondents. Findings The results showed that service quality has a positive impact on loyalty and co-creation behavior in all its aspects; loyalty can be considered an important attribute in the intention of co-creation by customers. Originality/value This research extends the current knowledge on the subject and examines the associations between other attributes discussed. The implications of the study suggest strategic directions for using the clients' co-creation as a competitive alternative and generating value.

Sexual history can be neglected in a routine nursing or medical assessment. Sarah Kipps gives tips to assist in making a sexual history taking session as comfortable as possible for both health professional and patient Practitioners in primary care are in a unique position to improve the sexual health of men and women. They can do this by introducing the topic of sexual health into their everyday consultations and thereby normalising the subject as part of routine health for the patient. There is evidence that health professionals find sexual history taking to be one of the more challenging aspects of a consultation. There are a number of different reasons for this: feeling not equipped to ask questions of such a sensitive nature; fear of opening a ‘can of worms’ which cannot be dealt with; and the general social embarrassment and difficulties experienced talking about sex in general. This article will give health professionals some tips and guides to assist in making a sexual history taking session as comfortable as possible for both health professional and patient.

The purpose of this research was to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of responsible character education based on school culture. A qualitative approach is taken in this investigation. An SMP Muhammadiyah Plus Salatiga sample was used in the analysis. In order to gather accurate information about the subject matter, the authors employ qualitative research methods, such as interviews and documentation. There are two ways to implement educational character education in the classroom: first, incorporate it into the school's curricula and rules, then spread the word to the students and staff. Character education for responsibility is carried out by incorporating the character of responsibility into self-development programs, subjects, and school culture. 2. This includes classroom and school-wide activities in which character values are taught and practiced. Students' attitudes are assessed as a means of evaluating responsibility character education.

Abstract The results and performance of an enterprise are the result of the decisions taken by the management of the entity, decisions which are the result of a complex procedure of processing and analyzing the relevant data and information provided by the information system available. In other words, appropriate and correct decisions that lead to the achievement of the objectives and attainment of higher performances are dependent on the quality and quantity of the information. Consequently, accurate information generates correct decisions. Due to of its qualities (relevance, intelligibility, credibility and comparability), accounting information occupies a very important place in the architecture of the economic information system, having the highest degree of certainty and providing the possibility of an accurate representation of economic phenomena and processes, both at micro, as well as at macroeconomic levels. Hence, we can say that the “final outcome of accounting”, namely accounting information, is one of the most important pillars of the elaboration, substantiation and decision-making process. Starting from this premise, this article aims to capture the main features of accounting information, which qualifies it as the object and the subject of the management system.

Objective: Identify the team's difficulties in dealing with the death process of patients under their care. Materials and Methods: the research carried out is classified as exploratory, qualitative, cross-sectional, with a field research design. We interviewed professionals from the health team of the oncology sector, then the data were analyzed from discourse analysisprocedures that sought connections between objects, strategies, concepts and enunciative types. To these data were verified systems of unity and coherence, reached by the analysis of the summary descriptions that were collected. Results: it was verified that there is no preparation offered by the institution so that the professionals learn the best deal with death. Therefore, it is urgent that the question of professional qualification be restored. Conclusion: the need for future research on the subject, which is suggestive of testingproposals and intervention models, such as the continuous training of professionals, is aimed at, among other purposes, the training of health professionals in dealing with process of death and death of its patients.
