The study aims to analyze the blood profile of broilers fed with fishmeal with different levels. The study used a complete randomized design (RAL) 4 treatments and 4 replays with 2 chickens as an experiment and broiler chickens as many as 100 heads, the treatment in the study was P0= Control (commercial feed BP11), P1 = 43 % Yellow Corn + 21% Bran + 27% CAB + 9% FishMeal, P2 = 43% Yellow Corn + 23% Bran + 22% CAB + 12% Fishmeal, P3 = 43% Yellow Corn + 25% Bran + 17% CAB + 15% Fishmeal with observed parameters is leukocyte differential. The results of the study with feeding containing fishmeal levels differed markedly (P<0.05) on the value of eosinophils, but had no real effect (P>0.05) on the value of hematocrit, lymphocytes, heterophiles, monocytes, basophils and H / L values.

This study aims to examine the use of red sweet potato flour on slaughter weight, percentage ofcarcass weight, and abdominal fat in broiler chickens fed with additional red sweet potato flour. Thisresearch was conducted in April to May 2018, housed in the Raman Farm enclosure in Puosu JayaVillage, Konda District, Konawe Selatan District. The material used in this study was 64 weeks oldbroiler chickens, with 64 feed ingredients used as the concentrate, corn, bean, sweet potato flour. Theequipment used is a scale, a colony cage made of wire-lined wood and measuring 4m x 2m, which isdivided into 16 plots and the size of each 1m x 0.5m, each story is equipped with a place to eat anddrink, 40-watt incandescent balloons and other equipment such as scales, ovens, sample grinders, basins, plastics, and gutters. This study was designed using a complete randomized design with fourtreatments and four replications, where four treatments consisted of P0 basic ration (Control), P1:basic ration containing 4% red sweet potato flour, P2: elemental percentage containing 6% red sweetpotato flour, and P3: basic ration contains 8% red sweet potato flour. The variables observed in thisstudy were cutting weight, carcass percentage, and abdominal fat of broiler chickens. The results ofthe analysis of variance showed that the administration of red sweet potato flour had no significanteffect (P> 0.05) on the percentage of carcasses and abdominal fat of broiler chickens. Broiler chickenaged five weeks. It was concluded that the provision of different red sweet potato flour in feed did notsignificantly affect slaughter weight, carcass weight, and abdominal fat percentage of broilerchickens. There is a tendency for broilers fed with red sweet potato flour to have heavier cut weights,a more significant portion of carcasses and an increase in the level of red yam, and a decrease inabdominal fat content and the addition of red yam levels in the feed.

This study aimed to determine the best dosage of goat manure as a natural fertilizer on Beha grass(Brachiaria humidicola). This study used 64 poles of Beha grass grown in polybags divided into 16plots, and it used a completely randomized design (CRD) to analyze the data. This study consist of 4treatments that is P0 (0 ton/ha of goat manure), P1 (10 ton/ha of goat manure), P2 (15 ton/ha of goatmanure), and P3 (20 ton/ha of goat manure). This study's variables were plant height, number of leaves, numbers of tillers, new production, and root length. Data analysis used ANOVA variance continued withreal honest difference test. The result of this study showed that averages of plant height (cm) wereP0=26, P1=50.5, P2=51.5, and P3=52.75. Averages of the number of leaves were P0=22, P1=110,P2=160, and P3=185. Averages of numbers of tillers were P0=7, P1=25, P2=37, and P3=38. Averages ofnew production (g) were P0=17.75, P1=123.5, P2=178, and P3=192.25. Averages of root length (cm)were P0=37.8, P1=39.5, P2=41.775, and P3=49.5. Fertilization with natural fertilizer from goat manurehas a genuine effect (P<0.01) on the growth of Beha grass. The best dosage of fertilization with goatmanure was 15 ton/ha.

The highest margin on the 1st marketing channel pattern is Rp. 17,500/shelf, the 4th lowest marketing channel is Rp. 4,000/shelf and the marketing channel in the highest expenditure is the 4th marketing channel Rp. 5,318/shelf. The marketing channel that has the highest profit is the 1st marketing channel Rp. 12.182/shelf. The most efficient marketing channel used by end consumers is the 4th marketing channel because of its lowest marketing margin value.

The study aims to find out the appearance of super kampung chicken production aged 1-7 weeks at the giving of different levels of tofu pulp in rations. held in January-March in the Laboratory of Livestock Production Science and Technology Poultry Livestock Unit Faculty of Animal Husbandry Halu Oleo University. Using 64 super kampung chickens, using a Complete Random Plan (RAL) 4 treatments namely P0 (0% tofu pulp flour), P1 (5% tofu pulp flour), P2 (10% tofu pulp flour) P3 (15% tofu pulp flour) and 4 repeats. Research variables are ration consumption, weight gain, ration conversion analyzed using fingerprints followed by the Smallest Real Difference test (BNT). The results of the analysis of average consumption of rations (g/tail/day) 37.12(P0), 36.15(P1), 36.70 (P2), 34.23 (P3). Average Weight Gain (g/tail/day) 13.05 (P0), 11.81 (P1), 11.74 (P2), 10.58(P3). Ration conversion average 2.71 (P0), 3.07 (P1), 3.16 (P2), 3.24(P3). The results of the study showed that the provision of tofu pulp flour has no real effect (P>0.05) on the consumption of super kampung chicken rations, while in the weight gain of flour giving tofu pulp has a very real effect (P<0.01) and a real effect (P<0.05) on the conversion of super kampung chicken rations.

Skin crackers are snacks which made from cattle skin. In order to get a good quality of skin crackers, the immersion process is carried out in a mixture of whiting solution and pineapple skin extract. This study aimed to evaluate the organoleptic characteristics of cow skin crackers with different types of skin and soaking time. The material used in this study is cow leather, whiting and pineapple skin. The method used is a completely randomized design factorial pattern with 3 x 3 and 4 times repetition. Factor A is the type of skin part (head, foot and neck) and factor B is difference of immersion time (24, 48, 72 and 96 hours). Research variables included color, aroma, taste, joy, crispness and acceptance of the panelists. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS 16.0 and the smallest real difference test (LSD). The results showed that the interaction between the type of skin and immersion time did not significantly influence (P> 0.05) on color, aroma, taste, crispness, panelist acceptance and preference. Independent skin immersion time significantly influence (P <0.05) on color, aroma, taste, crispness, panelist acceptance and preference. The best treatment is obtained at 96 hours of immersion time.
