Among different methods of narrating hadith, there is a method which is called Riwayat bil-ma’na (sense-reporting). It means that a narrator narrates a hadith in his own words without uttering the actual words he listened originally from the Prophet (PBUH). The actual rule of narrating hadith was that it was narrated uttering the original wording of the Holy Prophet (PBUH). Whereas it was allowed in utmost circumstances. If some narrator had to make sense-reporting of a Hadith, he needed to use such words which clearly explain that the words being used are not the words of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) but those of the narrator. Sense-reporting was allowed only in specific circumstances. Moreover, only those narrators were allowed to make sense-reporting who had the real sense of the words and their reasoning and were aware of language skills and Sharia, and the sense-reporting of whom would not add or subtract something in hadith and its exact order. In this research article, various kinds of sense-reporting are being analyzed which exist in hadith text. And it is proved here in this article that no kind of amendment occurred due to sense-reporting.

The purpose of this research study is to present some new operations, including rejection, symmetric difference, residue product, and maximal product of Pythagorean fuzzy graphs (PFGs), and to explore some of their properties. This research article introduces certain notions, including intuitionistic fuzzy graphs of 3-type (IFGs3T), intuitionistic fuzzy graphs of 4-type (IFGs4T), and intuitionistic fuzzy graphs of n-type (IFGsnT), and proves that every IFG(n−1)T is an IFGnT (for n ≥ 2). Moreover, this study discusses the application of Pythagorean fuzzy graphs in decision making.

AbstractThis paper presents findings of a pilot research study that focused on a selected area of e-government – digitalization of core government services to citizens (G2C) in selected Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries – namely in the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania. Taking into account the literature available to date, it is a first attempt of its kind, even if mainly a qualitative study. The findings clearly indicate that the level of digitalization of the administrative services for citizens is rather low. All three countries are roughly at the same level of electronic government development (with the Czech Republic slightly ahead), despite vastly different strategies and levels of centralization. This could change in the future, after the results of their respective national strategies become visible, and we are also interested in applying our method to other CEE countries, with the clear aim of refining it.

The research aims to assess the effect of CPEC on reversing the brain drain of Pakistan’s human capital. The research study is based on secondary data by using research articles, economic surveys, Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment etc. CPEC being a multibillion-dollar “Game Changer” can enhance the socio-commerce dimensions by reversing the brain drain of human capital of the country. It can only be possible by devising a viable strategic plan by the government for “Diaspora engagement policies”. The local and overseas Pakistanis should be involved in the projects only through their mobilization and engagement just like China and India did. Although, the present research article gives an insight to socio-economic impact of CPEC on Pakistan.

Determining the appropriate approaches and procedures to gain sufficient results is a vital issue that is faced by the majority of researchers. Each type of research can have several methodologies that can be applied. Yet, one approach might lead to concluding more effective outcomes. Thus, designing the research and applying appropriate methods and techniques are the key aim of this experiment. Combining the research onion framework with an advanced Internet of Things- (IoT-) enabled mobile app solution within the real world is the foundation of this research. The framework has six main layers, starting with philosophy and ending with techniques and procedures. This research begins by providing a brief introduction in regard to the selected framework. Then, it provides a comprehensive explanation regarding each of the framework layers and justifying the chosen element within each layer combining with the advanced IoT-enabled mobile app for this research study. Later, it highlights the challenges that can be faced while using such a framework.
