Moral values are considered an integral part of every aspect of life, but when they reach the extremes of social degradation and deprivation, they encompass all aspects of life that lead to the emergence of morality and civilization. This kind of dilapidation affects pure scientific tendencies and activities. The tragedy is that when moral and scientific values and traditions are destroyed in the specialized institutions and schools and universities for knowledge, wisdom, and cognition, it’s astonishing. It is a state of moral and mental inferiority beyond which and the concept of decline is not possible. Presenting the intellectual ideas and results of a leading researcher as one's own is called plagiarism in the field of science and research. Electronic theft refers to the theft of information that is available online in which the computer is used as a tool. Stealing data by using information technology devices or forcibly stealing something secure is called electronic theft. Using someone's property without his permission is an undesirable act in Islamic law and seizing someone's property from head to toe is an unforgivable crime. It is illegal in Islamic law to get acquainted with a person's secrets and to spy on his secrets. In this regard, the relevant Shariah point has been clarified in the article.

Among different methods of narrating hadith, there is a method which is called Riwayat bil-ma’na (sense-reporting). It means that a narrator narrates a hadith in his own words without uttering the actual words he listened originally from the Prophet (PBUH). The actual rule of narrating hadith was that it was narrated uttering the original wording of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Whereas it was allowed in utmost circumstances. If some narrator had to make sense-reporting of a Hadith, he needed to use such words which clearly explain that the words being used are not the words of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) but those of the narrator. Sense-reporting was allowed only in specific circumstances. Moreover, only those narrators were allowed to make sense-reporting who had the real sense of the words and their reasoning and were aware of language skills and Sharia, and the sense-reporting of whom would not add or subtract something in hadith and its exact order. In this research article, various kinds of sense-reporting are being analyzed which exist in hadith text. And it is proved here in this article that no kind of amendment occurred due to sense-reporting.

Islamic Law (Shariah) has granted fundamental human rights to Muslims and non-Muslims and safeguards their life and property by providing equal social justice. The significant feature of Shariah is to provide non-Muslims the freedom to exercise their religion in an Islamic state. The paper discusses non-Muslim’s worship places that are established in an Islamic society.  The objective of this research is to remove misunderstandings created by International media on current issues against Islamic teachings, Muslim jurists debate on Shariah perspective regarding the status of construction or erection of worship places. This present paper divided the debate on three major issues which are addressed by the Muslim jurist in today’s conflicting scenario. Firstly, Religious freedom to exercise non-Muslim’s faith in an Islamic state, secondly rulings for non-Muslim’s worship places on Islamic Lands, and lastly rebuilding and construction of non-Muslim’s worship places in a multi-faith society. A descriptive and analytical approach has been adopted for juristic opinions. The paper examines these debates by Muslim jurists of the Sunni school of thought and concludes that Shariah has granted non-Muslim’s right to construct or upright their worship places in their majority ruler area. A Muslim ruler may protect worship places of non-muslims and on the circumstantial requirement, he authorized to convert these places where necessary under the principles of Mashlaha Aama defined by the principles of Shariah.

A Welfare state refers to the concept of a state in which a state takes responsibility for the protection of all citizens and their well-being. A welfare state recognizes the security of its citizens as a priority and takes solid steps for it. In the olden days, the states were limited to the interests of the rulers; gradually there were born enlightened human beings who introduced new ideas to the state which improved human life. A new concept was introduced in the state system called the welfare state. For a welfare state, as far as the individuals are important to control all the systems in a state, in which the rules and regulations/principles also have far rich importance in any state. So, the selection of proper/eligible individuals for such a regulatory welfare state is necessary. If any state set aside the basic eligibility criteria while appointing any responsible administrative slot then it will cause the destruction of that state gradually as well society at the end. On the other hand, if any welfare state would strictly follow the eligibility criteria for the given administrative slot and appoint the individuals purely on merit and ability, then it will result in constructive and positive change in that welfare state which boost up the society towards prosperity peace and progress for the sake of humanity. In this manuscript, we tried our best to mention and focus on some qualitative levels/points which must be compulsory while appointing any administrative/key post in any Islamic welfare state to make it prosperous and progressive, keeping in view the interpretation purely from Quran and Sunnah.

The Qur'ān is the last message of Almighty Allah to the people. Muslims believe that the Qur'ān is safe from any kind of tampering. It is preserved in the form of a book and memorized. Along with the revelation of the Quran, its writing was arranged. Its arrangement is the same as that ordered by Almighty Allah. But orientalists have emphasized the need to bring the Qur'ān into line with their books to prove that the Qur'anic text has no credibility. Arthur Jeffrey, who is one of the most prominent figures in contemporary literature, has access to the Qur’ān and its related sciences. Jeffrey's main point of view regarding the Qur'ān is that its text was not fixed. According to Arthur Jeffrey, when the Prophet (PBUH) died, the nation had no revelation in the form of book. The Prophet (PBUH) failed to present the Qur'ān in its compiled and complete form. After his death, his successors compiled it. The main purpose of this paper is to critically review Arthur Jeffrey's objections and to clarify what the purpose and background of his objections are. There is no doubt that Qur’ān is completely safe without any slight change or disruption.

The most important foundation of education is character development, and character education is described as a curriculum specifically developed to teach children about the quality and traits of good character. Children's literature can be meant in building Islamic character. Discussion focuses on how literature can be brought into the curriculum in helping to develop character traits in a meaningful manner. Children's literature gradually forms character traits and attitudes that everyone is proud to acknowledge. There is considerable disagreement about what children’s literature is, in particular, “good children’s literature” very little appears to have been written about the problems that can be associated with character-building literature. Children's literature is also used by health professionals for therapeutic purposes (bibliotherapy) to prevent unhealthy habits and addictions, or address psychosomatic disorders. Finally, storybooks and web-based/digital literature can be an effective vehicle for health content, to encourage the adoption of healthy lifestyles among Muslim children. Children’s literature provides an avenue for students to learn about their cultural heritage and the cultures of other people.
