We are going through a very challenging period in human history. Not only has the COVID-19 pandemic had a disastrous effect on people and countries in all parts of the world, but also many other dangerous and life threatening problems have to be addressed and overcome, especially the environmental crisis, huge disparities in income and wealth, systemic racism, and conflicts between different genders, groups, regions, countries, and cultures. In order to come to grips with these problems, and others, it is imperative to make transcendental and not just transformational changes in our lifestyles, values, worldviews, actions, behaviour, and ways of life. The key to this lies in creating an effective balance between materialism and spiritualism, as well as placing a much higher priority on the cultivation of spirituality in our lives in the traditional and contemporary sense. Not only will this make it possible to reduce the colossal demands we are making on the natural environment – largely because most spiritual activities are "human intensive" rather than "material intensive" and therefore don’t consume as many natural resources as most other activities – but also it will enable present and future generations to experience a great deal more exuberance, exhilaration, and ecstasy in life without having to resort to drugs and other substances and devices to create "highs" and "peak experiences" because spiritual activities achieve this naturally. Many of these activities involve participating in causes that are greater than ourselves, joining protest movements aimed at creating more equality and justice in the world, going within ourselves to discover who we really are and what we were intended to realize in life, broaden and deepen our experiences in the arts, cultures, and the cultural heritage of humankind, and engage in explorations in nature and the natural realm that are capable of bringing us into contact with the sublime and possibly even the divine.

Most recent NIH studies and CDC publication were able to estimate the vaccine efficacy variation overtime, and to remove the previous vail of ultimate and absolute protection against SARS-CoV-2, known as COVID-19 with respect to delta variant, propagated in the USA. The statistical data shows clear that Vaccines as Pfizer ad Moderna works, in spite their efficacies are decreasing with about 5%/month, are still able to protect in a more complex manner than masks and nano-engineered aerodynamics based protection measures. If these measures are referring to preventing inhalation of any hazardous material, no matter the type of viruses, the vaccine is dealing with the effects of virus inside the body after the intake took place. These vaccines were considered an ultimate protection and praised as such, as being in fact big pharma business, easy to be understood by masses with a real nature hazard mitigation IQ level much lower than the one made at national level based on the actual IQ tests customized to keep happy Caucasians, but fit well on Pacific Rim Asians. The problem with engineered protection is that one needs a smart population, cooperating synergistically, and be knowledgeable on when and how to use the protection in order to stop pandemic, insulate aggressor virus, create a vaccine and terminate the hazard. The current US practice is dominated by high-level mis-information and politicization of pandemic, where the actual spike in delta variant is due to CDC suppression of masks, without reaching a heard immunity, praising and enforcing vaccination aggravated by the incompetence of conservatives, who do not understand that a sick or dead person cannot enjoy constitutional freedoms, and do not distinguish between a life threat and a right, simply opposing to government without coming with alternate measures, having a disastrous effect on US population which with only 4% of world’s population delivered more than 25% of world’s causalities. The current milestone of 610,000 deaths and 40 million infected made the world leery about US exceptionalism and its planetary leadership.

Modern era is witnessing tremendous move on in discipline of Science and technology. Near has been provocation of notice in Reinforced Composite Polymer (RPC’s) in a range of regime of technology. Broad study is want of hour in line of work of composite fibers anticipated to innovation of new technology and necessitate of advance accomplishment from open material. RPC’s are emerging environment pleasant materials as they container be recycled thermally without posing any menace to environment and originates from renewable sources. They have become a viable alternatives to existing employed carbon fibers polymers having disastrous effect on environment and having limited workability as well as cumbersome disposal. RPC’s have remarkable properties of impact toughness and Fatigue Strength. This is due to their partial brittle structure comprising of ductile and tough matrix interfolded with strong as well as brittle binder. RPC’s have encompassed almost every sphere of automobile industry and are widely used in interior parts, bonnets design and fabrication of accessories as well as in providing insulation platform in automobiles.

Abstract Hybrid systems are common in real life and have been studied in many different fields. However, due to the interaction of different sub-systems, a hybrid system is much more complex than a mono-dynamic one, where great challenges are confronted when seeking stable controllers either for linear or nonlinear systems. The traditional design scheme for such a system, namely, to design a controller for each sub-system separately, cannot yield satisfactory performance, since the switches between sub-systems are not specifically considered. In fact, the controllers constructed in this way are usually of poor performance, or even unstable, as a disastrous effect caused by the alternation of sub-systems. In this paper, considering the aforementioned problem, a control scheme is proposed to design suitable controllers for hybrid systems to achieve overall stabilization by taking account of the switching behaviors of the system, as well as its sub-systems carefully. The design scheme consists of two steps, wherein the first step aims to design sub-controllers for different sub-systems, usually with different Lyapunov functions, while a common Lyapunov function candidate is composed in the second step to modify the previously designed sub-controllers correspondingly. Following this design scheme, not only the stability, but also the performance of the closed-loop hybrid systems, is successfully guaranteed. Some simulation results are provided to show the satisfactory performance of the proposed design scheme.

COVID-19 is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). It has a disastrous effect on mankind due to the contagious and rapid nature of its spread. Although vaccines for SARS-CoV-2 have been successfully developed, the proven, effective, and specific therapeutic molecules are yet to be identified for the treatment. The repurposing of existing drugs and recognition of new medicines are continuously in progress. Efforts are being made to single out plant-based novel therapeutic compounds. As a result, some of these biomolecules are in their testing phase. During these efforts, the whole-genome sequencing of SARS-CoV-2 has given the direction to explore the omics systems and approaches to overcome this unprecedented health challenge globally. Genome, proteome, and metagenome sequence analyses have helped identify virus nature, thereby assisting in understanding the molecular mechanism, structural understanding, and disease propagation. The multi-omics approaches offer various tools and strategies for identifying potential therapeutic biomolecules for COVID-19 and exploring the plants producing biomolecules that can be used as biopharmaceutical products. This review explores the available multi-omics approaches and their scope to investigate the therapeutic promises of plant-based biomolecules in treating SARS-CoV-2 infection.

COVID-19 crisis has hit many QSRs hard. There are numerous problems which are faced by these restaurants due to the high competition in the market. Nowadays, there is an even major problem to be faced in the food industry, which is Coronavirus pandemic. It has a disastrous effect on the food industry. There have been dramatic declines in sales for many Quick Service Restaurants. Some of them have permanently closed their doors. The aim of this research is to examine the hygiene and health conditions in quick service restaurants (QSRs) from customers perspective during Covid-19 Pandemic with a specific focus on international chains in Egypt. Moreover, examining QSR’ customers information about COVID-19. In order to achieve this aim, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to a convenience sample of QSR’s customers in order to illustrate to what extent QSR chains are maintain the proper hygienic and health conditions during pandemic. The results interestingly showed that QSRsgoers are moderately satisfied with the hygienic procedures that maintained in these chains. In this regard, it is recommended that QSR chains should struggle to increase the level of their customers satisfaction regarding this subject e.g., provision of disinfection materials, wearing and providing protective face masks, gloves, and disposable cutlery and paper cups.

Preliminary remarks on the Iron Age Cypriot imports in Tell Keisan, a Phoenician city in Lower Galilee (Israel) The paper deals with one of several scientific topics mirrored in the history of Tell Keisan, specifically the relationships between Israel/Palestine, Cyprus, and Phoenicia, and is based primarily on the hitherto unpublished Cypriot decorated pottery finds from this site. The earliest occurrence of the Iron Age Cypriot imports at Keisan has been recorded in Stratum 8 (10th century BC), while their increased quantities appear in Strata 5 and 4 (c. 8th-7th century BC). The Black-on-Red ware is the most numerous, while the White Painted and Bichrome wares are quite rare. In Stratum 3 (580-380 BC), the number of Cypriot imports drops dramatically. This was probably the result of a rapid change in the political and then economic situation in this region. In 525 BC, Cyprus became part of the fifth Persian satrapy. This must have had a disastrous effect on the economic situation of some of the Cypriot regions and was one of the reasons for the total cessation of Cypriot imports to the Levantine mainland.

We have successfully explored the potential MoO3 nanoparticles as a heterogeneous catalyst for the cyclocondensation of hydrazines/hydrazides with 1,3-dicarbonyl compound in aqueousalcoholic medium at room temperature. The present method has been developed using green chemistry measures and offers a range of N-substituted pyrazoles with moderate to excellent yields. Utilization of non-toxic catalyst, wide substrate scope and environmentally benign reaction medium are the important features of the developed protocol. Interestingly, MoO3 nanocatalyst can easily be recovered from the reaction mixture and showed excellent reusability with a modest change in product yield. We have reported herein the synthetic pathway with less disastrous effect in the atmosphere.
