Philosophy is the mother of all sciences. Philosophy, in this case, is more of a universal, comprehensive, and fundamental thought, while other sciences are more specific or special thoughts because they are limited to objects and their unique point of view. Philosophy and science can meet each other because both use the method of reflective thinking in an attempt to deal with the facts of the world and life. Both display a critical attitude, with an open mind and an impartial will, to know the nature of truth. Philosophy requires language as a means of communicating ideas and also as an object of study in philosophy. While language also really needs philosophy as a means or method to analyze systems to get solutions to solving linguistic problems. Reading learning is very important so that a text or statement of a philosopher can be more easily understood. Ignorance of text and context in discourse will lead to confusion in understanding science. If science can be understood well it will add insight and can be shared with others. People with good reading comprehension will bring benefits to others. So it can be concluded that there is a correlation between philosophy, science and reading learning.

Earth Polychromatic Imaging Camera occupies a unique point of view for an Earth imager by being located approximately 1.5 million km from the planet at Earth-Sun Lagrange point, L1. This creates a number of unique challenges in geolocation, some of which are distance and mission specific. To solve these problems, algorithmic adaptations need to be made for calculations used for standard geolocation solutions, as well as artificial intelligence-based corrections for star tracker attitude and optical issues. This paper discusses methods for resolving these issues and bringing the geolocation solution to within requirements.

In the first part of the article, it was shown that there is a significant difference between the concepts given through definitions described by sets of features, and those concepts that a person operates and behind which there is an idea of meaning. It has been suggested that this is the key point in differentiating the concept of traditional artificial intelligence and strong artificial intelligence. It was proposed to use related points of view, which can be described by appropriate contexts, to formalize natural concepts. This part of the article provides a formalization of the context as a unique point of view. With the context the original description acquires interpretation, its characteristic feature for this context. The use of previous experience allows us to check the adequacy of the received interpretation. By comparing the concepts used with their contexts, it is possible to obtain a space of contexts that is able to search for potentially possible mean-ings in the incoming information. The use of the context space allowed us to describe the mechanism for transferring experience from one context to another. Based on the contextual transfer, an explanation of the phenomenon of creativi-ty and a description of its nature are given.

This article presents a literary exegetical analysis of the prologue (John 1:1-18) of the Johannine narrative with special attention to the author’s (narrator’s) point of view. The author sets the tone of his gospel and writes with literary beauty while showing his theological points of view that will be seen throughout his narrative to follow. He presents Jesus as the eternal λόγος of God, and thus provides a unique point of view toward the Son of God of the Father who exists from eternity past with God the Father. Merely by studying, reflecting on, and remembering the Gospel’s prologue, the reader can understand and relate to the Christological and doxological significance of the Johannine narrative.

Abstract In this paper a Penrose limit is constructed for type IIB AdS6× S2× Σ supergravity solutions. These solutions are dual to five dimensional SCFTs related to (p,q) five brane webs, which can often be described in terms of long quiver gauge theories. The null geodesic from which the Penrose limit is constructed is localized at a unique point on the two dimensional Riemann surface Σ, where the AdS6 and S2 metric factors are extremal. The resulting pp-wave spacetime takes a universal form. The world sheet action of the Green-Schwarz string is quadratic in the light cone gauge and the spectrum of string excitations is obtained.

A whole brand-new concept was made in Comparative Economics this year and luckily we had the opportunity to get to know the unique point of views in a newly published book The Palgrave Handbook of Comparative Economics by Elodie Douarin. Corvinus University of Budapest had a chance to discuss this exciting new approach with the most prestigious professors in Comparative Economics. Elodie Douarin from the College of London, Gerard Roland from Berkeley and Bruno Dallago from Trento helped us to understand the new theory. In the Corvinus side, Zoltán Ádám, András Székely-Doby and Judit Kálmán professors participated in the discussion. The moderator was Miklós Rosta, Head of Comparative and Institutional Economics Department.

The Lady in the Van is about the odd friendship between Bennett, a writer, and Miss Shepherd, an eccentric homeless woman. This paper intends to discuss the narrative features of the film version from David Bordwell’s three dimensions (narration, plot structure and story world) of film narrative. The film presents us with a unique point of view, a seemingly disjointed but implicitly connected plot structure, and a story world in which the characters have their own goals to achieve. Bennett and Miss Shepherd have got to know each other better in fifteen years. Miss Shepherd is Bennett’s guide in life, teaching him how to write and how to get along with his mother.

In a previous paper1 the BL4S science competition has been presented from the technical point of view. This paper focuses on the organizational aspects of the period that the winning teams spent at DESY to perform their experiments. Together with a description of the event, this paper provides the unique point of view of the participants.

YouTube has traditionally been singled out as particularly influential in the spreading of ISIS content. However, the platform along with Facebook, Twitter, and Microsoft jointly created the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism in 2017 as one mode to be more accountable and take measures toward combating extremist content online. Though extreme content on YouTube has been found to have decreased substantially due to this and other efforts (human and machine-based), it is valuable to historically review what role YouTube previously had in order to better understand the evolution of contemporary moves toward platform accountability in terms of extremist video content sharing. Therefore, this study explores what role YouTube’s recommender algorithm had in directing users to ISIS-related content prior to large-scale pressure by citizens and governments to more aggressively moderate extremist content. To investigate this, a YouTube video network from 2016 consisting of 15,021 videos (nodes) and 190,087 recommendations between them (edges) was studied. Using Qualitative Comparative Analysis, this study evaluates 11 video attributes (such as genre, language, and radical keywords) and identifies sets of attributes that were found to potentially be involved in the outcomes of YouTube recommending extreme content. This historical review of YouTube at a unique point in platform accountability ultimately raises questions of how platforms might be able to be more proactive rather than reactive regarding filtering and moderating extremist content.

AbstractThymomas exhibit a unique genomic landscape, comprising the lowest on average total mutational burden among adult human cancers; a unique point mutation in the GTF2I gene in WHO type A and AB thymomas (and rarely others); almost unique KMT2A-MAML2 translocations in rare WHO type B2 and B3 thymomas; a unique YAP1-MAML2 translocation in almost all metaplastic thymomas; and unique miRNA profiles in relation to GTF2I mutational status and WHO histotypes. While most thymomas can be diagnosed solely on the basis of morphological features, mutational analyses can solve challenging differential diagnostic problems. No molecular biomarkers have been identified that predict the response of unresectable thymomas to chemotherapy or agents with known molecular targets. Despite the common and strong expression of PDL1 in thymomas, immune checkpoint inhibitors are rarely applicable due to the poor predictability of common, life-threatening autoimmune side effects that are related to the unrivaled propensity of thymomas towards autoimmunity.
