Cryptography is a technique or method for securing data from other unauthorized parties. The substitution algorithm is the simplest algorithm and is classified as a classic in the field of cryptography, for example the Caesar cipher algorithm. ASCII code (American Standard Code for Information Interchange) is a code that contains characters that can be processed by a computer. By type, not all ASCII characters can be printed by the computer. Some characters are not printed or illegible as usual. These unreadable characters are called control characters. The control character can be used to improve the performance of the Caesar Cipher algorithm, because it focuses on processing text data. The application of control characters uses a simple method but has a complex solution. The results of this study are in the form of a new method with the Caesar cipher algorithm as a classical cryptographic method or technique and ASCII characters as the basis for the development of the ciphertext performance resulting from the encryption process. In testing this method, the success rate reaches 100% in securing the contents of the document with a sample of 500 letters. While the possibility of solving the ciphertext results is classified as difficult because the control characters of the ciphertext results that are illegible will make the decryption result multiple interpretations.

<p><em>This research aims to describe the values of character education in humorous discourse on Facebook social media. The main approach of this research is descriptive qualitative. This study data in the form of humorous discourse worth character education on Facebook social media. the source of the data is humor on facebook social media. This research data was collected by the documentation and listening method and continued with the note-taking technique. The data analysis of this research used the referential equivalent method. The results of this study indicate there are twenty values of character education found in humorous discourse on social media. The twenty characters include (1) character of business power; (2) love characters; (3) intelligent character; (4) caution character; (5) discipline character; (6) the character of pious attitude; (7) humble character; (8) the character of responsibility; (9) the character of justice; (10) analytical characters; (11) the character of common sense; (12) innovative characters; (13) independent character; (14) character please help; (15) pay attention character; (16) the character of hospitality; (17) visionary characters; (18) citizenship character; (19) self-control character; and (20) accuracy character. This finding shows the character of business power is a character that needs to be cultivated in everyone. Given the 4.0 revolution era, the era of disruption in various areas of one's life must have a strong character of effort.</em><em></em></p>

The feedback PID method was mainly used for the navigating control of an unmanned surface vessel (USV). However, when the intelligent control era is coming now, the USV can be navigated more effectively. According to the USV character in its navigating control, this paper presents a parallel action-network ADHDP method. This method connects an adaptive controller parallel to the action network of the ADHDP. The adaptive controller adopts a RBF neural network approximation based on the Lyapunov stability analysis to ensure the system stability. The simulation results show that the parallel action-network ADHDP method has an adaptive control character and can navigate the USV more accurately and rapidly. In addition, this method can also eliminate the overshoot of the ADHDP controller when navigating the USV in various situations. Therefore, the adaptive stability design can greatly improve the navigating control and effectively overcome the ADHDP algorithm limitation. Thus, this adaptive control can be one of the intelligent ADHDP control methods. Furthermore, this method will be a foundation for the development of an intelligent USV controller.

The article is devoted to the analyses of the organization of the independent work while studying English in Primary school. The use of independent work for the pupils of the Primary school requires the application of new methods of the organization of the work in the classroom which can provide pupils’ motivation and interest. It revels new language skills which are formed during the independent work: the comprehension of the new material, the formation  and application of the language skills. The independent work may have a control character and be made of some exercises aimed to check the language ability and the formation of language skills and habits. The independent work of the Primary school children was organized by the means of differnrt forms, i. e. whole class work, individual work and pair work. The article stresses that teachers’ instructions are very important during the independent work. The role of the independent work in Primary school gives the possibility to teach pupils to study, to involve them into the active research activity, that increases the education level of the lessons, helps formation and improvement of skills; the embodiment of their independent work in the teaching material, the development of the creative potential of students, their studying activity, the formation of an interesting lesson.

The purpose of the article is to analyse the legal institution of juicio politico (impeachment) in the LatinAmerican presidential system, regarding the regulation adopted in Argentina, Brazil, Honduras and Paraguay. The hypothesis assumes that the impeachment in Latin America turns from the instrument of pure control character into the tool dedicated to resolve the political crisis by mean of “legislative coup d’état”. The author will search for the answers for the following questions: 1) what is the legal character of LatinAmerican impeachment? 2) what makes the impeachment more common in Latin America that in United States or European countries? 3) why does it become an attractive alternative for other methods to resolve political crises? The legal, institutional as well as the comparative method will be adopted in the article.

This research aims at revealing the existence of character education based on the local wisdom for the prisoners. The subject of this research is the prisoner inhabitant in Wirogunan Prison and Narcotics pakem in Sleman Yogyakarta. The data were gained by interviewing, documenting and demonstrating. The data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative descriptively. The results of this research are: (1) The training of Tembang Maca Pat and Javanese MC are equivalently adapted, (2) The character values being shaped: believe in God, responsibility, respect, fairness, confidence, faithfulness, discipline, careness, spirituality, manners, intelligence, emotion control, character building, the increase of social participants; (3) The competence on Tembang Maca Pat and MC of Javanese can be used as professional earning in society and also can be used as educational model for the prisoners.

A photonic crystal optical switch based on the electric field control character of the liquid crystal (LC) is proposed and investigated numerically. With the transfer matrix method, it is demonstrated that the band gap appears shifted by varying the angle θ which was between the electric field and the vertical incident light and ranged from 0° to 90°, and the transmission of the 1550nm communication wavelength as the angle θ changes is discussed. It is found that the proposed optical switch is achieved by con controlling on-off of the extra electric field.

Ammunition fuse shell is carried rapidly by the carrying manipulator from heating furnace to molding machine, so manipulator need accurate repeated position. The servo position control system is established to meet manipulator multi-point and flexible location based on pneumatic driving system. Linear mathematical model of the servo position control system is built based proper assumption, and model was used to analyze control system theoretically. The carrying manipulator can satisfy demands including decided order and positions; the control character is good by debugging.
