This study aims to determine the situation by examining the opinions of 8th-grade students about psycho-motor activities used within the scope of 8th-grade music lessons. Semi-structured interview technique was used as a qualitative method in the research. With this method, data were collected by conducting one-on-one interviews with 8th-grade students. The study was conducted with forty-four 8th-grade students. The obtained data were analyzed by making content analysis. According to the findings obtained from the interviews; It is understood that the psycho-motor activities used in schools are mostly similar, but there are problems in the implementation process, the activities cannot be used effectively and efficiently, and music lesson activities are not given enough importance due to the problems arising from the deficiencies in the material and learning environment. From the students' opinions, it is understood that the theoretical parts of the music lessons are long and the lessons conducted in this way are boring. Based on the students' opinions, it is understood that the singing activity is the most used psycho-motor activity, but this activity is not used to improve the musical knowledge and skills taught in the lessons, but to increase the students' interest in the lessons. It is understood that rhythm exercises, body percussion and instrument playing activities are less involved in music lessons than singing activities.

INTRODUCTION: Due to the increased number of bariatric surgeries over the years, aspects contributing or hindering the achievement of outcomes, among them weight regain, have acquired increased significance. Psychological factors directly influence on this unwanted situation, but there are few studies and controversies about the degree of participation of these factors. We propose a qualitative investigation to analyze the meanings of weight regain after surgery among women and how these factors influence this outcome.METHOD: This study uses the clinical-qualitative method, by means of a semi-structured interview with open questions in an intentional sample, closed by saturation, with eight women who underwent surgery at the Bariatric Surgery Outpatient Clinic of Hospital das Clínicas, Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), in the state of São Paulo, Brazil.RESULTS: A feeling of defeat and failure emerges with weight regain, which contributes to social isolation; there is no regret, but gratitude for the surgery; among patients, there is a sense of feeling rejected greater than a rejection that actually exists.CONCLUSION: We found out the need for further qualitative studies that help the health team to better understand the dynamic psychological factors involved in the meaning of weight regain after bariatric surgery among women, in order to adopt appropriate conducts to deal with this problem.

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems inherently present unique risks due to tightly linked interdependencies of business processes, relational databases, and process reengineering. Knowledge of such risks is important in planning and conducting assurance engagements of the reliability of these complex computer systems. Yet, there is little empirical evidence on this issue. To examine this topic, a semi-structured interview study was conducted with 30 experienced information systems auditors (from 3 of the Big 5 firms) who specialize in assessing risks for ERP systems. This approach allowed us to obtain detailed information about participants' views and client experiences. The results indicate that the implementation process of ERP systems has an important impact on system reliability. Further, interviewees identified a number of common implementation problems (e.g., improperly trained personnel and inadequate process reengineering efforts) that result in heightened risks. Interviewees also reported that ongoing risks differ across applications and across vendor packages. Finally, in providing assurance on ERP systems participants overwhelmingly indicate a focus on testing the process rather than system output.

We aimed to describe and analyze the subjective experiences concerning workplace violence in a group of 20 workers. The scenario chosen shows a paradoxical situation: violence in environments where people work against gender violence. A qualitative method was used and the instrument chosen was the semi-structured interview. The results indicate a reproduction of violence within these work contexts, which manifests itself mainly in a psychological way and whose causes are subject to social, institutional and personal variables. From this research, several notable theoretical and methodological phenomena emerge, as well as the need for profound reflections based on the academic approaches to workplace violence.

The peat phenomenon that occurs in Riau Province negatively impacts the environmental conditions resulting from the management and utilization of peat ecosystem areas that are out of control and irresponsible. For example, forest fires and land that occurred have an impact of smoke haze that hit Riau and Sumatra region. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of Peat Restoration in Riau Province. This research is done by using qualitative method. The peatland restoration program that has been established in several districts in Riau Province is also influenced by several factors that influence the implementation process, including the following: (1) Conceptualization of Peatland Restoration Program. Since the restoration program has been rolled out, there are still many parties who do not understand what peatland restoration is. This caused inequality in the implementation of the restoration program. So far, the community considers restoration of peatlands to the extent of government tasks, and for local governments the restoration program is only a pilot project of the central government. In fact, it is wrong, therefore the conceptualization of this restoration must be clear and submitted continuously to the government apparatus, stakeholders and the community. (2) Implementing Institutional Preparedness The readiness of the implementing agency in this case is whether the institutions involved in this peat land restoration program are ready to implement with all the preparations in the form of activity designs, socialization to be performed, supporting funding, and how to respond to society. (3) The Encouragement of Good Local and Formal Figures at Provincial, District, District and Village Levels. In implementing peatland restoration programs, encouragement or support of parties other than those of the relevant official are indispensable, both formal and informal. The conclusions of this study indicate that overall government efforts to implement peat restoration have not been too effective. Some districts have successfully restored their peatlands but in some districts peat restoration has not been an important agenda in the formulation and implementation of policies in the district
