postgraduate student, Department of Information, Library and Archival Affairs, Kharkiv State Academy of Culture, Kharkiv, Ukraine INFORMATIONAL INFLUENCE: CONCEPT AND EVOLUTION IN MODERN SCIENTIFIC IDEA The purpose of this paper is to provide an analysis of the concept of “informational impact”, its evolution in scientific idea, as well as methodological aspects of the development of information technology in the context of their connection with the phenomenon of the information impact. The methodology. The work studies this issue by examining the basic methods and principles of information studies. The results. The concept of “informational influence” can be represented as a form of influencing the consciousness of the individual, carried out using the media resource in order to change the formed assessments, opinions, beliefs, values for further transformation of its behavioral response to events. Not enough attention is paid to the informational influence as a phenomenon in the works of the scientists, because it is considered as an integral part of other definitions, and not as a separate phenomenon. It is important to note that the concept of “informational impact” as a phenomenon is almost not considered in scientific works. Most often, informational influence was an integral part of other definitions, rather than a separate process. Thus, this problem has not been considered comprehensively, and it needs additional attention of the scientific community. Informational influence, as well as the use of media resources in modern conditions are becoming an integral part of socio-political conflicts. The media and the phenomenon of informational influence itself is a tool for both the emergence and resolution of conflict situations. The conclusion about global informatization and formation of high-tech information infrastructure, and also about importance of consideration of information influence as one of tools of manipulative technologies is made. The scientific novelty. The author’s definition of the concept of “informational influence” is formulated, as well as its place as a tool of manipulative possibilities are analyzed, and also the questions of manipulative possibilities of mass media and communication are considered. The practical significance lies in the analysis of scientific and theoretical views of this matter. The phenomenon of informational influence in the context of information warfare and manipulations is considered.

Problems and phenomenon of government have existed for thousands of years, because the existence of the government is an indisputable empirical system and is a human need. In government is a regulation of the relationship between the ruler and the governed, so that order, security, prosperity, and justice can be realized. Government science as a scientific idea has actually appeared since 1822 in The United State, namely with the publication of The Introduction to The Science of Government Written For The Youth of United State. Likewise in 1876 SV Blakeslee wrote about Archology or The Science of Government. Actually the existence of government science in the future depends on the extent to which the activities, creativity and productivity of government scientists in examining existing empirical phenomena so that they can form new theories. The emergence of The Continental European Schools and Anglo Saxon basically, because they actively observe the existing phenomena so that they are able to produce a paradigm. In simple terms, we can also see the phenomenon of indigenous government that is around us, the phenomenon of governance that is prevailing and embraced by various groups of nation today (contemporary government), we can even see the phenomenon of global government.

Within common historical context, most historians consider the European renaissance age as age of origins of modern scientific knowledge, also, they assume European Medieval Age (5th-15th centuries) as age full with scientific knowledge ignorant. This research paper gives important historical review about interactions of scientific idea between the late medieval theologian and early modern philosopher. However, most previous research was more emphasized on scientific knowledge development during the age of renaissance and age of enlightenment without considering the contribution of early medieval age theologian. By examining this historically event with critical review, I do give some clarification to such pervasive myth by using qualitative research methodologies, which involving analyst of historical facts from primary resources and secondary resources such as archives, journals, book chapters, and published research paper. This research challenges the argument that scientific knowledge development only happened since renaissance age. In the comparatives studies, I found out that early medieval theologian, from William of Ockham to Gabriel Biel, who did played an important role of influencing early modern philosopher, Rene Descartes to David Hume, with scientific ideas. Such finding does give a significant clarification to the myth of medieval Europe scientific knowledge stagnation in modern historical debate.

The hypothesis of a connection between the onset (or intensification) of Northern Hemisphere Glaciation (NHG), the stepwise increase in African aridity (and climate variability) and an important mammalian (including hominin) species turnover is a textbook example of the initiation of a scientific idea and its propagation in science. It is, however, also an example of the persistent popularity of a hypothesis despite mounting evidence against it. The first part of our work analyzes of the history of the scientific idea by seeking its roots, including coincidental meetings and exchanges between of scientists, at project meetings, conferences and workshops. The consequences of this idea are examined and its influence on subsequent scientific investigations both before and after it has been falsified. In the second part of our investigation, we examine why the idea that the high latitudes have a major control on the climate of the low latitudes and thus early human evolution persists. For this purpose, an attempt is made to understand the original interpretation of the data, with special consideration of the composition of the scientific team and their scientific backgrounds and persuasions. Some of the key records in support of the hypothesis of a step-wise transition will be statistically re-analyzed by fitting change-point models to the time series to determine the midpoint and duration of the transition – in case such a transition is found in the data. A critical review of key publications in support of such a connection and a statistical re-analysis of key data sets leads to three conclusions: (1) Northern Hemisphere Glaciation is a gradual process between ~3.5–2.5 Ma, not an abrupt onset, either at ~2.5 Ma, nor at ~2.8 Ma, or any other time in the Late Cenozoic Era, (2) the trend towards greater aridity in Africa during this period was also gradual, not stepwise in the sense of a consistent transition of a duration of ≤0.2 Ma, and (3) accordingly, a step-wise change in environmental conditions cannot be used to explain an important mammalian (including hominin) species turnover.

Under the conditions of an anthropological turn in the contemporary scientific idea there can be seen an escalating interest to a “man of 1812”, his behav-iour on the battlefield among all-encompassing vio-lence. One of the main figures translating the mili-tary norms and orders for soldiers was a military priest. Based on the sources of private origin there is reconstructed the mission of a military priest on the battlefield. Besides, the present study analyzes the specifics of understanding the concepts of war and motherhood by the clergy, how the priests un-derstood the set tasks and their own mission, which took place in the context of the Orthodox culture and not through the lens of political rhetoric. Such an understanding of war formed an original content of church minister’s mission in the field. The mis-sion of military priests was both preserving the con-fessional identity and participation in the “holy war” as it was called for by state-approved slogans. The author concludes by stating that the ethos of a mili-tary priest was not monolithic, which was deter-mined by the peculiarities of understanding the concept of war by the clergy.

This article discusses the mathematical foundations of al - Farabi music, and suggests the main actions of arithmetic operations with Farabi relations to obtain musical intervals. Farabi drew attention to some problems for the study of musical art. This article provides an extensive understanding of how the three main problems are needed to get the ratio. Musical intervals have different values. You can divide them, multiply them, and listen to them. In music theory, you need to be familiar with the mathematical foundations for working with ratios, as well as arithmetic operations like multiplication, division, and addition. Farabi not only gives a scientific idea of the ratio of sounds, but also reveals the mathematical foundations of the emergence of harmony and musical melodies.

Mother Nature-Earth is probably humanity’s oldest religious, philosophical, and scientific idea, recognizing a non-binary mothering power, the encompassing womb that both gives and takes life through a process of continuing rebirth and renewal. Western culture reduces Mother Nature-Earth to a folkloric figure, but cognitive justice challenges the assumed supremacy and centrality of Eurocentric and male-dominated theory mostly associated with father figures. The Anthropocene is not only a geological event but also a political, philosophical, and theological one. Key to its undoing is decolonization, including of lands, waters, minds, and spirit, by drawing upon unjustly discredited knowledges, including Indigenous ontological conceptions of spiritual meanings that recognize the awareness and being of all terrestrial life, the inherent value of matter and the agency of Nature-Earth.

Research process has a certain structure and order of activities. These must be accepted and practiced in order to have all necessary elements to evaluate the validity of obtained results. Among the first such activities is development of a research conceptual framework. This creates the basis for drafting the scientific idea and designing the research project. Knowledge on this stage is important for any researcher, because without a conceptual framework, it is difficult to have correct development of research idea and to obtain valid results.
