Introduction: In the life of society, nation and state, it cannot be denied that there are many problems and conflicts of interest in society that lead to cases. Both parties want to defend their interests or rights, so the case cannot be avoided. This also often occurs in communities in the North Buru Klasis and South Buru Klasis on Buru Island, Maluku Province.Purposes of Devotion: The handling and settlement of a civil case in the community is one of the fields of study in service activities that are important to convey to the community in order to improve the legal understanding of the community as well as education for the community with very minimal legal knowledge so that the public clearly understands the form of settlement of civil cases. Method of Devotion: The method used in this activity is in the form of legal counseling for the community in North Buru and South Buru Klasis through material presentation and questions and answers.Results of the Devotion: In the communities or congregations in Klasis Buru Utara and Buru Selatan, through the results of material presentations and discussions with various elements of society, both from the chairman of the class, chairman of the congregation, church pastor, village government staff, as well as youth elements and community leaders who attended the event. In counseling activities, the data found are that there are various legal issues and problems that often occur in the dynamics of the congregation, both among fellow congregation members and with outside communities in North Buru and South Buru.

Introduction: In the frequently modern era, many phenomena happen in civilization. Children as the nation's successors need to be protected from the negative impacts of rapid development, the flow of globalization in the field of communication and information, the advancement of science and technology. The negative impact of the development of this era creates problems involving children, both children as victims, perpetrators, and witnesses who are dealing with the law itself.Purposes of Devotion: The purpose of this article is to provide a brief overview of the law on child protection. The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia guarantees the welfare of every citizen, including the protection of children's rights which are human rights. Method of Devotion: This Community Service activity was carried out at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) Ambon City. In this activity, several stages were carried out including observing the average age and needs of the Ittaqollah Children's Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) of Ambon City, and providing legal counseling on child protection. This service activity is carried out using the lecture and question and answer method which is packaged more attractively.Results of the Devotion: After carrying out this service activity, it was found that students at the Ittaqollah Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) had minimal knowledge of child protection laws. LKSA Ittaqolah students only know about the age limit of children, but they do not understand their rights as children who have been protected by the state. Moreover, they do not understand that children are very vulnerable to become victims of violations of their rights by adults. In addition, they also still do not understand that nowadays children are not only victims, but children can also commit crimes so that children can face the law.

Introduction: Lack of public understanding of civil rights owned, bringing its legal problems for the community. This is the basis of consideration of the Civil Law Section of the Faculty of Law, Pattimura University to conduct community service activities as a form of implementation of the Tri Dharma of universities, one of the legal topics presented is related to consumer protection issues.Purposes of Devotion: Providing an understanding of consumer protection law of the community, especially the community in 3 (three) villages in Teon Nila Serua sub-district, namely Layeni village, Wotay village, and Lesluru village. Method of Devotion: Method of Dedication is using legal counselling to the community in 3 (three) villages in Teon Nila Serua district of central Maluku Regency.Results of the Devotion: In the implementation of these activities, it is known that many consumer problems such as buying goods that have been offered, goods that have defects, or sometimes goods that have been damaged, such as rice or sugar but purchased because they are deceived by low prices, which turns out to be detrimental to society. As consumers, the public does not know that they can raise objections and demand their rights back. Providing legal education, especially consumer protection, can make society an intelligent consumer.

Introduction: In the current development of society, acts of domestic violence in the form of physical, psychological, sexual and neglect in domestic life actually occur, so that in order to eliminate domestic violence, an effective handling or law enforcement action is needed.Purposes of Devotion: To provide a legal understanding of criminal acts of domestic violence and its handling in Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency. Method of Devotion: Conducted by the lecture method by each presenter, after the presentation of the material, the participants are given the opportunity to convey the legal problems experienced, then answered by the presenter in accordance with the substance of the material presented.Results of the Devotion: The public can understand that all forms of violence, especially domestic violence, are violations of human rights and crimes against human dignity as well as forms of discrimination that must be eliminated. Legal understanding of PKDRT helps the community, especially in RT.004/Kilo 9 Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency to realize their rights.

Introduction: Indonesia is a country that has many natural resources that have the potential to be related to Geographical Indications, one of which is Putiah Wood Oil originating from Buru Island.Purposes of Devotion: To provide efforts to increase understanding in the context of the introduction and protection of Geographical Indications of Eucalyptus Oil on Buru Island. Method of Devotion: The method used in this activity is in the form of a workshop for the Office of Cooperatives, the Department of Tourism, the Department of Industry and Trade, the Department of Fisheries, the Department of Agriculture and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Namlea, Buru Regency through material presentation and questions and answers.Results of the Devotion: Eucalyptus Oil until now has not Registered as a Geographical Indication product. If this is allowed, it is possible that at one time there could be disputes related to unilateral claims or public deception. Eucalyptus Oil on Buru Island has the potential to be protected as a Geographical Indication and provides legal certainty for Eucalyptus Oil if registration is the main requirement for Wood Oil to obtain legal protection.

Introduction: women are always seen as second-class beings who are weak, irrational and do not have the ability to even make decisions for their own interests, resulting in the neglect of women's rights which causes low levels of education, early marriage, restrictions on activities in these sectors. and violence are problems experienced by women in the village.Purposes of Devotion: Purpose of the Reaserch: to provide an understanding regarding the protection of women's rights in the hope that there will be an understanding regarding the equality of the position of women and men as well as more opportunities for women to be involved in development in Rumberu village. Method of Devotion: Counseling is carried out using the panel discussion method which begins with a lecture from each presenter in turn, followed by a questions and answers session between the presenters and the community.Results of the Devotion: Women in Rumberu village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency, like women in other regions in Indonesia, have had their rights violated in various ways. Women in Rumberu village experience various injustices because of their existence as women such as marginalization/marginage, subordination, stereotypes, violence and double workload. Among them, violence is the most common problem in Rumberu village. this is due to the low level of education and economy, lack of understanding of women's rights, as well as the prevailing customs and culture in Rumberu Country. Even though women are potential development capital, there needs to be an understanding of the position of women so that there is equality.

Introduction: Community involvement in the formation of Negeri Regulations from the beginning of the process to evaluation is a condition that must even exist in a country that adheres to the understanding of people's sovereignty.Purposes of Devotion: Providing education and legal knowledge to the Negeri Government and Public Affairs Hutumuri District of Leitimur South Ambon City so as to engage and be involved in every process of establishing the Regulation of Foreign. Method of Devotion: Sources describe materials related to the establishment of rules of domestic participatory followed by a discussion and question and answer between the presenters and participants in the activity.Results of the Devotion: The Negeri Government and the community are able to understand matters related to the formation of Negeri Regulations and are able to resolve problems related to community involvement in the process of forming Negeri Regulations as regulated in various laws and regulations so that it is hoped that the draft of a legal product in the form of a Negeri Regulation can actively involve the community in contributing thoughts, ideas, ideas, and suggestions that affect the substance of the Negeri Regulation

Introduction: The young generation is a national asset that must be safeguarded, protected, guided and nurtured so that they are not trapped in the negative influence of technological, communication and information developments. Likewise, the younger generation in Lesluru Country, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency, as the successor to Lesluru Country who need education and legal understanding regarding the impact of misuse of social networks due to developments in technology, communication and information.Purposes of the Research: The purpose of writing this article is to provide legal understanding and education to the people of Lesluru State, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency regarding the development of Technology, Communication and Information and the impact of using social networks among the younger generation in Lelsuru Country.Methods: Legal counseling activities in the country of Lesluru are carried out by means of a panel discussion method in which the presenters deliver the material in turns then followed by questions and answers between the speakers and the community.Results / Findings / Novelty of the Research: Social networks that are currently very accessible to the younger generation, including in Lesluru, Central Maluku. This of course not only has a positive impact but often has negative consequences due to the unwise use of social networks. Therefore, as a young generation who will later become the leaders of the nation, even this nation needs to understand well about the wise use of social networks in order to have a positive impact on the younger generation.

Introduction: The rise of marriages that are carried out without going through the marriage procedure in the Marriage Law has resulted in many problems regarding the validity of marriage in the Central Maluku district, causing various legal problems in the local community.Purposes of Devotion: Providing legal understanding regarding the validity of marriage in communities in the TNS sub-district, Central Maluku district. Method of Devotion: Performed with the lecture method by each of the presenters. The lecturer is given time to deliver the material, after which the participants are invited to ask a problem or question, which is then answered in turn by the speaker according to the problem being asked.Results of the Devotion: It is important for all circles of society to understand the Marriage Law, this is so that the marriage is carried out in accordance with the law so that it can become a legal marriage.

Introduction: The use of resources in a directed and efficient manner requires complete availability of data and information regarding climatic conditions, soil and other physical environmental characteristics, as well as requirements for cultivated plants, especially plants that have sufficient market opportunities and economic meaning. The development of plantation commodities in Central Maluku Regency, Teon Nila Serua District, especially Negeri (Village) Layeni and Negeri Wotay is slower than the potential available land.Purposes of Devotion: Providing an understanding of the protection of traditional crop varieties for the rights of farmers, especially farmers in Negeri Layeni  and Negeri Wotay, Central Maluku RegencyMethod of Devotion: Performed with the lecture method by each of the presenters. The lecturer is given time to deliver the material, after which the participants are invited to ask a problem or question, which is then answered in turn by the speaker according to the problem being asked.Results of the Devotion: Efforts to increase productivity are strongly influenced by success in improving the genetic potential of plant varieties. Activities that can produce more superior plant varieties need to be encouraged by providing incentives for people or business entities engaged in plant breeding that produce new varieties so as to provide greater added value to users. The strategy for developing superior plantation commodities must be implemented based on the principles of benefit and sustainability and integration. Plantation development in Central Maluku Regency must be based on land potential.
