In this paper, we comprehensively present and derive two INDI principle based guidance laws for fixed wing aircrafts. More specifically, two control methods are mathematically derived in detail, where the first decouples the lateral and the longitudinal channels while the second takes the interactions into account. The cumbersome mathematical operations involved in the derivation process aim at reaching a more concise control method and also at providing the community with clearer physical concepts behind this formula. The reason for manipulating transformation matrices is to find a univariate function and to isolate the variable as a virtual input. Efficient and modular guidance control law is then permitted. Lastly, the proposed guidance methods are applied to a 6 dof nonlinear platform under various flight modes to demonstrate the feasibility and advantages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan ciri-ciri morfosemantik afiks derivasional {me(N)-} dalam konstruksi verba denumeralia bahasa Indonesia (bI). Konstruksi verba denumeralia dipahami sebagai kata kerja derivasional atau verba turunan. Sebagai konstruksi derivasional, sumber asal verba denumeralia adalah kata bilangan atau numeralia. Beberapa contoh konstruksi dalam bI antara lain (a) {menyatu} seperti dalam klausa “setiap reaksi hidup kita akan menyatu dengan Firman-Nya” dan (b) {mendua} seperti dalam klausa “banyak kata yang kini artinya mendua”. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa konstruksi verba denumeralia berpemarkah afiks {me(N)-}. Sumber data adalah korpus bI dengan identitas Leipzig Corpora Collection dengan alamat https://corpora.uni-leipzig.de/en?corpusId=ind_mixed_2013. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik korpus. Data dianalisis berdasarkan teknik bagi unsur langsung dengan mengacu pada teori Morfologi Derivasional (Lieber, 2017) dan Semantik Transposisional (Lieber, 2015). Berdasarkan analisis, dihasilkan dua temuan sebagai berikut. Pertama, secara umum afiks derivasional {me(N)-} berstatus sebagai pembawa ciri morfosemantik pada proses derivasi numeralia ke dalam verba. Tanpa kehadiran afiks {me(N)-}, ciri-ciri verba tidak dapat disematkan pada numeralia. Kedua, secara khusus, konstruksi verba denumeralia berpemarkah {me(N)-} memiliki kecenderungan untuk (a) menderivasikan numeralia kardinal baik takrif maupun tak takrif, (b) membentuk tipe semantis verba ‘proses’ dan makna gramatikal “X menjadi Y”, dan (c) memberikan status peran ‘pengalam’ pada argumen letak kiri yang menyertai VDnum. Sebagai simpulan, dapat dinyatakan bahwa ciri morfosemantik afiks derivasional {me(N)-} dalam konstruksi VDnum tercipta melalui proses morfologi derivasional. Ciri tersebut dapat dideskripsikan ketika afiks {me(N)-} berdistribusi secara lengkap bersama numeralia kardinal dalam suatu konstituen verba bI. This study aims to describe the morphosemantic characteristics of derivational affix {me(N)-} in the construction of Indonesian denumeral verbs (bI). Denumeral verb construction is understood as a verb or derived verb. As a derivational construction, the source of the origin of denumeral verbs is the word number or numeralia. Some examples of constructions in bI include (a) uniting as in the clause that every reaction of our lives will unite with His Word and (b) ambiguity as in the clause of many words which now have two meanings. The data in this study are denumeral verb constructions with affix mark {me(N)-}. The data source is the bI corpus with the identity of the Leipzig Corpora Collection with the address https://corpora.uni-leipzig.de/en?corpusId=ind_mixed_2013. Data were collected through the corpus technique. The data were analyzed based on the technique for direct elements regarding the theory of Derivational Morphology (Lieber, 2017) and Semantics of Transposition (Lieber, 2015). Based on the analysis, two findings were produced as follows. First, in general, derivational affixes {me(N)-} have the status as carriers of morphosemantic characteristics in the derivation process of numerals into verbs. Signs of the presence of affixes {me(N)-}, verb characteristics cannot be attached to numerals. ralia. Second, in particular, the construction of denumeral verbs marked with {me(N)-} tends to (a) derive cardinal numerals both indicative and non-descriptive, (b) form the semantic type of the verb 'process' and the grammatical meaning of "x menjadi Y, and (c) assigns the role state 'experience' to the left position argument accompanying veba. In conclusion, it can be stated that the morphosemantic characteristics of derivational affix {me(N)-} in the construction of denumeral verbs are created through a derivational morphological process. These characteristics can be described when the affix {me(N)-} is completely distributed with cardinal numerals in a constituent verb of bI.

At present, most seismic earth pressure theories have the limitations of complex derivation process and difficult solution. To solve these problems, considering the deflection of small principal stress caused by soil arching effect, the central arc soil arch was approximated to two inclined linear soil arches, which can greatly simplify the derivation process. Firstly, by improving the combination of differential thin-layer element method and pseudostatic method, the theoretical formulas of seismic active earth pressure intensity, resultant force size, and resultant force action point under translation mode (T mode) were derived and were verified by experimental results. Then, the influence of soil internal friction angle, wall-soil friction angle, and seismic coefficient on seismic active earth pressure theory was analyzed. The results show that the seismic active earth pressure is nonlinearly distributed, and the seismic horizontal coefficient has a greater influence than other influence factors. The theoretical results can provide reference for the seismic design of retaining wall.

Firstly, by analyzing the response of Charpy V-notch specimen impacted by pendulum, the relationship between specimen geometry, material properties, and impact energy is established and simplified, and the mathematical model for evaluating impact energy of specimens with different sizes is established. Then, the effectiveness of the model through a series of impact tests is verified. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that the relationship between ligament length and impact energy is quadratic, while the relationship between ligament thickness and impact energy is linear. In the derivation process, the intrinsic impact toughness is used to evaluate the toughness of materials. The mathematical model makes it possible to evaluate the impact energy of specimens with different sizes and provides a theoretical basis for evaluating the impact resistance of structures.

Abstract Variational principle is important since it can not only reveal the possible solution structures of the equation but also provide the conservation laws in an energy form. Unfortunately, not all the differential equations can find their variational forms. In this work, the Benney-Lin equation is studied and its two different generalized variational principles are successfully established by using the semi-inverse method. The derivation process is given in detail. The finding in this work is expected to give a insight into the study of the nonlinear partial differential equations arising in fluid dynamics.

The present research discusses about the derivational process of Coronavirus in WHO website “Mythbusters”. The reason of choosing the topic is because word formation processes occur in various area, including scientific areas. The impact of Coronavirus disease influenced the usage of spesific terms related with Coronavirus. People need to understand the Coronavirus related terms, so that they able to use and understand new terms to help them deliver different kinds of information. This research has the purpose of figuring out what types of derivational word formation of Coronavirus related terms are found in the WHO "Mythbusters." Thus, a morphological approach is used to facilitate the researcher on conducting the analysis. The researcher conducted a qualitative research using content analysis in analyzing the data. Based on the analysis of derivational processes in WHO website “Mythbusters” article, the researcher found 24 coronavirus related terms formed by derivational processes. There are 18 coronavirus related terms formed by derivation process, which consist of 10 nominalizer and 8 adjectivalizer found in the article. The derivational affixes occur in “Mythbusters” are {-ion}, {Anti-}, {-ness}, {-ment}, {-al}, {-ous}, {-ful}, and {-y}. There are 6 coronavirus related term formed by compound process. 5 terms are formed with compound noun process, while the other is formed by compound adjective.  Key words: Derivational, Coronavirus, WHO

The problems in bathymetry measurement often have gaps or ‘holes’ within the data. As a result, hydrographic surveyors often have sparse data, and even though the data is dense and equal distances, there is still a gap in time. This paper present coastal depth extraction from satellite images. The problem encountered during the bathymetry derivation process and the problem related to the space, distribution and quantity of the Single-beam echo sounder (SBES) data. Therefore, the idea of using spatial interpolation could be a suitable approach in solving the problems. This study intends to produce Satellite-Derived Bathymetry (SDB) from Landsat 8 images at Pantai Tok Jembal, Terengganu, Malaysia. The proposed method by first interpolating the SBES point in the calibration data using spatial predictors, i.e. Inverse Distance Weightage, Thin-Plate Spline, Spline with Tension, Universal Kriging, Natural Neighbor, and Topo to Raster. Second, the raster output created from the interpolation process then converts into the point shapefile. Third, intersect function use to eliminate the point whereby not in the domain. Finally, the newly generated SBES points in calibration data ready to apply at the SDB computation process, generating SDB. In continuation, a comparative analysis conducted between six SDB results generated using each different newly generated calibration data. The result indicates SDB utilizes with Universal Kriging-newly generated calibration data (RMSE: 0.718 m) was the best result. To summarise, this study has successfully attained the research objectives by utilizing the newly generated calibration data in generating SDB. The task of spatial interpolation recreates the SBES data from irregular space and short data to uniform space and long data, which facilitate in pixel to point value extraction and help refine the bathymetry derivation process. Furthermore, the proposed method suitable to be used when the data are not applicable or limited.

This paper is a qualitative descriptive research which investigates the processes of word formation and their influence to part of speech of the data. The data source in this study is Instagram captions of Sharena Delon. The method of collecting data is by observation. The method of analyzing data is agih and padan method from Sudaryanto. The author uses the theory ofO’Grady which divides word formation process into 10 types, i.e.derivation, compounding, conversion, clipping, blends, backformation, acronym, onomatopoeia, coinage, and inflection. The research uses the theory of Carter & McCarthy to show the change of part of speech of data. The result of this research shows that based on O’Grady’s and Carter & McCarthy’s theory. There are 30 types of word formation process found in Instagram of Sharena Delon. Three types are by derivation process, 2 types by compounding process, 2 types by conversion process, 6 types by clipping process, 6 types by blends process, 2 types by backformation process, 3 types by acronym process, 3 types by onomatopoeia process, 1 type by coinage process, and two types by inflection process. Some data have change of part of speech because of word formation process and some do not.

This study aims at identifying and describing the process of Word Formation in The Oprah Winfrey talkshow . This is qualitative research since the data were collected in the form of word not in number. The data is collected through by taking notes then underlining the data concerning word formation from the talkshow’s transcript. The instrument of this research were, researcher herself, and the talkshow transcript. The data were analyzed by following the steps of Miles and Huberman (1994:10-11) procedur such as data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verivication. The result shows that the process of word formation in The Oprah Winfrey’s talkshow contained derivation and compounding. The example of derivation are the words reader, producer, and homeless, and the example of compounding such as standout, moreover, and outside. The derivation process is mostly used rather than the compounding.
