This research is motivated by the existence of various forms of soccer dribbling skill errors, namely first touch, coordination, and ball feeling as well as characteristic causes based on observations made by researchers, the facts in the field state that when the teacher delivers soccer dribbling material there are still many students who lack focus about understanding the strategy that the coach gives to students will have an impact on formations that cannot be applied during play. The next factor is that not many teachers/coaches apply various training models to the learning process, so it tends to be monotonous. The reason the author observes this problem is to find out, analyze and correct the form of football dribbling skills errors. The data collection method used in this research is a survey method with the locomotor skills test technique and the skill development phase test. The research sampling technique used a total sampling technique with a total of 40 responses from some class III and IV extracurricular students of Al-Fath BSD Elementary School, South Tangerang City. The research variables were basic first touch skills, coordination, and ball feeling in doing soccer dribbling. Analysis of research data using descriptive percentages. Based on the results of the assessment analysis, it can be concluded that the form of errors in the dribbling skills of the III and IV graders of football extracurricular is first touching 18%, coordination 45%, and ball feeling 15%. The cause of errors that occur in dribbling skills is a lack of coordination ability, this can be seen in the skill test percentage indicator after being analyzed.

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and analyze the effect of organizational commitment through OCB as an intervening variable on employee performance. The population is all employees who work at SPMI units of Private Universities in West Sumatra, amounting to 241 people. Of the 241 people taken 30 as a sample of validity and reliability so the remaining 211 people still exist. While the number of samples taken using the saturation sampling technique, which is a sampling technique by taking the entire population that is 211 samples. The data collection method uses the survey method, followed by the statistical method to test the hypothesis by path analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB and employee performance, so does OCB has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, organizational commitment through OCB also has an influence on employee performance.

This study aims to find out how the pedagogical competencies of teachers at SDN 060915 JL TB. SimatupangKecamatan Medan Sunggal and how the influence of teacher pedagogic competence on student learning outcomes in class III science subjects SDN 060915 JL. TB Simatupang Medan Sunggal District. The approach used is quantitative with the survey method. The population in this study were all students at SDN 060915 JL. TB Simatupang, Medan SunggalSubdistrict, totaling 198 students. The sample was 45 students with a sampling technique that was simple random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) and documentation study. The analytical technique used is the data prerequisite test, product moment correlation test and hypothesis testing using the version 21.0 of the Program For Social Science (SPSS) statistics. From the results of the research that has been found it can be concluded that the pedagogical competence of teachers in science subjects is 51.11% with sufficient categories while the learning outcomes of class III students and class IIIB are 60% with sufficient categories. Based on the analysis of the data seen from the R Squaree determination coefficient test there is an influence of the teacher's pedagogical competence on learning outcomes, the magnitude of the influence is 23.8%.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, brand trust on purchase intention of SK-II skincare products in Jakarta. The independent variable in this research is product quality, brand image, brand trust, and the dependent variable in this research is purchase intention. The sampling technique used in this research is nonprobability sampling by purposive sampling using a quantitative approach. The data collection method was distributed questionnaires to consumers/users of SK-II skincare products in Jakarta with a target of 135 respondents, but only 121 respondents collected, valid data only 100 respondents. The research data was analyzed using the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of the research, it showed that brand image and brand trust have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, while product quality has no significant effect on purchase intention. To increase customer purchase intention, companies should pay attention to brand trust because brand trust is the vriable that most influences purchase intention. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, kepercayaan merek terhadap niat membeli produk skincare merek SK-II di Jakarta. Variabel independent pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, citra merek, kepercayaan merek, dan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah niat membeli. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan cara purposive sampling dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen / pengguna produk skincare merek SK-II di Jakarta dengan target 135 respomden, namun yang terkumpul hanya 121 responden, data yang valid hanya 100 responden. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, menunjukkan bahwa citra merek dan kepercayaan merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat membeli, sedangkan kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap niat membeli. Untuk meningkatkan niat beli pelanggan, perusahaan harus memberikan perhatian besar pada kepercayaan merek karena kepercayaan merek merupakan variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap niat membeli.

Mouthwash is used by some people to maintain oral hygiene in order to avoid the interference of oral cavity diseases. Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) is a theory measuring the influence of behavioral and subjective norm regarding someone’s perception toward the purchase intention. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of attitude and subjective norm both partially and simultaneously towards the purchase intention of mouthwash potential consumer.This study is non-experimental descriptive research with the survey method and data collection carried out by cross sectional by using judgemental sampling technique. The population of this research is all of Surakarta society which has been using mouthwash in six month untill March 2013 as the research subject. There are 120 respondents in this research. Data analysis using multiple linier regression to determine the influenceof attitudeand subjective norm towards the purchase intention.The result of the research shows that consumers attitudepartiallyinfluences toward mouthwash purchase intention (t-value 0,000), subjective norm partially influences toward mouthwash purchase intention (t-value 0,038), and attitude and subjective norm simultaneouslyinfluence toward mouthwash purchase intention that is 36,5% (F-value 0,000).

This study aims at investigating the presence of correlation between comprehension of language elements and attitude towards Indonesian language with scientific paper writing competence. This research was conducted on the students of MIPA-FKIP UNS from July to November 2015 by employing survey method as a tool of correlational study. The population included all students of PMIPA-FKIP UNS attending Indonesian language course and the research samples were 70 students, gathered using cluster random sampling technique. The research data were collected with composition test of scientific paper writing, test of comprehension of language elements and questionnaires on attitude towards Indonesian language. Afterwards, the data were statistically analyzed using simple and multiple regression analyses and correlation analysis. The researchresults indicate that 1) there is a positive and significant correlation between comprehension of language elements and scientific paper writing competence; 2) there is a positive and significant correlation between attitude towards Indonesian language and scientific paper writing competence; and 3) there is a positive and significant correlation between comprehension of language el ements and attitude towards Indonesian language along with scientific paper writing competence.

This study aimed to determine the decision making, attitudes and factors that affected underprivileged households on buying eggs in Bandar Lampung city. This research was conducted in Teluk Betung Timur. The research method used in this research was survey method. The research data consisted of primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by conducting interviews with 75 underprivileged households. Secondary data was obtained by literature study. The sampling technique used in this study was simple random sampling. The research data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively, by Fishbein multiattribute model and multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained from this study showed that consumers decided to buy eggs at the sales location through the need recognition stage, information search stage, alternative evaluation stage, purchase decision stage and post purchase evaluation stage. The price of chicken eggs was the benefit, main focus and the most considered on choosing a location to buy eggs. Consumers prefer buying eggs at grocery stalls compared to traditional markets and modern markets. Together, the price of eggs, household income, number of household members, the price of free-range chicken eggs, the price of purebred chicken, the price of beef, the price of tempeh, tofu, salted fish and cooking oil had a significant effect on purchasing eggs. Factors that significantly influence the purchase of eggs by underprivileged households in Bandar Lampung were the price of eggs and the number of household members.Key words: attitude, decision, eggs, factors

The high interest of Grab users can be seen from the success of a UX Writer in creating User Experience. User Experience assesses how satisfied someone is with products, systems and services. This research has a purpose to find out the effect of UX Writing that has been done by the UX Writer in Grab application to the User Experience. The theories that are used such as Brand, Branding, User Experience, and UX Writing. The method that is used is quantitative research with the survey method. The sampling technique that is used by the authors is the Non-probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling. The total of samples is 100 respondents. Data collection method that is used is a questionnaire of Google forms that are distributed directly or online. The research phase was carried out by using a pre-test to 30 respondents, then doing a post-test to 100 respondents. The results of data processing indicate that there is an influence of the UX Writing (X) on the User Experience (Y). The most influential dimension on UX Writing (X) is visual, while the most influential dimension on User Experience (Y) is branding. Tingginya minat pengguna Grab terlihat dari keberhasilan seorang UX Writer dalam menciptakan User Experience. User Experience menilai seberapa puas seseorang terhadap produk, sistem, dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari UX Writing yang dilakukan oleh UX Writer aplikasi Grab terhadap User Experience kepada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Brand, Branding, User Experience, dan UX Writing. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Non-probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Purposive Sampling. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Tahap penelitian yang dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan pre-test kepada 30 responden, kemudian melakukan post-test kepada 100 responden. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari variabel UX Writing (X) terhadap variabel User Experience (Y) pada pengguna aplikasi Grab. Dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel UX Writing (X) adalah visual, sedangkan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh pada variabel User Experience (Y) adalah branding.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of working capital turn over and liquidity to profitability. The population in this research is all of the fast-moving consumer goods listed company in the Indonesian Capital Market Directory and publishes financial reports in 2016-2018. A sample is determined by a purposive sampling technique based on specified criteria and obtained as many as 24 companies. The research data is secondary data with the collection method uses documentation technique.  Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results show that working capital turn over (WCTO) and liquidity (CR) simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability (ROA) amount 34,6% while there remaining 65,4% is influenced by other factors. Partially, the working capital turn over (WCTO) variable has a significant effect on profitability (ROA) and liquidity (CR) variable has a significant effect on profitability (ROA).

Trash Bank is effective management which aims to encourage people in managing a better environment. The trash bank increased people's awareness in reducing trash transported to the landfill, as well as being an effective solution in dealing with the trash so that through the community trash bank they could deposit trash and increased their wealth as a collective income, and to be able to process trash into compost. This study aimed to determine the behavior of the community in managing their trash, to influence public awareness in the uses of trash in Bakunci Landfill trash bank as a means to increase people's income and to reduce trash; which is processed into compost; as an environmental feasibility analysis. The method used in this study was a survey method with purposive sampling as its sampling technique. The obtained research data were in the form of primary and secondary data. The results of this study were: the behavior of garbage bank customers; including simple administration and a good operational system; influenced Y in the form of savings and was influenced by variable X1, namely the administration and variable X2, namely Operational. Both of these variables had a significant effect of 92.29% with an error tolerance of 0.05 or 5%. The influence of trash bank customers in managing trash into compost had an effect on the income of trash bank customers with a profit of Rp. 23,856,000 / month and was also feasible for the environment.

This study aims to determine empirically the effect of learning on learning outcomes approach Accounting I. Introduction The research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were students majoring in Accounting, Economics Faculty S1 at Padang State University from 2017 to 2018. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling as many as 189 people who of force in 2017, 2015 and 2014. The data collection method used survey method in the form of a questionnaire given personally. The data processing was performed using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that in-depth approach, strategic approach and surface approach simultaneously significant effect on learning outcomes. Contribution approach used in the study affect learning outcomes is quite large, namely by 50% and approaches to learning most significant influence is the strategic approach, this is evidenced from t to the variable strategic approach by 2,599> t table 0,010 1,652 significance <0.05 and then.
