The subject of this research is the legal and cognate framework strategic aspects of the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) as the key regional financial and investment institution that lend support to integration projects in the industrial sector in the countries of operations on a priority basis. The goal of this research lies in the conceptually systematization of the framework strategic and legal grounds of the  activity of the Eurasian Development Bank as the mechanism for the development of cooperation between EAEU member-states in the sphere of technological modernization of the economy and manufacturing of high-tech and science-driven products based on the cooperation projects with integration component. The author analyzes the instruments that are part of law of the Bank and determine its engagement in the integration processes in the industrial, agricultural and energy spheres, which suggest technological modernization. The conclusion us made that the current project and related analytical work of the EDB is in line with the trends of operation of the multilateral development banks, as well as correlated the requirement for increasing global competitiveness of the EAEU. The novelty of this research consists in comprehensive examination of the system of legal instruments aimed at implementation and strengthening of the potential of the Eurasian Development Bank as one of the mechanisms of industrial and technological integration within the EAEU. The author’s main contribution consists in argumentation of the position that overcoming systemic problems that persist in the activity  of the EDB, with the support of the national governments and national institutions of development, as well as active cooperation with the Eurasian Economic Commission, would most positively affect the intensification of the processes of industrial and technological cooperation and turning the EAEU into one of the most influential integration associations in modern world.

Abstract Pre-Qin era Mohist thought was endowed with a Confucian legacy as well as a critical eye and a unique set of ideas. These ideas later affected Legalist thought and attracted criticism from Mencius, Xunzi, and Zhuangzi, and many disputes arose thereafter between the later Mohists. Mohist thought can be broadly characterized as possessing distinctively ethical, rational, and practical features, and we can identify three main aspects of the modern transformation of Mohist philosophy. The first derives from Mozi’s statement on “[the endeavor to] procure benefits for the world and eliminate its calamities,” which can be interpreted as calling on humanity to resolve regional issues from a global viewpoint. The second draws upon Mozi’s statement on “universal love and mutual aid” to promote a manner of thinking that embraces peace at a global level and cultivates strong worldwide environmental awareness. The third draws upon Mozi’s ideas of “identification with the superior” and “Mohist methods of thinking” to promote a type of technological integration that incorporates cultural and social approaches and scientific thought to establish a global teaching system.

As a global and profuse fact, all professions are more or less affected by the rapid penetration of technology in their domain of practice. As the technological capacity progresses, we observe a gradual replacement of human skills by machine-guided procedures. Although such a gradual passage undeniably reduces the human presence in the practice of a profession, the transfer seems not to be a linear process. It has rather a pivoting character, comprising a series of ambivalences and contradictions. Consequently, professionals tend to keep their already acquired knowledge and ability through education and practice, and instead submissively abandon their place to technological tools. From such a perspective, we discuss in this article the strategies of resistance adopted and developed by professionals for keeping their professional power. Among a variety of professions, we choose to focus on medicine and aviation, due to their two fundamental distinctive characteristics: Both have (1) a high degree of technological determination, and (2) accomplishing vital functions. For this purpose, we discuss the strategies of resistance towards technology by professionals, throughout data we gathered from some field research conducted with doctors and pilots.

The article analyzes the role of historical and archaeological museums as public institutions in the formation and promotion of historical and cultural memory in modern conditions of constant change: from the functions of museums through technology to public expectations and needs of the audience. The historical and archaeological museum is considered a socio-cultural institution that fulfills the mission of preserving, broadcasting, and interpreting historical and cultural memory. Based on the properties of historical and cultural memory defined by the author, the functions of museums are established, which ensure its preservation, transition, and interpretation. The article analyzes the dependence of the functions of historical and archaeological museums on changes in the field of communications, technological integration, and the post-epidemic crisis. Given that education and culture are the greatest values of mankind, the author considers one of the main tasks of historical and archaeological museums in the education and cultural de-velopment of society based on historical and cultural heritage. And hence the concept of modern historical and archaeological museums is considered in the direction of scientific and socio-cultural centers.

The author explains the need of the mythological distortion as the basis for the building of reality. It deals with the PR- technology transformation as the particular case of the cultural-political project into undeniable social value. It is defined the role of the artistic and political projects as the communicative prosthesis. Simultaneously the author traces the ouster of illusion in public communication. He analyzes the modalities of the communicative practice and communicative experience reduction in the socialization process as well as the technological perfection in the mythological representation. The special features of the mythological absorption as the negation of law and social subject are determined here. Project-based learning (PBL) is a comprehensive strategy for activating students' cognitive potential. This opens up great opportunities for a personally motivated and constructive process of learning. Project work is an interactive strategy for implementing the connection between students' theoretical knowledge and practical activity, for linking education to their real life and cognitive experience, for realizing meaningful socialization and for orienting them in the existing informative environment as necessary competences of the modern personality. The article presents the results of the application of project-based training as a model for substantive and technological integration in environmental education, which is in the intersected field of formal and non-formal education. The model was fulfilled with the participation of 7th grade students of Tzvetan Spasov Elementary School and Lazar Stanev Primary School - Pleven, who attend extracurricular activities at the Center for Personal Development Support - Center for Student, Technical and Scientific creativity.

Integrated multi-carrier energy systems give good possibilities to have high effectiveness of energy supply to consumers. Transformation of energy systems under the impact of internal and external factors remarkably strengthens the technological integration of those systems and supports development of integrated multi-carrier energy systems. The concept of energy hub is developed for modeling and simulation of integrated multi-carrier energy systems. Based on previous research, a simulation model of the energy hub is being developed. The basic principles of building a simulation model of an energy hub concept are discussed. Realization of simulation model using Matlab/Simulink is proposed. Simulation results for the integrated electricity and heat systems are explained to demonstrate the capabilities of the simulation energy hub model. A case study for application of the simulation model is discussed.

The increasing interest in introducing tablets into education as well as many countries’ education policies (see Digital Education Strategy) support the integration of the above-mentioned mobile devices (Mulet, van de Leemput & Amadieu, 2019). Accordingly, several governments are presently procuring or have already supplied a significant number of students with these devices (Tamim et al., 2015). Similar to most international large-scale initiatives, there are remarkable variances in tablet-supported education. The different school conditions (infrastructure, framework, human resources) result in the diversity of technological integration. In our research, in order to learn more about the infrastructural conditions at schools’ institutional levels, with online questionnaires we examined 145 primary schools using tablets in their education. We were looking to answer the following, questions: (1) what kind of infrastructural conditions are characteristic of the different institutions? (2) What kind of differences in infrastructural conditions are there between the schools in different settlements? To sum up the results, we can observe significant differences in the number of tablets, their hardware, accessories and software, along with differences in internet access and the regulation thereof.
