Radial nerve palsy was induced by radial nerve compression, which was often caused by humerus bone fracture. This leads to pain, weakness, or loss of function mostly in the wrist, hand, and fingers. We reported a case of a 24-year-old male patient with complaints of swelling of the right-hand wrist joint and pain during extension and flexion while moving. He had a three-month history of mild displaced humeral shaft fracture from a traffic accident and an intramedullary Ender nailing was performed. He now has been admitted with swelling in his right wrist joint and pain while moving his hand. The case was diagnosed as Radial nerve palsy. Surgery was performed, the proximal and distal ends of the radial nerve were separated at the humeral bone's surface. The radial nerve stumps were enough long to be sutured. Our one-month follow-up shows no complications. The majority cases of radial nerve palsy will resolve within a few weeks after surgery, as our patient did, and the most prominent is patient education.

The technical documentation to be drawn up by the maker ought to be introduced in an unmistakable, coordinated, promptly accessible, and unambiguous way. It will remember for specific the components recorded as per Annex II of EU MDR 2017/745. The Air-Way is the way that air follows to get into and out of the lungs. There are a few kinds of Air-way devices are there on the lookout. New items will conceivably further develop patient prosperity altogether however will require sensible administrative control to boost the advantages. The orderly methodology is planned on a central theoretical level that underlies the substantial necessities that could be changed during the years to follow. The current article gives an itemized accentuation on Air-way items and their tech documentation necessities.

The article outlines the benefits and risks of vaccines. Vaccine safety and myths and misinformation, the general review of the importance of the vaccines. Steps involved in the Development of Vaccines and also illustrates the immunization importance and its disadvantages. Administration of vaccines in different age groups. Classification of different available vaccines in the health market. Also stating the possible adverse drug reactions / potential side effects of the vaccines and their monitoring and management of adrs. We concluded that Vaccine acceptance must be widespread in order to provide herd immunity so that individuals who cannot be directly protected by vaccination are protected by communal immunity. The danger is quite low, and the advantages of vaccinations usually outweigh it.

The aim of the present research was to develop and evaluate the anti-microbial emulgel by using three different types of synthetic polymers. The active moiety selected for the formulation was the seeds of Carica papaya fruit. The formulation was developed by performing the extraction process; Soxhlet extraction with ethanol and water. The seeds of Carica papaya are reported to have anti-microbial properties. The skin-friendly i.e., the topical formulation was selected for development. Emulgel was prepared by incorporating different polymers and then evaluating each of them for best results. Basic evaluation parameters such as organoleptic parameters, viscosity, consistency, pH, homogeneity have been done, which demonstrate the results as per the reference and standard articles. Along with that, qualitative and quantitative tests of Carica seeds have also been performed, which indicates that the selected plant material is safe for usage. Finally, the most imp test, the anti-microbial test has been performed for determining the efficacy of prepared emulgel. Hence, it can be concluded that the prepared emulgel is safe and best for topical use as an anti-microbial.

The current study focuses on the development and characterization of ficus benghalensis powdered aerial roots emulgel to avoid the first-pass effect and strengthen bioavailability while reducing dosage intervals and dose-related deleterious reactions. three formulations with the same concentration and different polymers were formulated. Ethanolic and petroleum ether extract of dried aerial roots of ficus benghalensis were prepared by using different gelling agents like  Carbopol 934, Carbopol 940, and Xanthane gum was formulated. The prepared formulations were evaluated for their qualitative as well as quantitative tests, physical appearance, pH, viscosity, spreadability, consistency, homogeneity, moisture loss, and finally in vitro anti-arthritic activity. Depending on the outcomes, it was observed that to all the formulation, F1 formulation containing Carbopol 940 with 4.6% moisture loss, 3780.3±5.0 viscosity and 6.1±0.1 PH and 43.7±1.53 spreadability shows better activity then all the other. Herbal emulgel of ethanolic extract of dried aerial roots of ficus benghalensis line, when compared with diclofenac emulgel, confirms the anti-arthritic activity through invitro release method.

When stress affects the body it interferes with physiological functions of the body and other normal functions such as physical and emotional behaviors of the individual and this is associated with the cause of depression, anxiety mental disorders. Here comes the cause of irrational responses of the body system. The different forms of irrational response are the symptoms for depression. Severe depression with significant effect on day to day life is considered as disability. There are so many synthetic medicines that are used to treat depressions they are playing a prominent role in this civilized world with so many adverse effects, in the other hand natural/ herbal medicines are also playing a crucial role with minimum to zero side effects. One of the main causes of depression is oxidative stress, which is a type of imbalance between the production of reactive oxygen species and the anti-oxidant defensive system.

Heterocyclic compounds are cyclic compounds containing carbon and other heteroatoms. The most common heteroatoms are oxygen, nitrogen, and Sulphur. A heterocyclic compound is a cyclic compound that has atoms at least two different elements as members of its ring. A Schiff base (azomethine) is named after its inventor, Hugo Schiff and it is a functional group that contains a carbon-nitrogen double bond with the nitrogen atom connected to an aryl or alkyl group but not hydrogen. Schiff bases of Pyridin-3 yl-carbohydrazide derivatives from ethyl nicotinate and different aromatic aldehydes. Schiff’s bases are aromatic substituted imine compounds. These compounds are very important in the medicinal and pharmaceutical fields because of their wide spectrum of biological activity. Schiff’s bases show antibacterial activity, antifungal activity, and also antitumor activity. Aromatic aldehydes were refluxed with ethyl nicotinate using ethanol as a solvent to form Schiff's bases. All chemicals are taken in equimolar concentrations. The synthesized compounds were characterized by melting point, solubility, percentage yield, TLC, and IR spectral analysis. All derivatives are evaluated for anti-bacterial activity by the cup plate method. The antibacterial activity of test compounds was compared against standard Streptomycin. The 5 synthesized compounds show moderate antimicrobial activity. The experimental work summarizes the synthesis and in-vitro antibacterial activity of Schiff base derivatives.

Pharmacovigilance is important for collecting, detecting, monitoring adverse events which is the main objective. The adverse events reported should be assessed in order to know the casual relationship and avoid unnecessary effects on the recipient. Many people are vaccinating in a short period, so it is becoming much burden to the pharmacovigilance centers. The international society of pharmacovigilance (ISOP), the French national agency for medicines and health products safety (ANSM), and many others were in continuous collaboration and taking many initiatives to identify the safety and efficacy of vaccines and to provide answers to the raised questions respectively. Through pharmacovigilance, signals were detected, and many adverse events were identified. Pharmacovigilance of BioNTech/Pfizer-m-RNA, Moderna-mRNA vaccine, Covishield, Johnson and Johnson, Vaxzevria, Sputnik V, Convidecia are addressed. With BioNTech/Pfizer-m-RNA 12,249 ADRs, with Moderna-mRNA vaccine 577 ADRs, with Covishield 447 ADRs, with Johnson and Johnson 653 ADRs, with Vaxzevria 743 ADRs were reported. These vaccines resulted in immune thrombocytopenic purpura, cerebrovascular events, thrombosis, thrombocytopenia, facial paralysis, deaths, and many other reactions which may be fatal. But the events reported were less compared to the safety of the patients. All these events were maintained by the Uppsala monitoring center.
