The purpose of this paper was to compare the physiological parameters of the cardiorespiratory system at rest and during the bicycle ergometer test to exhaustion in biathletes and cross-country skiers to identify the difference in the aerobic performance of athletes of two closely related winter sports. Materials and methods: 18 biathletes and 28 male cross-country skiers aged 17–21 years, all with the rank of the Candidate for Master of Sport, were examined. Bicycle ergometer testing to exhaustion was used (Oxycon Pro, Germany), cardiorespiratory parameters were analysed, maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) was determined, and the physiological cost of a unit of work was calculated. Results. At rest, a statistically significantly higher level of fitness was revealed in crosscountry skiers compared with biathletes according to such haemodynamic parameters as systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, and double product. At maximal load, an increased degree of fitness was found in cross-country skiers in terms of power and duration of bicycle ergometer exercise, cardiac and pulse cost per unit of work, as well as gross and specific VO2 max. The body of cross-country skiers under the test to exhaustion (according to oxygen pulse value) functions more efficiently than the body of biathletes. Thus, higher level of fitness among cross-country skiers of the Komi Republic is manifested in the economization of cardiorespiratory functions both at rest and at maximal ergometric loads, as well as in the value of specific physiological cost per unit of work. Increased functionality (or reserves) of cross-country skiers is indicated by such parameters as systolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, double product, respiratory minute volume, oxygen consumption, and energy expenditure. It can be assumed that the aerobic performance of biathletes is lower than that of cross-country skiers as the former receive less training in cross-country skiing.

Skill can be related to the work performed by the people. If a unit of work is performed by an unskilled person, the actual output would not match the expected output. Thus, skills and competencies play an important role in a person’s life. The projection of the skills and competencies helps him to achieve the employability status. The person has to sustain his employability by the process of continuous enhancement of his skills by way of various trainings and workshops. So, skills are essential for the development of a person and the country’s economy. This paper deals with the study of the current skill gap scenario prevailing in India and various schemes and programmes propelled by the Government of India to bridge the gap. The paper also discusses the National Policy on Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015.

The workshop will be a visual presentation covering the rationale for a unit of research that involves integrated learning/curriculum and concentrates on critical literacy. The presentation will also involve a complete example unit and accompanying course booklet. Participants will be involved in a handson evaluation of the unit presented and assess its suitability to adapt to other “core literature genres”. The unit of work involves the “multiple faces of literacy: Reading. Knowing. Doing.” at the practical teaching level. The aim is to show how to use texts from “classic fiction” in research units, as vehicles for learning, not only about the texts themselves, but also about their wider cultural significance and associated literary forms, as well as these stories represented in other media. The unit attempts to place everything examined in a meaningful context and to provide opportunities for students with diverse learning styles to enjoy the unit and to succeed. The objective is to make classic stories the integrating vehicles for learning, and so change them from literary “illusions” to “allusions” once more, therefore showing that the “critical literacy” approach can use traditional literature or story in teaching.

Objective: to analyze nurses’ attitudes toward death in a hospital context after the critical period of the COVID-19 pandemic in Portugal. Method: this quantitative, descriptive, exploratory study was conducted in a university hospital and addressed 995 nurses. Revised Death Attitude Profile (DAP-R) was used to collect data, which were analyzed using analytical and inferential statistics. Results: the nurses most frequently agreed with the statements concerning the Neutral/Neutrality Acceptance and Fear. Age, marital status, profession, and unit of work influenced the nurses’ attitudes toward death. During the critical pandemic period, the nurses providing care to patients with COVID-19 presented the following means: Fear (28.89/±8.521) and Avoidance Acceptance (18.35/±7.116), which were higher than the mean obtained in the Escape Acceptance dimension, with significant differences (p=0.004). Conclusion: the nurses held Fear and Avoidance attitudes, revealing the need to qualify and support Nursing workers to cope with the death of those they provide care and manage pandemics and catastrophes.

The Process of Development Planning Discussion (MUSRENBANG) is successful if the result of Muernbang can be implemented become maximal. So in the Implementation of both from the village level, sub district level, regencg level even merely fulfill the obligations for the realization of the program, but can be implemented well from the result of MUSRENBANG. The type of this riset are use descriptive quantitative method, secandary data and primary data, in this case we use accumulate data thecniqve by specific interview observation and documentation. While, to choose the informan we use purposive sampling thecniqve and analysis data thecniqve by reduction of data, presenting data and then we dray the conclusion. From the result of this riset, the government of Sumenep regency that belongs in the unit of work on that region have been done the MUSRENBANG of both from the village level, become maximal. Even merely fulfill doing the process of MUSRENBANG wel done. Althaugh there are some unrealization program, but it can understandabhg, because the limitations of the budget provided by the government. But the appreciation of Jawa Timur governoor about Sumenep regency is being process and MUSRENBANG Implementation of Sumenep regency is trully kept and the government of Sumenep regency responsibly.

This chapter examined the theoretical background of the use of a screw working body in front of the planner bucket and conducting experiments in laboratory conditions with the proposed working body. This work supports the practical solution of using a screw working particle in the current field planning. Significance of the work reducing traction resistance to soil movement up to 20% enables the tractor unit to work at higher speeds of translational motion; the latter contributes to increased productivity, improved planning quality and reduced cash costs per unit of work performed. The chapter was prepared under results of research in the Mechanics Laboratory of Bukhara Engineering Technological Institute.

Abstract

The concept of criminal liability is when a person is legally responsible for certain actions that are subject to a sanction, because the act itself makes people responsible. According to Law No. 5 of 1999, three indicators determine unfair business competition, namely: 1. Business competition that is done dishonestly. 2. Business competition carried out by means of violating the law. 3. Business competition carried out by inhibiting competition among business actors. Factors that make the cause of unhealthy business competition in decision number 03 / KPPU-L / 2018 There are similarities in the Implementation Method Similarity in Bidding Documents of Reported Party II, Reported Party III, and Reported Party IV. There are similarities in writing / typing errors in the bidding documents of Reported Party II, Reported Party III and Reported Party IV.
