The article is devoted to the development of methods for the development of modern economic systems, taking into account the influence of various groups of innovative factors. The structural elements of the innovative economy and features of the stability of modern economic systems are revealed, and the main types of stability and ways to increase it are determined. The object of study is multicomponent economic systems are industrial enterprises that are directly affected by various innovative development factors. It has been determined that the increase in scientific and technical information through its acquisition in the production process involves the modernization of production and advanced training of workers, which in turn leads to a change in the factors of production. In Russia, the problem of investing in the innovation sector of the economy is now very urgent and is associated with a number of reasons: absence or weak development of the innovation infrastructure; distrust of potential investors in Russia and enterprises in its regions; need for significant modernization of the country's economy, technical and technological re-equipment of enterprises; lack of sectoral funding (especially R&D), etc. There is the technique that allows effectively carrying out various planning and innovative development processes at high-tech enterprises in modern economic conditions. It has been established that product technological innovations due to more efficient use of equipment, materials and partial changes in technology, make it possible to obtain an improved product.

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the application of cumulative theory of prospectuses to identify the degree of risk decisions in the implementation of projects in the field of high-tech innovations. In the theoretical part of the article, the authors note that obtaining an assessment of the degree of efficiency of investments in various large innovative projects is a rather laborious and complex process, in which a special place should be given to the analysis of the risk of the investments themselves. As an effective way to assess the level of risk present in the implementation of innovative projects, the authors of the article study the cumulative theory of the prospectuses, based on the theories of utility and management decision making, created by Daniel Kaneman and Amos Tversky. Furthermore, the authors underline that if the administrative decision is accepted in the conditions of uncertainty, it should necessarily consider various psychological factors in comparison with classical models of decision-makin, which are constructed on conditions of the maximum availability of the information. In the research part of article, the authors consider a way of an estimation of integral risks of innovative projects. In the final part of article, the authors come to the conclusions that the algorithm of an estimation of risks of innovative projects should obligatory include, not only an expert estimation at an initial stage, but also the subsequent adjustment of the values received after the decision taken regarding the optimization problems.

The article is devoted to optimizing the working mechanisms of a modern franchise system based on the modification of multicomponent methods of economic equilibrium. In the theoretical part, the formation of an enterprise strategy in the field of franchising is considered, indicating a sequential set of steps necessary for the effective and successful implementation of the ideas included in the franchising project. The development of franchising in Russia is showed and it is noted that it is accompanied by the presence in the new economy of a number of negative factors, in terms of the work of economic mechanisms, as well as legal and social processes. In the research part of the article, the author set the task of modifying the franchise system to establish a certain level of economic equilibrium in it, based on the introduction of certain fines and incentives. In the course of the study, it was found that the franchisor in the franchise system is required to select the amount of fines and incentives in this way that optimal balance is achieved. To solve the problem of optimal equilibrium in a franchise system, it is necessary to bring it to problems that can be solved using linear programming methods. In conclusion, the article discusses the possibility of using franchising tools based on the use of rewards and fines for the successful development and conduct of business.

The article is dedicated to the analysis of digital certification of aviation equipment on the basis of multifunctional “Siemens PLM Software” (PLM - Product Lifecycle Management) technologies and “Verification Management” solution. In the theoretical part of the article, the authors point out that during certification a project usually goes through two stages: validation and verification. The first stage involves checking the project requirements for correctness and completeness, while the second stage aims to confirm that the designed aircraft is fully consistent with the validated requirements for it. The article states that the implementation of modern systems engineering practices is based on various instrumental components, methodology, and professional competence and is implemented as part of the general PLM strategy of an enterprise using “Siemens Digital Industries Software” products. In the course of the research, the authors of the article came to the conclusion that “Verification Management” solution in the “Teamcenter Siemens PLM Software” system helps enterprises in the aerospace and defence industries to successfully implement projects on creation of innovative products within a given timeframe and budget. “Verification Management” solution forms a closed traceability cycle for all stages of the control process of project decisions aimed to confirm compliance of the design with specified requirements. “Verification Management Catalyst” module accelerates the enterprise’s transition to digital technology; therefore, this transition improves reliability and productivity while lowering the total cost of ownership. “Teamcenter” system supports verification of the implementation of product development programs, reduces the time and cost of project decisions, which ultimately improves the entire work of the enterprise. “Verification Management” solution is a fully functional lifecycle management solution that is able to transmit product requirements and their changes to all participants of the design process.

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the open operating system (OS) application MindSphere in digital transformation of high-tech enterprises. The theoretical part of the article notes that nowadays digital transformation already has a huge impact on various aspects of business, such as strategy, partner management, production, pricing, sales, promotion, and organizational structure. The main task of the MindSphere platform is to provide fast and cost-effective connection of the equipment fleet, data collection, and analysis in order to obtain significant production and business results. The MindSphere platform integrates all data sources: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Internet of Things (IOT) into one analysis center. In the course of the analysis, the authors found that the MindSphere OS allows for the effective unification, search, filtering and evaluation of data taking into account the context, which gives a significant synergetic effect and provides a basis for intelligent decision-making, and therefore significantly reduces the cost and time to find sources of problems, allowing to focus on optimizing products, production and service, considering the creation of value and increase customer satisfaction. The authors point out that the implementation of IOT solutions opens up a new dimension for business owners in the view of their company based on data, and for the company itself provides previously inaccessible speed of operation, transparency of processes and their optimization, also raises the safety of work and other aspects of activity to a new level. In the final part of the article the authors conclude that MindSphere platform has all necessary qualities to be among the leaders of the Industrial IOT (IIOT), to provide customers with the opportunity to qualitatively transform IOT data into useful business results.
