The link between education and politics is understood by the community in two ways. First there are community groups who say that education is education and politics is political or between the two is separate. Secondly there are groups of people who argue that the two are interrelated. in a narrow sense, it needs to be remembered that politics in the narrow sense is interpreted as part of society as a politics of national life in which there is competition between certain groups or groups to fight for a desired position or position by justifying any means. Politics in education actually exists, an example; a vocational school principal who decides the policy of apprenticeship patterns for his students, whether that decision cannot be considered a political decision. Another example is the regulations concerning education that the government decides in the form of policies or guidelines are actually political decisions as well

Islam is the religion of rahmatan lil-‘alamin which carries the main mission to realize the benefits and justice for humanity and all beings in the world. Islam provides rules that are fair to humans, especially for men and women, so that everyone benefits from the rules. With two main sources, the Qur'an and the Sunnah, Islam places men and women fairly and equally, even though there are different rules for both. However, the ulama's interpretation of the Qur'an and Sunnah based on culture led to the emergence of the determination (fiqh) of the women lost from the mission carried out by two sources. The emergence of feminist Muslim leaders with ideas of gender equality has a significant effect on the Muslim community to realize the injustices of men and women over the years, especially in Islam, and try to return to justice and gender equality.

The issue of men and women is very interesting when connected with Islamic discourse, which is indeed one component in various social, cultural and even  political changes. Various efforts have been made to develop these issues starting from the deconstruction of the Islamic treasure to its reconstruction efforts. One of the subjects of study is the problem of male and female relations. In the context of these relations, men are always perceived as having a public role area and women are considered as the rulers and determinants of domestic roles. Therefore, both are assumed to have different areas of self-actualization.This cultural barrier, according to feminists, is a cultural and cultural heritage both from primitive society, agrarian society, and modern society. On the other hand a lot of understanding of the text was found to strengthen and even contribute to perpetuating the construction of the culture, which notes that the texts were derived from patriarchal Arabic culture, so that the interpretation is always gender-biased. Whereas in different approaches there are many texts which actually support the equality of relations between men and women.

The term syarî’ah and several other terms that have the same  root words in the Qur’an. He concluded that syarî’ah means tariq (road), sabil (path, method), and manhaj (method). Therefore, syarî’ah can be interpreted as a way or method of Allah or Islam. In this sense also includes the rules of law revealed in the Qur’an, then the rules contained in Hadith (verbal tradition), and then tafsir, opinion-opinions, and ijtihâd (personal opinion), fatwâ (religious opinion ulamâ, and judges’ decisions. In short, it encompasses all that complements and explains these fundamental rules for establishing Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) as formed in history. Thus, in the Qur’an, it does not mean law (qânûn) or legislation (tashrf ), so that the issue of applying Islamic syarî’ah is nothing but a mere human invention

The existence of the ḥudūd theory is due to the thoughtlessness of the ummah which is marked by the dependence of all legal problems on their priests. What was conveyed by the previous ulamas still held firm without trying to conduct a review, whether his opinion was still relevant to current conditions. This is what causes Islamic law can not develop as the times progress. Therefore Muhammad Syahrūr abolished the ability of previous scholars to think by offering the concept of ḥudūd (boundary theory). For Syahŕ ther law must be Ş instead of li kulli zamān wa then  (the law must be applicable in every time and place

This paper discusses the ups and downs of Islamic politics in the historical arena, the politics referred to in this paper is photographing the history of politics at the time of the Caliph or Companions and politics in the history of Islam. Political Islam is often seen as a combination of "religion and politics". The relationship between politics and religion is interrelated and inseparable, although technically and practically the relationship is distinguished, religion is the authority of Shahibu as-Shari'ah, while politics is public / human authority. But these two things go hand in hand just as the Islamic religion developed as a religious and political movement which in turn merged with the "public" state and society. The belief of a Muslim who considers that Islam is something that concerns the faith and politics and is rooted in the holy book of Islam "al-Qur'an" and the hadith of the Prophet, so that Muslims believe that this has been reflected in the teachings of Islam, its history, and political development.
