In recent years, service isolation and service miniaturization have become very popular. The large services are dismantled into multiple low-cost and simple small services to improve the scalability and disaster tolerance of the entire services. A service network composed of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and MEC servers is proposed in this paper, which aims at decoupling multiple services of the SWIPT-MEC network. In this network, UAVs take charge of energy transmission and calculation task scheduling and MEC servers are focused on task calculation. To meet the resource requirements of the ground nodes (GNs) in the network, we designed a distributed iterative algorithm to solve the resource allocation decision problem of GNs and used the modified expert bat algorithm to complete the UAV’s trajectory planning in a two-dimensional space. The results show that the algorithm can formulate a more fair resource allocation strategy, and its performance is improved by 7% compared with the traditional bat algorithm. In addition, the algorithm in this paper can also adapt to changes in task length and has a certain degree of stability.

Satellite communication has played an important part in many different industries because of its advantages of wide coverage, strong disaster tolerance and high flexibility. The security of satellite communication systems has always been the concern of many scholars. Without authentication, user should not obtain his/her required services. Beyond that, the anonymity also needs to be protected during communications. In this study, we design an efficient and provably secure key agreement scheme for satellite communication systems. In each session, we replace user’s true identity by a temporary identity, which will be updated for each session, to guarantee the anonymity. Because the only use of lightweight algorithms, our proposed scheme has high performance. Furthermore, the security of the proposed scheme is proved in the real-or-random model and the performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme is more efficient than some other schemes for satellite communication systems.

The article discusses the signs of the beginning of the process of globalization in the global economy. The authors speculate on how the coronavirus pandemic will affect business and propose measures to support business by the state. The authors compiled a list of priority functions of the global institutional structure of the global economy in the current economic situation. Among other things, the authors note the likely changes in corporate governance, namely in the field of disaster tolerance.

In operation of ground-based robotic systems for military purposes, due to target actions of an opposing party, numerous failures might occur that lead to a suddenly changed state of the system and, therefore, fall into the category of catastrophic failures. In this case, we face the question of providing the disaster tolerance as an ability of a group of robots to continue operations with partially lost efficiency. A significant but still unresolved issue regarding ground-based robot systems is their equipment with computing equipment developed on domestic microprocessors and software. The paper includes offered techniques and algorithms that serve as a basis for building of disaster-tolerant control systems of ground-based robot systems based on domestic computer systems and software. Authors have developed the algorithms to ensure tolerance of on-board control systems against catastrophic failures. Authors have received numerical results that show the increased operation time of groups of robots in case of catastrophic failures. The findings improve import substitution options in the field of robotics.

The modern telecommunication has come into the Long-Term Evolution (LTE) era. The whole transmission network gradually has evolved to the IP network. The overall network organization is likewise becoming more and more similar to the metropolitan data network. A mobile Packet Transport Network (PTN) transmission network construction is investigated. The specific bearing requirements of time division long-term evolution (TD-LTE) are analyzed. The topology structures of L3 and L2/L3 and the equipment applications in different network levels of the PTN network are discussed. The existing problems concerning the circuit scheduling, disaster tolerance requirement, security connection and business pressure are analyzed in detail. Their corresponding optimization strategies are presented. Finally, the network level having a clear, robust and complete coverage is reached. It proves that the optimized network can meet the third level of the disaster tolerance international standard SHARE 78.

With the continuous improvement of marine strategic status, the degree of emphasis on marine environmental security incidents has increased. In order to effectively prevent and manage marine environmental events, we need to work through risk assessments to prevent the occurrence of events or reduce the impact of events. Based on the theory of public safety triangle, this paper studies and analyzes the comprehensive risk assessment of marine environmental safety. Based on the historical disaster situation investigation and the existing disaster risk assessment research results, a comprehensive risk assessment framework was established. According to the development process of the marine environmental safety incident and the influence of the incident, the comprehensive risk evaluation index system is constructed from three aspects: event risk, disaster tolerance and emergency management. According to the expert experience and judgment matrix, considering the acceptable level of risk, the risk assessment grading standard is established, which provides theoretical support for the comprehensive risk assessment of marine environmental safety.
