BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES. The issue of providing the sphere of hotel business with information resources and improving the information support system is relevant, requires new solutions to increase the competitiveness of hotels and similar accommodation facilities at the national and international level.METHODS. Methods of scientific research are general scientific and special methods of the research: abstract-logical method – for substantiation and specification of basic positions of information support of hotel business development; at the analysis of social phenomena and specification of economic essence of categorical row, dialectical-logical – for determination of presence of synergy effect from forms of network organization of information-technological platform by adding various subjects to development of hotel business.FINDINGS. The hypothesis of the scientific research is to model the conceptual foundations for creating an information technology platform that aims to add to the development of the hotel business of different subjects. The aim of the research is to substantiate theoretically the elements of formation of the information-technology platform for support and development of the hotel business.CONCLUSION. It has been substantiated that as a result of using the platform, consumers will be able to access the necessary range of information about the hotel business. The proposed platform should include an element of an alternative booking system, where the consumer has the ability to independently select the necessary hotel or similar accommodation fixture, get reservation services, specify the type of room, date, book accommodation online and receive confirmation. In addition, guests (customers) will be able to communicate and exchange information, including everything that relates to specific requirements and personal needs. Hotels will be able to collect data and various information about their clients and to analyze their wishes, which will allow personalizing the services for each individual client. This can be the basis for the formation of a loyalty program for hotels and similar accommodation facilities, providing customers with an incentive to become a repeat customer and consumer of the hotel visited.

Research relevance lies in the irreversibility of course choice for embodiment of the sustainable development concept. However, a pluralism of opinions, concerning the implementation of model definition of this concept, as well as the priority tasks for realization of its constituents significantly decelerates the socio-economic development of Ukraine. An inadequate scientific research of the sustainable development problems on a microeconomic level generates the reduction of expected management results and the degree of progressive changes at the level of individual business units. The role and transformation of accounting science, necessary for the implementation of the sustainable development concept, are not fully disclosed. The research purpose and tasks are to determine the accounting component of sustainable development concept on the basis of the rent theory, to outline the directions of rent accounting development under the following factors influence: globalization and transformation of the ownership institution and scientific research activation on this basis, aimed at forming the theoretical and methodological baseline of rent accounting ‘as an additional income. The methodology of the research includes general scientific methods of cognition the necessity and invariant implementation of the sustainable development concept, its constituents allocation and specification; dialectical method for cognition the economic content of rent; a comparative analysis of the definition differences, formed at different stages and forms of realization of economic relations; modeling method for determining the direction and logic of the rent accounting development under the influence of such factors, as globalization and ownership institution transformation. It has been established that realization of sustainable development concept should take place with understanding of the interaction mechanisms of economic, social and environmental components. These generate new ideas about the basic socialization mechanisms and social development of human, external influences on the environment and cost estimation. The interconnection of the constituent of sustainable development concepts and the economic, social and ecological system as a whole is the basis for the theory and practice development of accounting. The accounting information creates preconditions for assessing the achievement and forecasting of further sustainable development of the economy as a separate economic entity, region, country, and the world as a whole. It has been established that the existence of discussion aspects in the treatment of rent and failure to recognize the last object of accounting should be considered as one of the essential factors in accelerating the implementation of the sustainable development concept. Bearing the results of research in mind, the development of a conceptual approach to rent accounting, as an additional entity income, should be based on the recognition the rent as a management object, that requires adequate information support for users’ requests from the accounting system side, based on the systematic development of the theoretical, methodological and organizational-practical regulations of rent accounting. The practical value of research is to formulate a methodological provision of rent accounting, which will further improve an active and passive income distribution of relation participants in the economic sphere.  The obtained scientific results will form the prospects for further research, which will lay in proving the need for the transformation of the property institute in the post-Soviet countries, to determine the models of rent relations between different parties in the field of economic relations, as well as to determine the rent-forming factors of production for the development of the rent assessing methodology.

The paper considers the problems of informational implementation of neonatal screening of newborns in order to improve the overall picture of the nation's health and prevent the development of hereditary diseases. The methodology for solving the problems of complete neonatal screening is based on the methods and mathematical apparatus of discrete mathematics, web technologies, data warehouses, and data mining methods. An information model of the dynamic processes of neonatal screening is proposed, based on the specific processing of data presented by a tuple, which contains coherent sequential processes for obtaining the results of tests for blood analysis of newborns, conducting genetic studies and determining pathologies and deviations from an expanded list (currently up to 44 indicators for the purpose of exiting for more than 60). The block diagram of information support of information technology in the decision support system for carrying out neonatal screening of hereditary metabolic diseases is presented. On the basis of LLC «CDC «PHARMBIOTEST», the research of the algorithm for performing sequential procedures of neonatal screening was carried out. The described algorithm of actions has been tested and fully tested for the continuity of information flows, the stability of the information model graph. As a result of the research, the sufficiency and completeness of the chronological indicators of the processing of information flows have been proved. The criteria for confirming the authenticity of methods for obtaining a diagnosis have been developed.

Creating the global village very much attach to a macroergonomic approach to work life issues theoretically, empirically and in action. The underlying paradigm in macroergonomics is very much the same in various countries and may only differ regarding terminology. In this symposium we will enjoy the experiences from the North American pioneers and one Japanese pioneer. The world around us is being transformed during the past few years. Technical development, primarily within the information and communication area, is both a prerequisite and a driving force for the internationalization and globalization of economy, trade, science and culture. At the same time on another level the development of new technology, advanced and widespread use of computer technology and telecommunication and the convergence of these technologies have a profound impact on organizational and quality aspects of our lives today both at work and at home. New application areas within information industry are emerging in the integration of communications, computer and media. The span of control for human intervention might seem to shrink when we take use of more integrated technical solutions. On the other hand the structures in work life built during the industrialized era seem to break down and new organizational structures characterized by networking and virtual organizations, are offering new forms for human influence and interventions. Education and training have a key role for taking advantage of the opportunities and foreseeing the risks. Recent discussions about the role of ergonomists have centered around our role as change agents who are also trained as scientists. This scientist/practitioner dual identity can cause difficulties in implementing ergonomics. The purpose of this panel is to present macroergonomic strategies for creating change. Panelists will present structural, strategic, and participatory macroergonomic approaches. These approaches provide a larger framework from which we can understand our role, our research, ergonomic knowledge, and how to implement meaningful change in organizations. Without this overarching framework, ergonomics remains an interesting but impractical means for example in the field of transferring technology. Moreover these implementation issues confront people everyday in the expansion of organizations and technology across an ever shrinking global village. With or without ergonomic input, people and organizations are making changes every day that profoundly influence human performance and behavior. There are many examples that these change efforts fail. The papers will argue that these failures are rooted in the technical, structural and process focus of these changes, without considering the human. The macroergonomic strategies to be presented suggest routes on a larger road map to create meaningful change. This is even more important in the near future, when goals of sustainable environments are set. When capital and technology as well as people become increasingly and rapidly mobile at the global level, the strength of the local competence and know-how environment will become of greater significance for the development and prosperity of the individual countries and for the living conditions of their citizens. Competence to cope with the rapid pace of change will become ever more essential. Global villages are being created in the countryside around the world, with the use of information technology. Electronic marketplaces are used to strengthen small enterprises, to create new professional roles, and to strengthen the citizen's role. Adapting a perspective of macroergonomics is crucial. Guiding principles for a national information technology investment are formulated both in USA and Europe where also questions are brought up regarding information support for innovative industry, distance education, decentralized work and distributed civic information.
