Abstract

Quality nursing services are nursing services that always try to meet client expectations so that clients will always be satisfied with the services provided by nurses. Good service and communication can motivate patients to recover quickly when exposed to illness. During the Covid-19 pandemic, now many health workers (nakes) are treating patients infected with diseases caused by the Covid-19 virus. Health workers not only take care of patients physically but also need to establish good communication with patients so that the mental condition of the patient can also be encouraged to recover from illness. The purpose of this study was to analyze the therapeutic communication of health workers in the recovery of Covid patients in the cities of Medan and Pekanbaru as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is a qualitative research, data obtained by conducting in-depth observations and interviews with informants. Informants in this study are health workers (NAKES) in the cities of Medan and Pekanbaru who will be selected according to the research criteria. The results showed that the form of therapeutic communication was carried out by providing psychological support in order to provide a sense of calm and confidence as well as growing the patient's self-confidence to recover, touching the emotional aspect so that the patient was more relaxed and comfortable for activities. boost immunity. and accelerate the healing process of COVID 19 patients. The supporting factor for this therapeutic communication is positive communication from the patient's family, while the inhibiting factor is the large number of negative news receipts that can trigger bad thoughts in patients so that their health becomes bad again.

Purpose of the study: From the conceptualisation to the construction stage, clients have a wide range of expectations from architects, and sometimes not addressing or meeting these expectations can land both of them in conflicts of interest, which might affect the architect’s career. This study attempts to unfold the dynamics of the client-architect relationships, emphasizing clients’ expectations from architects. Methodology: This research has been conceptualised to cover various aspects of the client-architecture relationships through an in-depth literature review, followed by undertaking a survey. The literature review has touched upon different factors that shape the client-architect relationships, various architects’ theories, and how clients feel. The survey was conducted online amongst 29 architects and 12 clients to get their perspectives on the issue, giving more detailed insights into the topic. Main Findings: The findings have revealed that clients who’ll be personally occupying and using the space have the maximum expectations from the architects who’re designing that space, with these expectations spanning the entire process starting right from their initial interactions to post-occupancy. Most of these expectations and their consequent circumstances become complex where the budgets are strict and tight, as it is difficult for the clients and the architects to compensate for the losses. Novelty/Originality of this study: Architectural practice is an ever-evolving profession, where relationships between architects and clients are not static, but dynamic as per the changing working styles. This study represents a fresh angle of current practicing architects and their views, which may prove beneficial for architects stepping out from colleges to working industry.

Distant relationships with the client have gained predominance and become necessary during the period of social distancing. Faced with this new scenario, it has become essential to measure the quality of services provided in relation to consumer expectations and requirements. The aim of this study is to assess the quality of services of a vegan company which provides fried and baked savories through a delivery app. To collect data on the quality of service provided by the micro business, interviews and direct observation were used as well as the completion of the SERVQUAL questionnaire by the consumers. Analysis of this data showed a positive result in the large majority of the evaluated aspects and client expectations of this kind of service were identified. Most criteria were positively influenced by the delivery app. We can therefore conclude that the service offered contributes in a positive way to the client’s perception of quality of service. It should also be mentioned that most of the criteria are influenced by the delivery app, thus highlighting it as a relevant tool for organizational dynamics.

Background: Recent research suggests that a significant number of those who receive advanced treatments for Parkinson’s disease (PD) do not report improvements for some symptoms, which may relate to their pre-treatment expectations. It is important that expectations of treatment are measured and discussed prior to advanced treatment. Objective: The primary aim of this study was to develop a measure of treatment expectations of two advanced-stage treatments in PD, deep brain stimulation (DBS), and Levodopa/Carbidopa Intestinal Gel (LCIG). A secondary aim was to explore potential predictors of treatment expectations. Methods: The questionnaire-based measure was developed by researchers in conjunction with a highly experienced clinician, and evaluated treatment expectations in 189 people aged 46–91 years (M = 71.35, SD = 8.73; 61% male) with idiopathic PD. Results: The overall measure demonstrated excellent internal consistency (α= 0.96). Exploratory factor analysis suggested the scale was unidimensional for both DBS and LCIG. Participant expectations of the two treatments differed significantly, with expectations being higher for DBS. Perceived symptom severity was the strongest predictor of treatment expectations. Conclusion: This scale has potential to inform clinicians about client expectations prior to advanced stage therapy for PD, with a view to the management of these expectations. Further evaluation of the scale is required across different treatment contexts.

In architecture and civil engineering there is a growing interest in the study of the dynamics of structures. The dynamic effects are due to various actions, but their influence is widened or reduced according to the design of the structure. Structures can be highly susceptible to the action of dynamic loads produced by the action of wind, earthquake, industrial activities, blasting activities, construction sites, road vehicles, trains, building services and human activities. Noise and vibration can have significant environmental impact on buildings and structures and can damage track components, crack roadways, unsettle foundations, affect sensitive equipment, impact human comfort and damage structures. Structure-borne noise and vibration can be a major and often overlooked consideration in the planning, design and operation of existing or new developments. A reliable, considered approach to assessing noise and vibration is needed to achieve outcomes that meet client expectations while maintaining on-going compliance with relevant standards and regulatory and planning requirements. The proposed paper will focus on a general overview of the structure-borne noise and vibration risks, associated with new developments that are adjacent to existing rail lines during the early design stages, from commercial and residential buildings to sensitive research facilities. It will further explain the general description of the design process, including problem descriptions, measurements of ground and structural vibration levels at the proposed site, vibration criteria, finite element analysis and provisions of the isolation system required to be considered at the building to achieve the relevant criteria.

Beliefs and expectations about treatment have been shown to significantly impact treatment outcomes in medical settings. However, researchers have seldom examined the role of beliefs within the context of cognitive behavioral therapy. Beliefs may be particularly salient for safety behavior (SB) use in exposure therapy, as clinicians often hold opinions about whether judicious SB use facilitates or inhibits treatment. These beliefs may consequently be relayed during psychoeducation, influencing client expectations of SB helpfulness and exposure efficacy. We investigated experimentally the influence of SB beliefs on working memory, speech predictions, speech duration, anxiety, performance, and speech acceptability. Speech anxious undergraduate participants ( N = 144) received psychoeducation on exposure and were told (using random assignment) either that SBs: increase anxiety (unhelpful), decrease anxiety (helpful), or were provided with no information on SBs (control). People in the helpful condition only believed the exposure would be more successful. Crucially, exposure expectancy mediated the relationship between the helpful (but not unhelpful) condition and willingness to engage in future exposures. There were no effects of condition on most cognitive, emotional, or behavioral outcomes, suggesting that SBs (and SB beliefs) may have less impact on exposure outcomes than is currently believed.

Veterinary markets are traditionally split into three main species related categories. For a business to compete effectively, a greater understanding of the relevant markets and client expectations are required. Segmenting markets into defined sections allows a business to gain a comprehensive insight into where it currently operates and where it needs to position itself in the future.

Aspect of spirituality is one of the important issues in the care of female clients who undergo hemodialisys. The purpose of this study to explore more deeply about the meaning of the spirituality of female clients who undergo hemodialisys. This research plan uses qualitative with descriptive phenomenology approach. The study derives five themes: (1) relationship with God, (2) relationships with oneself, (3) relationships with others, (4) originators and inhibitors, and (5) client expectations. A total of 6 female participants by using purposive sampling. Data were collected by in-depth interviews and observations. Data analysis using selective and highlighting approach (the selective or highlighting approach). The results of this study participants changed in terms of worship is an increase in terms of worship. To that end, nurses can provide appropriate nursing interventions to help clients. Keywords : Chronic Kidney Disease, Hemodialysis, Spirituality, and Women.

This chapter details how designers at the studio organized their lives, their relationships, and their self-understandings as they continually relearned how to “add value” in the context of shifting global divisions of labor and speculative hype. Good entrepreneurial citizens did not only find value for themselves and for their clients; they added value to the nation. They channeled their developmental desires and hopes into forms—programming, design, intellectual property, new business creation—that ascended to the highest rungs of a global capital's hierarchies of value. Those who added value to the nation, to the design studio, and to client projects were those to cultivate and include. Those who failed to add value were understood instead as jobless masses and as failed potential. These middle-class ideologies suffused news, policy, client expectations, and everyday talk. As ideologies and as everyday pressures, they shaped the everyday practices of organizing and valuing work and workers in the studio.
