The rising of COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia affected to higher awareness on health issue including sleeping issue. It also caused higher internet penetration including on shifting offline business to digital platform including social media. Savlee is Indonesian company which is combining neuroscience, pharmaceutical, and psychological approach on producing sleep aid products using natural ingredients and running its business primarily on Instagram. As a small business which utilize Instagram as its primary marketing channel, Savlee gains opportunity to turn the phenomenon of shifting behavior as an advantage. In order to stand out on social media and grab market awareness, this study aims to assess, improve, and optimize the performance of Savlee’s Instagram marketing strategy. An Instagram marketing should be developed by considering latest trend on social media, characteristic and needs of audience, and vision of Savlee. This study is conducted using problem solving method by assessing external and internal factors that affected Instagram marketing strategy of Savlee and narrowing down the finding of the research as root causes using Fishbone analysis. As a result, the implication of this research is gained implemented solutions and its action plan on penetrating more engaging and effective Instagram marketing strategy which require financial support and improvement on human resource’s skills.

The pandemic and the COVID-economy continue to have a significant impact on the development of industries of the "new economy". We might see it in the acceleration of digitalization, visualization of work processes and the predominance of communications in electronic channels. The transition to fully remote development and support of software under the influence of the COVID factor not just changed the IT industry, but established a new standard of organization of the software production. This article presents the results of study that covered various aspects of fully remote software development in Russian companies, including VTB, Yandex, Sbertech, and others. More than 20 experts representing their development teams have identified the main approaches to ensuring the motivation and involvement of engineers and to ensuring favorable conditions for their professional growth. The study also identifies the prospects for the evolution of the fully remote software development as a new industry standard. The results of the study are accompanied by the brief conclusions, the main idea of which is the need to quickly understand a new trend in software development and the usage of this factor in the competitive struggle (hiring specialists, organizing teams, organizational development).

Abstract The offshore drilling industry is advancing technologies to extend deep water drilling technologies and attain feasibility of operations at deeper depths and higher pressures. However, shallow water operations themselves pose a certain unique set of challenges that need to be addressed with customized and innovative solutions. While shallow water poses certain benefits and conveniences to the operations, like ease of retrieval and better access to wells, there are significant challenges in terms of operational down time caused by limited operability and poor drilling riser and subsea hardware fatigue performance. Shallow water operations do not have the advantage of deep water drilling where the motions and loads imparted to the subsea blowout preventer (BOP) are relatively decoupled and damped out by hydrodynamic damping from the significant length of the water column. Thus, the vessel motions and wave hydrodynamic loads imparted on the riser are transferred to the wellhead and subsea hardware. In this paper the fatigue challenges encountered for drilling wells in 530 ft water depth from a sixth generation moored semi-submersible rig are explored. The fatigue loading is critical for the subsea tree connector which is characterized by a high stress amplification factor (SAF). Multiple riser space-out solutions were evaluated including fairings, helically-grooved buoyancy, joints with rope, and modifications to the telescopic joint each of which will be presented in the paper along with combination of different damping parameters to optimize the fatigue performance. The paper will present the subsea tree connector fatigue performance for different riser space-out options and make recommendations for future operations with similar conditions. Other challenges encountered in fatigue evaluation will be discussed. This will highlight the current assumptions and unknowns in data that can form the subject of evaluation for a future joint industry study.

The article reveals the trends and prospects for the development of the sport industry, which has a global character. The authors defined the sport industry. It was stated that the presence of accessible and qualitative sport infrastructure is the most important condition for the development of the valuable market for sport services, advance of the industry of sport. The conducted studies have shown that in the modern world, there is a constant search for new effective forms and types of commercial activities in the system of physical culture and sports. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that basis of analysis of the development trends of the global and emerging national sport industry. Study has drawn the main conclusions and recommendations for its further development. The article points out the imperfection of statistics and the lack of monitoring of these indicators. The taxation schemes for manufacturers of sport goods and services and the principles of financing sport education need to be revised. Training entrepreneurial personnel taking into account of specific character and development of the market relations of the branch of sport properly still is not conducted, and this complicates the solution of the problem. It is necessary to streamline the regulatory framework, to ensure the preparation of educational standards and requirements for training personnel for the entrepreneurial structures of the industry, by taking into account the peculiarities of the development of the modern sphere of sports and all levels of its management.

The main purpose of this study was to analyze the pre-and post-COVID-19 condition, performance and future of the airline industry. To get the desired objective of the study current research study used the accounting information of airline industry. For the said purpose cross tabulation, frequencies, means techniques were used to draw the conclusion. To predict the future and revival of the industry study calculated the means before and after COVID-19 performance and forecast the recovery period of the industry. The accounting results showed that the condition and performance of the airline industry was good before the COVID-19 pandemic. The average results showed that operating profit margin, net profit, return on invested capital and, revenues were at acceptable levels before COVID-19. However, in the aftermath of COVID-19, all the indicators dropped significantly and become negative. Before COVID-19, the airline industry was contributing an average $118 billion in annual tax revenue to governments. Before COVID-19, the region-wise accounting results showed that the condition and performance of the airline industry was good in all regions except in Africa. After COVID-19, the airline industry in all regions encountered significant problems with negative operating profit, net profit and, return on invested capital, and a significant drop in revenue. In short, such unexpected, painful and huge losses have never been recorded throughout the history of the airline industry. The future of the airline industry is unpredictable and uncertain, but the average results showed that said industry will recover within four to five years if COVID-19 disappears in 2020.
