The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of trust and promotion toward UMKM interest taking islamic banking financing in the city of Langsa.  The method used is the quantitative approach. This study uses probability sampling by cluster sampling. The sample used is a small and medium-size micro business in Langsa city of 100 respondents. The data-collection technique  a questionnaire by distributing to the small and medium-size microbusiness of Langsa city. Data analysis methods using linear regression, classic assumptions test, and hypothetical test (t and test f). Test t-test results have shown that each independent variable of trust and promotion is partially positive and significant. The results of research on the f show that there is a positive and significant impact together between the trust variables and the promotion of the interest of umkm, which is financing sharia banking in the city of Langsa. Based on the results of the study, it is based on coefficiency analysis, that 50,1 % of the disproportionate value of the people, should be satisfied by the two influential variables, trust and promotion. The remaining 49,9 % is described by other variables not included in the equation.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect directly and indirectly such as promotion, convenience, and security on the decision to purchase online cinema tickets with the TIX ID application through consumer buying interest. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that is distributed online via the google application form. Data analysis methods include validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and SEM tests. The number of samples in this study were 200 respondents who had met the minimum requirements for using SEM (structural equation models). Data processing using SPSS and AMOS. The results showed that promotion and convenience factors had a significant effect on purchase intention, while security did not have a significant effect on purchase intention. The results of statistical tests show that there is no influence of the promotion, convenience, and security variables on purchasing decisions. Furthermore, the results show that promotion and convenience factors indirectly influence purchasing decisions through purchase intention.

This research aims to know thecorrelation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang and used the correlational quantitative research. The hypothesis proposed in this research is there is a correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. The research sample are 68 people consisting of 3 classes with ages ranging from 16-18 years. Data Analysis methods use the spearman rank technique and SPSS Version 23 for windows. Hypothesis test results show a significance value of 0,037  where is p<0.05, it means there is correlation between Achievement Motivation with Adversity Quotient for Students at Senior High School Palembang. Other word that one of the factors that can influence adversity quotient is achievement motivation.

The people of Tilatang Kamang, Agam Regency, West Sumatra have a tradition, namely the tradition of khatam Qur'an children. This tradition is a celebration / gratitude for the success of children in completing their recitation of the Koran (khatam). Usually this activity is held once a year, to be precise during school holidays. This tradition is a tradition that is ingrained in the life of the Tilatang Kamang community. This Quranic tradition of khatam is also found in several other areas in Minangkabau, but each region has its own uniqueness. In Tilatang Kamang this ceremony is enlivened by barracks around the village, the aim is to inform the crowd that there are several children in this area who have successfully finished reading the Qur'an (finished their studies) and can read the Koran properly and correctly. . The ceremony ended with the announcement of the winners of the khatam participants in the recitation of the Qur'an. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with an ethnographic approach. The data collection technique was done by interview and observation, while the data analysis technique used data reduction, reflection, and conclusion. The results of this study illustrate that the Khatam Qur'an ceremony has become a tradition for the Tilatang Kamang community of the Agam Regency for children who have completed their studies and also as one of the requirements for children to continue their education to a higher level.

This study aims to measure online advertising and tokopedia.com service quality on brand image. The population of this study is the people of Padang city who have done shopping at the online store tokopedia.com. Sampling of this study using accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study were 100 respondents. The data collection technique of this study was to use a questionnaire with data analysis, namely using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate tocopedia.com online advertising, a positive and significant effect on brand image and tokopedia.com service quality has a positive and significant impact on brand image.Keywords: online advertising, service quality, brand image

This study aims to research determine the effect of emotional intelligence against teacher efficacy in elementary school with curicullum 2013. Variable studied were emotional intelligence as the independent variable (X) and variable teacher efficacy as the dependent variable. The method used in this study is quantitative research with technique cluster sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 50 respondents. The data analysis technique are used to test the hypotesis is a simple regresission analysis using Rasch Model with winstep version 3.73 and SPSS version 16.0. Based on the calcullations, emotional intelligence effects teacher efficacy by 6% and the remaining 94% is in influenced by factors other than emotional intelligence.

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Customer satisfaction is a feeling of pleasure or satisfaction from customers that arise after using or consuming a product / service. The purpose of this study is to determine how promotion and quality influence Grab customer satisfaction in Denpasar City partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted in the city of Denpasar. The number of samples taken was 100 respondents. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The test results show that the effect of promotion and service quality on Grab service satisfaction in Denpasar City is partially and simultaneously significant.

Gaharu (Aquilaria malaccensis Lamk) is a plant of the thymelaeaceae family that is widely used by the people of West Kutai Regency as a medicinal plant for skin wounds, diabetes, asthma, stomach pain and sleep disorders, aromatherapy and used as ingredients for perfume because it has a distinctive aroma. The extraction process will determine how much yield is produced. This study aims to determine the percent (%) yield of agarwood leaf ethanol extract using maceration and reflux methods. The research stage includes plant determination, sample processing, extraction using maceration and reflux methods with 70% ethanol solvent, determination of the yield and phytochemical screening. Data analysis in the form of descriptive data analysis and presented in tabular form. The results showed that the reflux method produced a higher average yield of 30.70% and maceration method of 29.97%. Statistical test results using the Independent Sample T-Test method showed that there was no significant difference in the yield produced from the maceration and reflux method because (p> 0.05). Phytochemical screening test results showed that agarwood leaf extract contains flavonoids, tannins, saponins and steroids

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of conceptual understanding procedures learning model to students' strategic competencies taken from student post-test results. The study was included in quasi Experimental Design research involving 41 students consisting of two classes taken from five classes with porposive sampling techniques. The data collection technique used is a test instrument with a significant level of 5%. The results showed that the average strategic competency ability of experimental class students was 61.7, while the average strategic competency ability of control class students was 51. Based on data analysis from the t-test hypothesis that has been done, the results showed t-count > t-table (2.43 > 1.69) so that Ho was rejected and Ha accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Conceptual Understanding Procedures learning model is effective against the strategic competencies of students in the material of building flat-sided rooms in grade VIII junior high school.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures terhadap kompetensi strategis siswa yang diambil dari hasil post-test siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian Quasi Eksperimental Design yang melibatkan 41 siswa yang terdiri dari dua kelas yang diambil dari lima kelas dengan teknik porposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah instrumen tes dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, rata-rata kemampuan kompetensi strategis siswa kelas eksperimen sebesar 61,7, sedangkan rata-rata kemampuan kompetensi strategis siswa kelas kontrol sebesar 51. Berdasarkan analisis data dari uji hipotesis uji-t yang sudah dilakukan, hasilnya menunjukkan t-hitung > t-tabel (2,43 > 1,69) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Oleh sebab itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Conceptual Understanding Procedures efektif terhadap kompetensi strategis siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar kelas VIII SMP.

This study aims to determine how inventory turnover is in assessing Return On Asset. The research object, namely PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk, which is taken from the financial reports for the period 2015-2019. This study used a qualitative method consisting of two variables, namely inventory cycle as the independent variable and return on asset the dependent variable. The data analysis method used in this research is inventory turnover analysis and return on asset analysis. The test results show that the average inventory turnover of 3.15 per year as a whole is categorized as good, when viewed from the general standard or the industry average which is above 2.5 times. For the average return on asset, it shows that return on asset is included in the very good criteria because it has reached the company standard. Then from the comparison of inventory turnover and return on assetor the last 5 years of the 2015-2019 period, the contribution of inventory turnover in assessing return on asset was 21.28% and the rest contributed to other factors not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perputaran persediaan dalam menilai Return On Asset. Objek penelitian yaitu PT. Kalbe Farma, Tbk yang diambil dari laporan keuangan periode 2015-2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang terdiri dari dua variabel yaitu siklus persediaan sebagai variabel bebas dan return on asset sebagai variabel terikat. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis perputaran persediaan dan analisis return on asset. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata perputaran persediaan 3,15 per tahun secara keseluruhan dikategorikan baik, jika dilihat dari standar umum atau rata-rata industri yang berada di atas 2,5 kali. Untuk rata-rata return on asset menunjukkan bahwa return on asset termasuk dalam kriteria sangat baik karena telah mencapai standar perusahaan. Kemudian dari perbandingan perputaran persediaan dan return on assetor 5 tahun terakhir periode 2015-2019, kontribusi perputaran persediaan dalam menilai return on asset adalah 21,28% dan sisanya berkontribusi pada faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
