The subsystem of recording current academic performance, which allows to quickly obtain detailed information about the current academic performance of students and make management decisions on adjusting the educational process in terms of Baikal State University. It describes in detail the requirements for functionality and quality, the choice of means of implementing the subsystem, presents an algorithm for calculating students' current academic performance indicators, substantiates the choice of a two-level architecture (client-server). A database has been developed that has a connection with other subsystems of the universitys information system. The user interface is implemented considering academic performance requirements. The subsystem is tested on the data received from lecturers teachers who read disciplines in the field of study «Applied Computer Science» (educational program specialization «Information systems and technologies in management»). The subsystem can be adapted for recording current academic performance in any educational institutions.

The paper is devoted to the usage of a mixed learning model with elements of project activity in the master’s program. Master’s programs are implemented at the State University of Humanities and technology from the 2018/2019 academic year at the faculty of biology and chemistry. The main idea of implementing blended learning is to improve the quality of the educational process and the practical application of learning outcomes in teaching activities. The students involved in are this program are all practical teachers and have real opportunities to implement the results of the educational process in school practice. Within the framework of the educational program, a system has been developed to such as extend that ensures the process of creating and implementing author’s projects in the educational space of the school. The undergraduates create their own projects and implement them in the school environment. The projects are the product of training, which gives the opportunity of the educational program.

It was found that systematic monitoring of the quality of education is necessary for effective management, informed decision-making, comparison and adequate assessment of the state of professional training. This task is successfully implemented through SWOT-analysis, which identifies strengths and weaknesses, potential opportunities and potential threats, establishing relationships between them, which can be further used to form quality management strategies for the training of future heads of educational institutions. A SWOT-analysis of the system of training future leaders (managers in the education system) was conducted and a matrix was developed on the example of Mukachevo State University. This made it possible to systematize information about internal and external factors that affect the quality of the educational process. Its results allowed to determine the competitive advantages of professional training, to form strategic priorities (ways) and to get a clear algorithm of further actions. In particular: periodically review educational programs, permanently monitor the market of educational services and resources of Mukachevo State University, systematically take measures to ensure the quality of educational services under the master's educational program «Educational Pedagogical Sciences: Management of Educational Institutions». At the same time, the analysis of the research results showed that the management of the quality of training of the future head of an educational institution depends on setting standards, updating educational programs, highly qualified staff, quality organization of the educational process and effective management.

The author stresses importance of the subject by teaching specialists able to communication within their professional activities. The article discusses the organizational and methodological aspects of the use of 1С cloud services and technologies in the educational process or students of IT directions of training. The use of 1C cloud services allows you to gain knowledge, skills and abilities associated with the use of typical configurations (1C:Accounting, 1C:Trade Management, 1С:Payroll & HR Management, etc.). At the same time, the use of 1C services provides many advantages related to the convenience of work, the availability of up-to-date versions of programs and teaching materials, as well as the wide capabilities of organizing the educational process.The use of cloud services and technologies in industrial, research, engineering, educational and other activities leads to an increase in the efficiency of using computing resources, reducing the cost of purchasing licensed software and maintaining virtual infrastructure. The article substantiates that the study of the capabilities of 1C cloud services and technologies is of particular importance for students, since in the context of the digitalization of the Russian economy, the labor market requires specialists who have the skills to work with the 1C:Enterprise system in user mode, as well as have knowledge of development of own applied solutions.The experience of organizing training for students of the Orenburg State University in the framework of the formation of professional competencies of students in the directions of training bachelors “Applied informatics” (profile “Applied informatics in economics”) and “Business informatics” (profile “Information systems in economics”) using the service 1C:Enterprise via the Internet for educational institutions is described in the article. The use of 1C cloud services allows to increase the cognitive interest in disciplines, improve the academic performance of students and ensure the convenience of working in both full-time and distance learning formats.

The article discusses several types of programs for teaching big data and analyzes data on the implementation of big data in some educational institutions. For the introduction and implementation of special courses in the educational process in the areas of magistracy in the educational program Computer Science, the curriculum, educational and methodological complex, digital educational resources are considered. As well as hardware and software that collects, stores, sorts big data, and the introduction into the educational process of theoretical foundations and methods of using the developed technical and technological equipment. This article reflects information on the conduct of a special course on the use of big data in the educational, educational process of senior students and undergraduates of the specialty "Informatics", the Faculty of Information Technologies, LN Gumilyov Eurasian National University. The first module of the course examines the ERA 500 network controller as an example of a turnstile network controller.

The paper raises a number of questions helping to understand the difficulties in mastering Engineering Graphics by foreign students. It also provides answers to these questions, based on interviews and polls with foreign students studying at the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbSUACE). A series of recommendations on organizing the educational process for foreign students studying architecture and civil engineering is provided. The paper considers issues of the availability of specialized literature, conducting additional consultations, organizing monitoring of academic performance, creating special educational groups, organizing an additional introductory course, using multimedia technologies, etc.

The author emphasizes that ongoing global changes in society, new directions of sociocultural development have led to the necessity of making changes in requirements of the quality of education on every level. It is noted that these new requirements imply not only pupils’ subject knowledge development but also their metasubject and personal competence formation. Educational institutions faced difficulties while establishing educational process in accordance with the introduced state directions. The author comes to the conclusion that in search of the solution, educational institutions started to form networks and communities that let integrate both resources and abilities to succeed in fulfilling of the tasks given by the government. The concept of a “service state” is considered; principles of service activities of educational institutions are defined; client focus of educational institutions is reviewed; the main provisions of the network interaction of educational institutions are presented; regulatory acts, projects in which the network interaction in the field of education is fixed are analyzed; an independent assessment of the quality of education is given; educational institutions that occupy leading places in the opinion of service consumers about network interaction, taking into account the focus on the need of direct service consumers are considered. In the course of the study, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, comparison, interviewing. The result of the study was a network interaction project taking into account the focus on service by the Humanitarian Lyceum in Tomsk and Tomsk State University.

The events of the East Front of World War II had an impact on the activities of the higher educational institutions in the City of Ivanovo and Ivanovo Region. There had been significant changes in the organisation of the educational process, the content of the curricula, the academic performance, the number of the teachers and the students, and the living conditions. The Soviet authorities took a number of the organisational measures to ensure the work of higher education institutions in the wartime conditions. This article examines the activities of one of the leading higher education institutions in Ivanovo Region – Ivanovo State Pedagogic Institute - in 1941-1945. Special attention is paid to the organisation of the educational process at the faculties, the changes in the educational programmes, the academic performance, the number of the teachers and the students, the working and leisure conditions. In addition, the article examines the administrative actions of the regional leadership to provide the pedagogic institute with fuel and its teachers and students, with food; we reflect the effectiveness of the measures taken. The result of this study was the conclusion about the essence of the "survival" of the institute in a military environment, the adaptation of the educational process to the emerging problems, the contribution of teachers and students to the country's defence and the work of the rear. The conditions in which the intitute carried out its activities allow us to conclude that although it was not the largest and not the greatest prestigious, the establishment had managed to "survive" in those difficult years.

The authors of the paper have developed and proposed the structure of the educational program service (hereinafter referred to as the “EPS”) during the transition of the educational process in 2019-2020 to a new level (training is currently taking place both offline and online). The use of this system implies an increase in labor protection for EPS employees, the quality of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education (hereinafter referred to as the “Educational organizations”), simplification of work for the teaching staff, which should be consolidated at the state level. The necessity of using this structure in educational institutions of higher education has been substantiated; the concepts and principles of EPS work have been proposed. The authors of the study propose to provide for this structure both at the federal and at the local levels, thereby carrying out labor and legal protection of EPS employees.

The article is devoted to the general characteristics of the interdisciplinary approach as a way of interaction between sciences and the main factor in the growth of interdisciplinary links in the educational process. The authors emphasize the fact that interdisciplinarity is not a phenomenon that is unique to a particular science or a particular field of science, it applies to all fields of knowledge. The article traces the trends in the development of interdisciplinarity in the humanities on the example of the course "Educology". Considerable attention is paid by the authors to the effectiveness of the interdisciplinary approach in the training of higher education students of the educational program "Management of educational institutions" based on the experience of teaching the course "Educology" as an interdisciplinary subject. It is proved that the interdisciplinary approach in the process of professional training of future managers in the field of education allows to expand their scientific worldview and increase the level of methodological culture, promotes awareness of current problems in the field of education and search for solutions and practical life situations.
