This paper proposes a new scheme to reduce the output power variation range of a wind turbine group without an energy storage system. This proposal is based on the active power compensation principle for each wind turbine. In this research, the wind turbine operates in the active power control mode. The reference active power is calculated in such a way that it compensates for the difference between the average output power and the actual output power. To verify and evaluate the proposed method, we simulated a group of two 1.5MW-wind turbines in the Simulink environment of MATLAB. Simulation results were compared to the ones of a wind turbine group without any smoothing scheme and the ones of the same group with the Exponential Moving Average method. From this comparison, we can conclude that with the proposed method, the actual output power of the wind turbine group becomes smoother than that of the wind turbine group without any smoothing scheme. Moreover, the performance of the wind turbine group with the proposed method is better than that of the wind turbine group with the Exponential Moving Average method.

In this short note, one data driven model predictive control is studied to design the optimal control sequence. The idea of data driven means the actual output value in cost function for model predictive control is identi_ed through input-output observed data in case of unknown but bounded noise and martingale di_erence sequence. After substituting the identi_ed actual output in cost function, the total cost function in model predictive control is reformulated as the other standard form, so that dynamic programming can be applied directly. As dynamic programming is only used in optimization theory, so to extend its advantage in control theory, dynamic programming algorithm is proposed to construct the optimal control sequence. Furthermore, stability analysis for data drive model predictive control is also given based on dynamic programming strategy. Generally, the goal of this short note is to bridge the dynamic programming, system identi_cation and model predictive control. Finally, one simulation example is used to prove the e_ciency of our proposed theory

Skill can be related to the work performed by the people. If a unit of work is performed by an unskilled person, the actual output would not match the expected output. Thus, skills and competencies play an important role in a person’s life. The projection of the skills and competencies helps him to achieve the employability status. The person has to sustain his employability by the process of continuous enhancement of his skills by way of various trainings and workshops. So, skills are essential for the development of a person and the country’s economy. This paper deals with the study of the current skill gap scenario prevailing in India and various schemes and programmes propelled by the Government of India to bridge the gap. The paper also discusses the National Policy on Skill Development and Entrepreneurship 2015.

Abstract: The role and contribution of Islamic finance on economic growth in Indonesia has increased gradually and steadily. This is because the Islamic economy's universal and comprehensively basic principle is the primary foundation of Islamic banking. This research aimed to analyze the role of Islamic Banking on Indonesia's real sector during 2007.01 – 2016.04. This study used the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) as a tool to analyze secondary data. The result showed that in Indonesia, sharia deposit positively and significantly influenced actual output in the short term. In addition, in the long-term, sharia financing positively and significantly influenced actual output. Moreover, Granger Causality Test proved the occurrence of one-way causality between actual output and inflation. Thus, Islamic banking can encourage actual output in Indonesia. The results of this study become a consideration for stakeholders and policymakers to pay more attention to strategies and policies that support economic growth in Indonesia.

The goal of the study is to contribute to the problem in hand regarding the insufficiently developed digital competencies of teachers of social scientific subjects within the secondary education. The solution to it is based on a precondition that if the teachers will not be digitally competent they will not be able to develop the digital competence of students. This fact can negatively affect their ability to find employment at the labour market of the 21st century, preparedness to further professional education and ability to participate at the lifelong learning. The text at issue solves the problem of digital technology integration into teaching of social sciences, emphasizes multidisciplinary approach to the humanities, social and technological sciences, presents the need of development of teachers´ technical thinking relating to social scientific subjects and specifies common features and differences of the pedagogical and technological sciences. The study is the actual output of the project TAČR (PID: TL 01000192, in the period 02/2018 – 02/2021). It is based on the sub-chapter ”Integration of the digital technology into teaching of social sciences” that will be embodied in the currently prepared monograph “Development of teachers´ digital competencies relating to social scientific subjects at vocational schools”.

The main reason that currently hinders the commercialization of electric vehicles is a bottleneck in battery, motor and electronic control technology, however, an In-depth study of electronic control technology is one of the most effective means to break through this bottleneck at present. The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem that the pure electric vehicle is difficult to meet the driver’s acceleration intention in the urban road cycle acceleration work condition and the brake energy recovery process does not consider the battery state of charge during the deceleration work condition. Proposed a control strategy that can meet the requirements of road cycle conditions and driver’s driving intentions and take account of the vehicle operating status. Use a fuzzy control algorithm to develop a fuzzy controller that taking the motor demand speed change rate and battery state of charge as input, the motor demand torque compensation coefficient as output. The experimental results show that the modified control strategy can improve the actual output power, the actual output torque of the motor and actual driving force of the wheel under the premise of maintaining economy; it also improved the acceleration performance and climbing performance of pure electric vehicles, and can recycle braking energy efficiently. The experimental results show that the secondary development control strategy can meet the requirements of the cycle work condition CYC_ECE_EUDC for the speed and driving force and the driver’s driving intention under the premise of not sacrificing economics.

A storyteller panorama tour, The Story of the Markam Car Collection, was developed as an example for museums and cultural institutions concerning the use of panoramas combined with multimedia to tell stories of specific large objects (antique cars). It was designed for multiple platforms to involve and engage audiences via large curved screens while allowing for access via portable devices. Understanding users’ requirements is essential when designing and developing virtual museum tours. Measuring digital productions’ usability is an ongoing challenge that affects the improvement of user experience and the actual output. A variety of techniques and approaches are available to test digital productions’ usability and the related user experience. It is possible to measure and evaluate the production’s usefulness, including users’ engagement and understanding. However, the best method for assessing museum-related digital productions varies depending on aims, capacity, audience, and local context. In this paper, we demonstrate the strategy we employed to evaluate the particular storyteller panorama tour’s usability, user experience, engagement, and resulting audience understanding. The results of the evaluations showed that storyteller panorama tours could be an effective, attractive, and engaging storyteller method for cultural institutions. However, the findings also indicated that the users’ age, gender, and computer-related experience influence the use and enjoyment levels. We share our experiences and offer an example of how to evaluate a storyteller panorama tour. We believe that the presented evaluation strategy would be applicable to other museum-related projects, as well.
