Local dynamic map (LDM) is a key component in the future of autonomous and connected vehicles. An LDM serves as a local database with the necessary tools to have a common reference system for both static data (i.e., map information) and dynamic data (vehicles, pedestrians, etc.). The LDM should have a common and well-defined input system in order to be interoperable across multiple data sources such as sensor detections or V2X communications. In this work, we present an interoperable graph-based LDM (iLDM) using Neo4j as our database engine and OpenLABEL as a common data format. An analysis on data insertion and querying time to the iLDM is reported, including a vehicle discovery service function in order to test the capabilities of our work and a comparative analysis with other LDM implementations showing that our proposed iLDM outperformed in several relevant features, furthering its practical utilisation in advanced driver assistance system development.

The Android system operates on many smartphones in many locales. Websites and web tools have their own requirements in day-to-day life. To reach the maximum users, the app and website should handle all the resources such as text strings, functions, layouts, graphics, and any other static data that the app/website needs. It requires internationalization and localization of the website and app to support multiple languages. The basic idea of this chapter is to present an approach for localizing the Android application according to the location data that the app received from the device, but many users do not allow the “access location” feature so this approach will be a dead end in this case. The authors have proposed some other techniques to achieve this feature of localization and internationalization by implementing the “choose language” service so that the app can itself optimize its content and translate it into the user's native language.

The anthropocentric postulates of Silver age’s poetry “acmeism” are opened as an idea of continuity of cultural and civilization models; the concept of "spiritual body of the Universe", of world physiological basis are represented. The article reveals the idea of continuity of cultural and civilization models in the works of acmeism representatives. The conceptual importance of the somatic lexicon as the name of parts of a body is analyzed in A. Akhmatova's masterpieces, especially the “eye” image. It is important to analyze the somatic lexicon as a component of the model of "body-making man” reproducing the most harmonious condition of the world. The authors of the article interpret static data determining the character and the number of references to the concept “eye” in A. Akhmatova's poetry and deduce the main regularities of the use of this concept. The structural models of constructions that include "eye" are revealed; the most productive semantic groups corresponding to traditional cultural interpretations and archetypes are highlighted. The main interpretations of the “eye” as a retranslator of inner feelings, a means of cognition of the world, a semantic detail of mythological and individual-author images are highlighted. The antithesis “closed eye - open eye” is introduced, the color symbolism of the “eye” is deciphered. The paper differentiates cultural and individual-author associative rows of the studied units. The authors of the article hypothesize the importance of “eye” in the works of A. Akhmatova as a part of the concept of “spiritual body of the Universe”; they reveal the dualism of this organ, which combines the experience of studying the outer world with the function of a conductor of feelings and emotions to the outer world. The idea of the fruitfulness of further observations on the functioning of somatic vocabulary in the works of A. Akhmatova in the aspect of anthropocentric model is introduced.

The paper presents an analysis of the parameter obtained by remote sensing of the planet Earth, the normalized vegetation index (NDVI index). The results of assessing the impact of the index on the occurrence of fires in a certain area are presented. Using the example of statistical data for the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the index values for two periods of spring and summer were obtained, and the influence of NDVI values on the change in the probability of a forest fire was estimated. Static data on the index were selected from the «data lake» of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, data is collected from 2014 to the present, and data on thermal points from 2012. The consequences after wildfires will cause significant damage to forestry in Russia, and to the environment as a whole. Therefore, the allocation of previously known areas with a high probability of a natural fire will not only improve preventive measures for prevention, but will also make it possible to prevent most of the consequences. This article considers one of the parameters obtained by remote sensing of the Earth NDVI of its change before and after the event in question (natural fire).

The article is devoted to the study of the current state and prerequisites for the development of management consulting as a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine. The essence and functions of professional management consulting in the structure of NACE­2010 are revealed. According to static data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, the dynamics and structure of development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine during 2012–2020 were studied. The slowdown in economic growth in 2020 has been revealed in both the industry as a whole and management consulting services caused by the economic crisis caused by the global COVID­19 pandemic. According to the structure of busi-ness entities of the studied industry, there are business entities with the status of individual entrepreneurs. Difficulties have been identified in determining the importance of management consulting in the national economy, due to the lack of statistical infor-mation on the parameters and performance of management consultants. A clear synchronization in the dynamics of the studied market parameters of the development of the industry is a component of professional, scientific and technical activities of Ukraine and management consulting. The dialectical system connection of the development of the field of professional, scientific and technical activity and the market of management consulting services is proved. Modern management consulting is revealed as a leading infrastructural institute of economy, where intellectual products are created, which contribute to the qualitative improve-ment of the activity of socio­economic subjects at the micro and macro level. The innovative orientation of the national economy as a prerequisite for the spread and effective development of management consulting in Ukraine is substantiated. Stimulating and disincentive factors for the development of management consulting in the national economy are argued. Prospects for the development of management consulting in the national economy under conditions of stabilization, the formation of a favorable foreign economic environment, as well as the Government's actions to continue the implementation of measures to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID­19 pandemic.Keywords: management consulting, professional, scientific and technical activity, consultant, statistical information, factors, development. За даними Державної служби статистики України досліджено динаміку, структуру розвитку галузі професійної, наукової та технічної діяльності впродовж 2012–2020 рр. Виявлено синхронну поведінку досліджуваних ринкових параметрів розвитку галузі та управлінського консультування. Аргументовано стимулюючі та дестимулюючі чинники розвитку управлінського консультування в національній економіці. Обґрунтовано перспективи розвитку управлінського консультування у сфері професійної, наукової та технічної діяльності в Україні. The relevance of the research is due to the development of the digital space and the processes of restructuring the entire education system. Currently, a modern educational environment is being created in Russia to create conditions for the digital transformation of education with access to individual learning trajectories of students. A special place in modern education is occupied by the additional education of children. Additional educational activities are carried out based on target models for the development of regional systems in the regions of Russia. Different approaches to implementation in the field of digitalization are being developed in each subject of the Russian Federation. In this regard, it becomes relevant to assess the readiness of institutions of additional education for children in the regions to the challenges of modern digital society. The purpose of the publication is to identify the current state and prospects of digital transformation of additional education for children in Russia (on the example of the Komi Republic), considering the key features of the development of the modern digital industry. The leading methodological approaches to the study of the problem under study are system-pragmatist, personality-oriented, and differentiated. The methods of socio-historical and theoretical-methodological analysis, evaluation and generalization of the best practices of institutions for additional education of children, analysis of normative and program documents, and comparative analysis of static data were used in the course of the research. The main trends in the digital transformation of additional education for children have been identified. Promising directions for the development of additional education for children have been identified, considering the key approaches to the implementation of the National Technological Initiative and the National Project "Education". End-to-end technologies of the digital industry have been identified as a result of the research and the correspondence of the directions of educational programs in modern models for additional education of children to these technologies has been determined. The experience of educational activities in modern centers of additional education of the Komi Republic has been summarized: "Kvantorium", "IT-cube", "House of scientific collaboration". The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the obtained data to improve the processes of digital transformation of additional technical education. The research materials can be in demand by managers, methodologists, teachers of the system of additional education for children when developing the concept of development and planning educational activities.

Choosing a major can be a difficult choice for undeclared students, depending on personal interests, job markets, program costs, and the complexity of graduation requirements. The current procedure for exploring possible majors/minors involves a tedious and time-consuming exploration of static data presented in a convoluted format. This work considers the complexity of degree requirements and presents the design and implementation of an efficient decision support system (DSS) for exploring majors and/or minors. The DSS presents a tool that enables college students to map their already completed courses to degree requirements and then view the majors/minors that yield the shortest path for graduation. Secondly, the DSS system provides data visualization tools to assist students in selecting courses that satisfy the remaining requirements of a selected major/minor.

В статье описаны исследования синдрома эмоционального выгорания и тревожности педагогов и медицинских работников. Выборку исследования составили преподаватели Астраханского государственного медицинского университета в количестве 26 человек и средний медицинский персонал учреждения здравоохранения «Медико-санитарная часть» в количестве 23 человек (г. Астрахань). Были применены следующие психодиагностические методики: 1) методика диагностики уровня эмоционального выгорания. (В.В. Бойко); 2) методика «шкала тревожности» Ч.Б. Спилбергера (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI) (в росс. адаптации Ю.Л. Ханина). Статический анализ данных осуществлялся с помощью U-критерия Манна-Уитни для независимых выборок, пакета прикладных программ Статистика 10.0. В ходе исследования установлено, что педагоги в значительной степени тревожны, чем медицинские работники. Выявлено, что у педагогов сформирован синдром эмоционального выгорания, у среднего медицинского персонала диагностирована вторая стадия эмоционального выгорания (фаза резистентности). Были зафиксированы следующие доминирующие симптомы в фазе «истощение» у педагогов: «симптом эмоционального дефицита» и «симптом эмоциональной отстраненности». Доминирующими симптомами эмоционального выгорания у медицинских работников были: «неадекватное выборочное эмоциональное реагирование» и «расширение сферы экономии эмоций». Полученные данные могут быть использованы психологами, работающие в системах здравоохранения и образования при составлении программ психологического сопровождения в целях улучшения психологического здоровья педагогов и медицинского персонала. The article describes the studies of the syndrome of emotional burnout and anxiety of teachers and medical workers. The sample of the study consisted of 26 teachers of the Astrakhan State Medical University and 23 nursing staff of the “Medical-Sanitary Unit” health care institution (Astrakhan). The following psychodiagnostic techniques were used: 1) a technique for diagnosing the level of emotional burnout. (V.V. Boyko); 2) methodology "scale of anxiety" Ch.B. Spielberger (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, STAI) (in Russian adaptation by Yu.L. Khanin). Static data analysis was performed using the Mann-Whitney U-test for independent samples, the Statistics 10.0 application package. The study found that educators are significantly more anxious than healthcare professionals. It was revealed that the teachers developed a syndrome of emotional burnout, the second stage of emotional burnout (the phase of resistance) was diagnosed for nurses. The following dominant symptoms were recorded in the "exhaustion" phase among teachers: "a symptom of emotional deficiency" and "a symptom of emotional detachment". The dominant symptoms of burnout in health care workers were: "inadequate selective emotional response" and "expansion of the sphere of saving emotions." The data obtained can be used by psychologists working in the health care and education systems when drawing up psychological support programs in order to improve the psychological health of teachers and medical personnel

Abstract Wafer manufacturing is an important step in quality control and analysis in the semiconductor industry. The defect pattern classification algorithm of wafer maps has received extensive attention from academia and industry. At present, most methods for detecting wafer surface defect patterns focus on static data model classification and analysis. However, in the production process, static data models cannot satisfy the dynamic analysis of wafer defect patterns in the form of streaming data. In this regard, this paper proposes a wafer surface defect pattern detection method based on incremental learning. Our experiment uses Resnet as the backbone network, and the data set uses the WM811K wafer data set. Experiments have proved that our method can achieve better classification accuracy in the field of wafer defect detection, which provides the possibility for continuous learning of wafer defects in the future.
