With the opening up of our country, English has become one of the necessary skills for foreign communication. Traditional English teaching can no longer meet the needs of learning. It is necessary to introduce computer, multimedia, and other technologies to supplement students to improve students’ autonomous learning ability and learning interest. This is extremely important for the evaluation of English multimedia teaching. Based on the collaborative filtering topic search algorithm, this article tries to sort out the influence of English synthesis and English specialization on the development of language intelligence for English multimedia teaching and analyzes and promotes the improvement of students’ interest in learning English and the improvement of classroom self-learning awareness. The results of simulation experiments show that the collaborative filtering topic search algorithm is effective and can support the development of language intelligence in English multimedia teaching.

Virtual reality (VR) technology can bring us immersive, so it can be widely applied in all professions and trades. The application of multimedia in Chinese folk art performance teaching has many problems and defects, and VR technology can help overcome such problems and defects. This paper aims to develop and design multimedia teaching with VR technology from the aspects of system structure, system function, system multimedia, and system implementation based on the defects in the course of Chinese Folk Art Performance, to combine virtual situations created with VR technology with the teaching of Chinese folk art performance, and decompose classic teaching cases. Contrast experiment shows that the VR-based multiple teaching systems is helpful for students to improve their theoretical knowledge reserve and enhance students’ self-regulation of learning, arouse students’ learning interest, and improve classroom atmosphere. These findings indicate this teaching design can help students comprehend the teaching contents of Chinese folk art performance, and improve students’ learning ability and efficiency.

To realize education informatization, it is highly necessary to recommend teaching resources to students that can enhance their learning interest and improve teaching quality. This paper develops a personalized matching system for management teaching resources based on collaborative filtering (CF) algorithm. Firstly, the authors set up a user interest model, designed the flow and algorithm for personalized matching, and improved the similarity calculation method. Next, a personalized recommendation algorithm was developed based on the CF, and a personalized matching engine was constructed with the aid of Apache Mahout. The experimental results show that the proposed CF algorithm can effectively improve the recommendation quality, and push personalized teaching resources to each user; the learners are highly satisfied with the personalized matching system. The research results shed new light on personalized recommendation of teaching resources, opening up a new way to education informatization.

This paper introduces the basic functions and characteristics of the Rain Classroom platform based on information technology. By using the integration of information technology and Control Engineering course teaching, a mixed teaching mode of control engineering course based on Rain Classroom is designed and applied to specific teaching practice. The results show that, the engineering thinking, learning habits, self-learning ability, learning interest and learning enthusiasm of the experimental class have been greatly improved compared with before after the practice of blended teaching.

With the advancement of multimedia technology, a series of problems have emerged in the reform of college English teaching. How to use multimedia to assist college students in English learning has become a meaningful study. Multimedia-assisted instruction is a common method of teaching English. The design of multimedia-assisted English teaching resource software determines its development, management, evaluation and other aspects, so the design of multimedia platform plays a vital role in the effect of multimedia teaching. This paper will discuss the design and implementation of multimedia-assisted college English independent education resources from the perspective of knowledge classification. Through the content analysis, some problems exist in the design process of some college English multimedia teaching, and the status quo is analyzed. It also studies the difficulties of college students in the process of multimedia assisted learning, and how college students hope to design multimedia independent learning multimedia platform. Finally, the five knowledge classification learning theories of “listening, speaking, reading, writing and translating” can change the status quo, meet the needs of college students, and develop the knowledge of vocabulary, grammar and listening in college English. The design strategy of self-learning multimedia-assisted instruction and the design of college English self-learning multimedia teaching is briefly written.

A HIP multicast mode; based dynamic multicast routing algorithm (HIPDMR) was brought out and network model was established to describe and simplify problem to be researched. HIPDMR used Bellman-Ford as routing search algorithm, which can determine dynamic multicast routing with minimum hop number and overhead while meet constraints of bandwidth, delay, jitter and packet loss rate. Simulation experiments result show that HIPDMR can build dynamic multicast routing under constraints of multiple QoS comparing with algorithms that not considering QoS assuming network node output link capacity be equal

The robots identify, locate and install the workpiece in FMS system by identifying the characteristic information of target workpiece. The paper studied the recognition technology of complex shape workpiece with combination of BP neural network and Zernike moment. The strong recognition ability of Zernike moment can extract the characteristic. The good fault tolerance, classification, parallel processing and self-learning ability of BP neural network can greatly improve the accurate rate of recognition. Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The aim of the research is to identify the effect of the interaction between the e-learning environment and the level of self-learning ability on critical thinking and achievement in mathematics among secondary school students. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the semi-experimental approach, where the research tools were in the measure of self-learning ability, electronic achievement test, After verifying the validity of the research tools and their consistency, they were applied to a sample of (35) female high school students in Taif, They were divided into the first two experimental groups (18) and the second (17) according to the level of self-learning ability (high and low). The first group is taught through a virtual e-learning environment and the other through a personal electronic learning environment. The data were processed using the SPSS statistical program and the research reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There was a statistically significant difference (0.05) among the average scores of the students in the post-test of the achievement test among the first experimental group using the virtual e-learning environment, and the general average (14.28) and the second experimental group using the personal e-learning environment and got a general average (15.39), and shows the difference in favor of the second experimental group. There was also no statistically significant difference (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the two groups in the post-measurement scores of the Critical Thinking Skills Scale. A statistically significant difference (0.05) was found between the mean scores of the students of the experimental groups in the academic achievement and the critical thinking skills scale due to the main effect of the different level of self-learning ability (high / low) For students with high self-learning ability, There were no statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of the students of the two groups due to interaction between the e-learning environment (virtual / personal) and the level of self-learning (high / low) in academic achievement and critical thinking skills. In the light of the results, a number of recommendations and suggestions were presented to enhance the critical thinking skills and the achievement of mathematics in secondary school students and in all educational stages, Including the awareness of teachers and teachers of the importance of using e-learning environments in achieving the desired educational goals and attention to the development of thinking skills in general and critical thinking skills in particular to ensure the efficiency of the process of learning and continuous learning process.

Nowadays, there are few researches on using multimedia animation technology to assist basketball tactics teaching and training in college physical education. The research of multimedia animation assisting basketball tactics teaching can help promote the current teaching mode, teaching environment, and teaching methods. From the perspective of the development trend of modern education and the benefits of multimedia technology in physical education teaching, this article demonstrates the inevitability of applying multimedia technology in college basketball teaching and demonstrates the feasibility of implementing multimedia physical education in colleges and universities from the three aspects of multimedia teaching environment, teacher teaching ability analyzes the factors that affect the effect of multimedia-assisted teaching. Students’ acceptance characteristics of the multimedia environment are obtained. Relevant research results and suggestions on the use of multimedia animation in basketball tactics teaching will be submitted. Research shows the ability and student’s learning ability. It analyzes the effects of multimedia-assisted teaching in basketball tactics. In this article, at 84% of teachers feel that multimedia-assisted teaching is better. However, some objective factors restrict teachers’ use of multimedia-assisted teaching methods. Among them, poor production technology and inconvenient use are the main factors that teachers think affect the application of multimedia-assisted teaching methods in actual teaching, and these influencing factors are difficult to eliminate in a short time.

Based on a single-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, a control strategy combining traditional proportional–integral–derivative (PID) control and a dynamic optimal control algorithm with a fuzzy neural network was proposed to improve the dynamic characteristics of grid-connected inverter systems effectively. A fuzzy inference rule was established after analyzing the proportional, integral, and differential coefficients of the PID controller. A fuzzy neural network was applied to adjust the parameters of the PID controller automatically. Accordingly, the proposed dynamic optimization algorithm was deduced in theory. The simulation and experimental results showed that the method was effective in making the system more robust to external disruption owing to its excellent steady-state adaptivity and self-learning ability.

Double inverted pendulum system is nonlinear and unstable. Fuzzy control uses some expert's experience knowledge and learns approximate reasoning algorithm. For it does not depend on the mathematical model of controlled object, it has been widely used for years. In practical engineering applications, most systems are nonlinear time-varying parameter systems. As the fuzzy control theory lacks of on-line self-learning and adaptive ability, it can not control the controlled object effectively. In order to compensate for these defects, it introduced adaptive, self-organizing, self-learning functions of neural network algorithm. We called it adaptive neural network fuzzy inference system (ANFIS). ANFIS not only takes advantage of the fuzzy control theory of abstract ability, the nonlinear processing ability, but also makes use of the autonomous learning ability of neural network, the arbitrary function approximation ability. The controller was applied to double inverted pendulum system and the simulation results showed that this method can effectively control the double inverted pendulum system.
