The aim of this paper is to assess the level of agricultural insurance development for family agricultural farms in Serbia and Croatia. To that end, a comparative analysis of the characteristics of agricultural insurance and of the level of its development for family agricultural farms was conducted for these two countries, which were taken as comparative examples due to significant similarities relevant for the subject of research. According to the categorization of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the territories of both countries are dominated by rural areas which are, according to the structure of the agricultural entities, dominated by family agricultural farms, while agriculture has approximately the same share in gross domestic product (GDP) of both countries. The author analyzes the development of agricultural insurance from 2006 to 2018, with family agricultural farms that can be considered micro enterprises important for the growth of the insurance industry in the observed countries. Based on the conducted research, the author concludes that in both Serbia and Croatia, agricultural insurance of family agricultural farms is underdeveloped and that there are significant opportunities for the growth of the insurance industry in this market segment. In 2018, only 3.99% of all family agricultural farms in Serbia were insured, with this percentage being 4.26% in Croatia. Bearing in mind that supply is satisfactory, that solvency should not be viewed as a problem, as is often done, given there is significant subsidization of agricultural insurance premiums, it will be necessary, before all, to develop demand.

The subject of the research is a set of approaches to the statistical analysis ofthe activities of small business entities in Ukraine, including micro-enterprises. The purpose of writing this article is to study of the features of functioningof small business entities in Ukraine. Methodology. The research methodology isto use a system-structural and comparative analysis (to study the change in thenumber of small enterprises by major components); monographic (when studyingmethods of statistical analysis of small businesses); economic analysis (when assessing the impact of small business entities on socio-economic phenomena andprocesses in Ukraine). The scientific novelty consists to determine the features ofthe functioning of small businesses in Ukraine in modern conditions. The influenceof the activities of the main socio-economic and political indicators on the activities of small enterprises in recent periods of time has been identified. It has beenestablished that there is flexibility in the development of strategies by small businesses in conditions of significant competition, which makes it possible to quicklyrespond to changing situations in specific markets. Conclusions. The use of acomprehensive statistical analysis of small businesses functioning in Ukraine willallow government agencies to develop a set of measures to optimize the activitiesof these enterprises, which ultimately will positively affect the strengthening oftheir competitiveness and will contribute to the growth of the national economicsystem.

The subject matter of this article is the 2007–2013 Rural Development Programme (RDP) and its importance in the field of diversification of economy in the rural areas in Poland. The aim of the study is to indicate the effects of the RDP in the diversification of the rural economy by determining the size of public expenditure by axes and directions of spending resources on a regional and local level. The number of new jobs created and the type of activity supported were determined. Regional and local differences in the allocation of public funds were identified. The significance of the Leader approach in establishing new non-agricultural jobs in rural areas was generally inconsiderable. Financial support under the Programme was granted to 15,277 rural micro-enterprises, mainly dealing with services for the population; enterprises already existing on the market prevailed. In total, 28,585 permanent jobs were established. However, the assumptions of the Programme in relation to the generated number of jobs have not been fully implemented.

At the focus of this article is a problem of reception of European visual culture in Russia in XVIII century. The subject of research is the drawings of manuscript “Ovid’s Metamorphoses in faces” of 1790th years from collection of the State Russian museum (St.-Petersburg). Its have been created by I. Tupylev after the order by N. Lvov. There is a search of the European analogues of the Russian drawings in this article. A method of comparative analysis used here. As a result, one of analogues of the Russian illustrations was found. There is comparison the Tupylev’s drawings and engravings of the French edition “Ovid’s Metamorphoses” (1767–1771) in this article. The comparison has proved, that the Russian illustrator repeated compositions of the French illustrations, but did not copy them literally. The result of research is a conclusion about creative character of perception of the traditions of European illustration and professional level of works of Russian artists.

The aim of this article is to present the results of multidimensional comparative analysis methods used to assess the state of the environment in Dolnośląskie voivodship in the cross-section of powiats. The research was conducted on the basis of data from the CSO of Poland for 2015 concerning the state and environmental protection in 30 powiats of Dolnośląskie voivodship. The method of linear ordering of objects based on a pattern object (or an anti- -pattern object) was used in the research. Many of them described in the subject literature usually lead to differing results (rankings of objects are not the same). It results from i.a. the adopted methods of normalization and weighing of variables and aggregations (creation of synthetic variables). The article is an attempt to compare the results of linear ordering of powiats due the environmental state with the use of method based on a pattern object (or an anti-pattern object). In the rankings correctness analysis, quality indicators were used to evaluate the quality of linear ordering methods.

The object of the study is the State Films Fund of Russian Federation, the subject is the project of global digitalisation of the film archives of the State Films Fund of Russian Federation, which started at the end of 2018 and is currently being implemented. The purpose of the study is to analyse the digitalization project and identify possible problems that may arise during its implementation. Research objectives: analysis of the problem of personnel shortage, analysis of the socio-cultural and economic efficiency of the project being implemented. The study used the method of historical and genetic analysis, descriptive analysis of literature and media materials, qualitative content analysis of documents, reports and other materials, comparative analysis, and secondary analysis of statistical data. The results of the study can be used in the implementation of the programme of digitilisation of the State Films Fund of Russian Federation archives in order to optimise this process and eliminate possible risks.

The subject of research – an analysis of the state of the agrarian sector ofentrepreneurship and the identification of factors that negatively affect the businessclimate in the agrarian sector of the region. The purpose of the articleis to studythe main problems of motivation of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector.Methodology of work- a method of cognition and a systematic approach to thestudy of the fundamental provisions of economic science in relation to thedevelopment of entrepreneurship in the agrarian sector. The results of the work- the essence of the motivation of entrepreneurial activity in the agrarian sectoris revealed, problems of using entrepreneurial potential are considered, themechanism of entrepreneurship motivation is given; the efficiency of the functioningof the entrepreneurial structures of the agrarian sector is investigated; thedefinition of the motivation of entrepreneurship and the main motives ofentrepreneurial activity are considered; the main directions of support for thedevelopment of rural areas are presented. Conclusions- any final result of themotivation of entrepreneurial activity in the agrarian sector affects the componentsof entrepreneurial activity, improving them and even leading to a change in theirfoundations, therefore, one can say that motivation is one of the factors thatensures the qualitative performance of the work.

the subject of the article is the analysis of prospects and new directions of development of the non-state pension provision market in Russia. The article offers solutions for further development of this market segment. In particular, early non-state pension provision is being considered. The prospects and risks of introducing a guaranteed pension plan are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the main characteristics of these two pension products is carried out. As part of the expansion of the investment Declaration of the portfolio of pension reserves of non-state pension funds, their participation in infrastructure projects is analyzed.

This article deals with the process of criminal law protection of witnesses and victims. The legislation of the state establishes certain normative acts regulating this branch of law. It is necessary to clearly and strictly observe all measures. The world experience of this issue was also studied, where the Human Rights Convention was used. It is worth noting that each country has its own procedures and legislation, the experience of criminal legal protection is very different from the Russian legislative model of criminal legal protection of witnesses and victims. The purpose of the study is to study the criminal law protection of witnesses and victims. Main results of the study: 1. Criminal-legal protection in Russia is considered; 2. Abstract This report presents the importance of the state reserve and the wartime stocks for the national security of our country. The State Reserve and Wartime Stocks State Agency is the object of our research, and the subject of the research is the agency's budget for the period 2015-2018. In this relation, the structure of the agency with its territorial directorates and the structure of costs are examined in detail. The role of the human factor in the agency and its importance for the management of the state reserve and the wartime stocks are presented. A comparative analysis of the individual costs by elements and budget programmes for the period 2015-2018 has been carried out, paying particular attention to the dynamics in their development over the period under review. Some key conclusions have been made concerning the improvement of the management of the state reserve and wartime stocks
