In the field work of 2020, an archaeological expedition of the international scientific-research laboratory “Geoarcheology” at KazNU named after Al-Farabi carried out scientific-research work at the Kensai archaeological complex of the Zhambyl district of the Almaty region. Within the framework of the expedition, there were excavated archeological monuments of each period, stone boxes of the Bronze Age, mounds of the Uisun-Turkic period and burials of the late Middle Ages. In this article, the authors provide research results related to the Turkic time. When analyzing this object, it should be noted, judging by the found accompanying inventory, the investigated mound belongs to the Turkic period and is the burial of a warrior? with a horse (the burial turned out to be plundered, the bones of the human are almost absent). A preliminary analysis of the items of this military burial in the local region of Zhetysu clearly demonstrates the funeral rituals and subject complex of the developed Turkic culture of the X-XI centuries BC. The result obtained is an additional argument in favor of continuing the comprehensive archaeological study of the Zhetysu region.

The article presents the leukocyte profile in experimental animals during the modeling of the wounded process in the conditions of low mountains and during the period of maladjustment to the high mountains. The animals were divided into 3 series: Series I — control series, permanently living in the conditions of Bishkek; Series II — an experimental series, after a 3-day stay at the experimental high-mountain base of the KSMA named after I. K. Akhunbaev as part of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory, moved to the conditions of Bishkek with subsequent modeling and monitoring of the course of the wound process; III series — an experimental series, after a 30-day stay at the experimental high-mountain base of the KSMA named after I. K. Akhunbaev as part of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory, moved to the conditions of Bishkek, followed by modeling and monitoring the course of the wound process. The analysis of the obtained leukograms shows that in the group of purulent inflammation during the period of maladjustment to the highlands after a short stay in the mountains, on the 3rd day of the study, leukocytosis is noted, during the study, a decrease in this indicator was noted and on the 30th day did not reach the norm.

The article presents the dynamics of the content of IL-1β and IL-10 in blood plasma in experimental animals when modeling a wounded process in low mountains and during the period of de-adaptation to high mountains while modeling a wounded process in conditions of low mountains and during a period of de-adaptation to high mountains. Animals were divided into 3 series: Series I — control series, permanently living in the conditions of Bishkek; II series — an experimental series, after a 3-day stay at the experimental high-mountain base of the KSMA named after I.K. Akhunbaev as part of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory, moved to the conditions of Bishkek with subsequent modeling and monitoring of the course of the wound process; III series - an experimental series, after a 30-day stay at the experimental high-mountain base of the KSMA named after I.K. Akhunbaev as part of the Central Scientific Research Laboratory, moved to the conditions of Bishkek, followed by modeling and monitoring the course of the wound process. Analysis of the data obtained shows that during aseptic inflammation, the opposite dynamics of the production of one of the key interleukins, with IL-1β, with a maximum concentration 12 hours after the onset of aseptic inflammation, was observed. The revealed changes in the content of cytokines during experimental aseptic inflammation determined the timely change and adequate duration of cellular reactions. In purulent inflammation, the dynamics of cytokine secretion was unidirectional, which led to a delay in all cellular phases of the inflammatory process. During the period of deadaptation after a long stay in high mountains, there is a low secretion of IL-1 and 10, associated with the depletion of protective and adaptive mechanisms.

По результатам проведённого исследования установлено положительное действие обработки семян яровой пшеницы в электрическом поле на следующие показатели: полевую всхожесть (увеличение на 2,5), продуктивную кустистость (увеличение на 3,2), среднюю высоту растений (увеличение на 3), площадь листовой поверхности растений (увеличение на 11,3), биологическую урожайность зерна яровой пшеницы (увеличилась на 34).The purpose of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of seed treatment in electric field on the productivity and quality of crops. To test the effectiveness of this method in 2015 threefactor field trial was laid with spring wheat of the Daria variety on the experimental field of the Scientific Research Laboratory of resourcesaving technologies in agriculture of the Yaroslavl State Agricultural Academy (Yaroslavl District, Bekrenevo Village) on soddy podzolic medium loamy soil. Presowing treatment of seeds was carried out on a tape electrical multilayer seed stimulator (TEMSS). According to the results of the carried research a positive effect of treatment of spring wheat seeds in electric field for the following indicators was established: field emergence (an increase of 2.5), productive tilling capacity (an increase of 3.2), average plant height (an increase of 3), leaf area of plants (an increase of 11.3), biological yield of spring wheat grain (increased by 34).

Executive survey and construction of longitudinal profiles is one of the laborious tasks in the repair and construction of railway tracks. Instrumental survey and data processing requires not only high professional skills in working with geodetic equipment, but also skills in working with special-ized software. At present, the Scientific Research Laboratory of Subsidiaries and Subsidiaries of the SSTPU is developing the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) as part of the quality control of the repairs carried out, as well as in order to solve engineering survey problems. To improve the pro-cessing of data obtained during the survey with the help of UAVs, Cross Section Design (CSD) software has been developed, which, without requiring special skills, will allow in the shortest pos-sible time to get ready-made cross-section profiles that meet the requirements of current regulatory documentation in Microsoft’s integrated vector editor formats Excel and in the open DXF format, for the exchange of graphic information between CAD systems.
