Derived from new advances technological focused on the development of highly functional electronic devices; the manufacturers are obliged to the implementation of techniques to monitor their behavior. These techniques can be destructive or non-destructive, taking the analyzed device to the maximum working range. In this investigation report we show of the results obtained in the study of the speckle patterns of a positive voltage regulator, we used the probability density function and the correlation coefficients, as a statistical analysis of first and second order. The analysis was realized in each terminal of the electronic device, with changes in the input current. The result obtained suggest that the first and second order statistical analysis are good tool in a not destructive measurement and that its results can be relationship with the supply current. These changes are present a behavior ascending as the device operates in the junction temperature range; presenting itself as a mechanism for transmission and convection of heat, using the random distribution of speckle pattern, taking to optical measurement as an technique alternative in the study of electronic devices.

Magnetic nanoparticles have been used to confer better properties to materials, particularly to polymers. Due the properties of the polymer, such as flexibility and lightness, combined, white nanoparticles provide other properties such as microhardness, corrosion resistance, among others. In this study, three types of nanoparticles were elaborated: magnetite, cobalt ferrite and nickel ferrite, through the coprecipitation method used in the elaboration of skin-like polyurethane (PU) -based composites. Specimens were made at different nanoparticle weights (0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 1.0%). Likewise, the hardness was measured by means of a phase II Model PHT-2500 portable digital hardness tester and the tension tests were carried out on an Autograph Shimadzu universal machine. The stress results were plotted using the Jupyter Notebook for interpretation. Finding some improvements in the materials manufactured using the different ferrites already mentioned.

The micro-business are small enterprises which ones are characterized because they have 10 workers limited invoicing, due to low income, nevertheless, it´s been calculated that in 2002 the 50% of the population in “Ciudad Nezahualcóyotl”, México, was included in order to get economical resources in daily basis. The micro-enterprises in many occasions do not take into account to perform a marketing research to identify the characteristics (like real and trustable preference) of shoppers-costumers thinking it´s irrelevant. The main purpose of this research was to aid the micro-entrepreneur to improve when taking decisions when buying supplies, applying, neuroscience and marketing technical analysis which ones have been refered in neuromarketing research.

In recent years, micro and nanotechnology have undergone a rapid development due to their applications in different scientific areas such as metaphotonics, an emerging branch of optics that studies the interaction of light with micro and nanostructured metamaterials. Our particular interest is the development of integrated metaphotonic devices for lab-on-a-chip biosensing applications. A widely used technique for the manufacture of integrated optical devices is photolithography, which is based on the processing of UV-light-sensitive photoresists to create masks for the deposition of thin films and generate the desired devices. In this contribution, we present an experimental methodology for the patterning of plasmonic waveguides using a photolithography system for printing SU-8 photoresist masks on glass substrates. We show the necessary parameters to optimize the photoresist printing (beam waist, focal distance and fluence) under normal conditions and the characterization of the samples through atomic force microscopy. Due to the aspect ratio between the width of the waveguides and thickness of the photoresist, the obtained results approach us to the development of multilayered systems for new integrated metaphotonic devices.

Antimony Sulfide (Sb2S3) thin films were prepared using the laser assisted chemical bath deposition technique. The precursors used in the chemical bath were antimony chloride and sodium thiosulfate, the deposit was made at room temperature on glass substrate, while it was irradiated with a wavelength of 532 nm of the pulsed Nd:YAG laser. In this work, we studied the effects of energy density (1.97 x 107 and 7.07 x 106 W/cm2) and the irradiation time (30, 45 and 60 min) during the deposition process on the structure and the optical and electrical properties of the antimony sulfide films. The structure, composition, and optical and electrical properties were analyzed by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectroscopy and X-Ray Emitted Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), UV-Vis spectroscopy and photoconductivity. The results showed that the laser assisted chemical deposition technique is an effective synthesis technique for obtaining thin films of antimony sulfide for optoelectronic applications or in solar cells.

In 1695 the theory of fractional calculus was introduced, but it only developed as a pure mathematical branch. Currently several research groups have focused on the control, the implementation of filters, PID controllers, synchronization, the implementation of circuits of chaotic systems of fractional order, etc. Currently, the number of applications of fractional calculus is increasing rapidly, these mathematical phenomena have allowed us to describe and model a real object more accurately than the classical "integer" methods. Along with the development of the fractional calculation, it was shown that many fractional-order nonlinear dynamic systems behave in a chaotic manner. This is the type of non-linear systems that are addressed in this research topic with the focus on derivatives of arbitrary order, where numerical simulations of chaotic behavior are presented in non-linear, fractional-order autonomous models. The case studies are six chaotic oscillators of fractional order; The systems of Lorenz, Rӧssler, Financiero, Lui, Chen and Lü, whose attractors are obtained by applying the definitions of the Grünwald-Letnikov definitions and the predictive corrective method of Adams-Bashforth-Moulton.

About a billion tubes of toothpaste are discarded in landfills every year. It becomes a real environmental problem considering that the package is composed of 75% plastic and 25% aluminum. Aware of this, new green brands go on the market with the will to eradicate such waste. The idea is to validate the developing of a toothpaste that is a pill that is used for cleaning teeth that will be mainly clay combined with coconut oil. Making this toothpaste will result on a better dental health as well as taking care of the environment, helping to eliminate plastics. Using clay and coconut oil has prove to destroy of all types of microbes, viruses, bacteria, many of which harm our oral hygiene. Helping to solve the problem of caries that affects 60 to 90 percent of the population by improving their dental hygiene. Survey in a simple of 383 inhabitans was taken in order to Identify areas of commercial opportunity and the willingness of the consumer to purchase oral cleaning tablets.

Ehrenfried Pfeiffer (1899-1961), created a technique with which one can observe the qualitative characteristics of soils, composts and biofertilizers. The research seeks to evaluate soil improvement by applying native microorganisms by Pfeiffer Chromatography as a way to remedy it. Representative samples of a soil worked with conventional agriculture and improved with a compost were taken, the first sample at the beginning of the test and the following three every week after applying a Bocashi-type organic fertilizer made from native microorganisms; the soil samples were analyzed separately by the Pfeiffer chromatography technique. The control sample revealed a compacted, mineralized soil, with a small amount of organic matter and without biological activity, while the other samples with the soil already improved revealed the presence of organic matter with minerals integrated in the soil, also showing the presence of Enzymatic factors and the good biological and chemical activity manifested by the harmony between their zones. It is possible to conclude that Pfeiffer chromatography represents a simple tool to know the evolution of a soil by improving it with organic matter and efficient microorganisms manifesting some qualitative characteristics that indicate its progress.

The processing of refractory minerals of gold and / or silver occluded in quartz in sizes less than 1 μm is not viable, due to the chemical inertness of the silica. The treatment of these minerals is usually carried out by reduction of particle size by fine grinding that allows the release of the occluded particles. As an alternative to processing these minerals, has proposed the partial dissolution of the silica with diols in basic medium; in these studies partial dissolution of the matrix has been observed in 25% with triisopropanolamine and 3% mol KOH. The present work shows the effect of the type of base (organic-amines) in the dissolution of the matrix, observing a greater dissolution with the basic character of these and with the chelating effect of the same ones. Et3N was the weak base that showed the highest dissolution of the matrix, observing a dissolution rate (0.67 mmolmin-1) 2.5 times lower than that observed with KOH (1.66 mmolmin-1), similarly the observed effective diffusion coefficient was of an order of magnitude lower than that observed with KOH.

The objective of the present work was to evaluate the effect of the incorporation of plasticizing agents; Glycerin and PVA, as well as the incorporation of aloe extract on the regeneration and / or cellular recovery capacity of plasticized chitosan. The preparation of the biofilms consisted of mixing, low molecular weight chitosan (0.5, 1 and 1.25%), polyvinyl alcohol (1 and 1.5%) and glycerin (3.5, 5 and 7%). Aloe extract was incorporated in 1% together with glycerin. The drying of the films was carried out in an incubator at 28 ° C for 24 hours, using the method of slow evaporation or casting. Stress tests to determine their mechanical properties, DSC compatibility, water vapor permeability tests and through a cytotoxic activity test of biofilms using human gingival fibroblasts (HGF), the viability of the use of these biofilms in regeneration was determined mobile. A combination of chitosan / PVA / glycerin was found that exhibits good elastic properties. The DSC showed that there is a good incorporation of the components. The permeability is acceptable for the application and the cell viability tests indicate an increase thereof due to the presence of the aloe extract, as well as the plasticizers with respect to the chitosan without plasticizers.
