The scientific article analyzes the importance and relevance of media education. The author provides teachers with the pedagogical foundations of teaching media education in the field of information literacy in the field of vocational education. The scientific article takes into account the fact that the development of information technology in the world contributes to the latest trends in the development of pedagogical personnel and pedagogical technologies in the development of media education in the educational process, assuming that the younger generation will be crucial for information. In the article, the author draws on scientific conclusions, citing examples of the importance and necessity of media education. This article is an effort to scrutinize the role of Information Technology development in the chronological transformation of Urban Planning domain using the exploratory research approach. In this research, it is argued that the theoretical and practical understanding of Urban Planning should absorb and integrate the bright outcome of the rise of Information and Technology to foster congruent future urban development. The paper examines the trends of international business in the field of information technology in the context of global constraints associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. In terms of global restrictions, the role of information technology development in the resilience of companies to changes in the external environment and ensuring the possibility of business survival is particularly acute. Analytical IT forecasts need to be considered to be ready for change. It was found that despite the appearance of growth in the field of information technology, due to the pandemic, and the transition of a many number of operations online, in general, there is a reduction. These trends are due to the fact that in the crisis caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, most companies and individuals will delay the modernization of hardware and software, trying to use what already exists. However, a more detailed analysis shows the heterogeneity in the change in demand for certain types of information technology services. Thus, there is an increase in such information technology services as public cloud services and video conferencing, and the presence of deferred demand in declining areas. At the same time, it can be argued that in the long run we can expect a resumption of rapid growth in demand for most information technology services, the consumption of which has been postponed. Today, software vendors help companies of all sizes and industries survive, grow and grow. We looked at the ten most profitable IT companies in the world in 2020. All of them have the highest revenue as of November 18, 2020. The ranking includes mainly US companies, countries with developed post-industrial economies. Almost 80 % of US GDP is accounted for by services, which has made them a world leader in this segment. Material production accounts for only 20 % of GDP, including all industries, agriculture and forestry, construction. Focus on scientific and technological progress is one of the hallmarks of an effective economic system. Given the current trends in the development of IT technologies, we can say that they are the driving force of global transformation and economic growth of the world, as well as increase the competitive advantage of any economic entity.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam pendidikan. Adapun teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara umum bertujuan untuk membuat siswa memahami perangkat teknologi informasi dan komunikasi secara umum, termasuk komputer (literasi) dan literasi informasi, yang artinya siswa mengenali istilah yang digunakan dalam teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. In the Qur'an there are so many commands, statements, suggestions, satires and so on that substantially link Islamic teachings to science and technology. The results of this study found that the role of information technology in education, in addition to helping students in learning also had a quite influential role for teachers, especially in the use of facilities to enrich teaching skills, and the Qur'an as a guide and guidance for the development of science and technology in order to strengthen faith and improve human well-being

Аннотация: В данной статье рассматривается роль информационных технологий в социальной, экономической и политической и других сферах жизнедеятельности Кыргызстана. Раскрываются понятия “информационные технологии”, “информационное общество”, “цифровая трансформация”. Приводятся основные направления применения информационных технологий в сфере образования страны, описываются условия для их дальнейшего развития. Анализируется сущность понятия информационного общества, перспективы развития Кыргызстана и безопасности информационного общества. Сформулированы основные проблемы развития информационных технологий, что неизменно отражается на уровне экономического развития страны. Приводятся пути для решения всех этих проблем и продвижения реформ в области внедрения IТ - технологий в стране, необходимых для дальнейшего развития цифрового общества. Ключевые слова: знания, информация, информационные технологии, информационное общество, образовательная система, дистанционное обучение, цифровая трансформация, цифровое общество. The aim is to open the discussion of the concept of education and school that emerged as a result of the changes in information technologies and to provide insight into the future educational institutions. Firstly, the effects of changes in the world on educational institutions were discussed. The skills needed by the world were introduced and finally the 21st century Web 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 technologies, which are information sharing methods that enable data sharing over the internet. In the conclusion part, a school structure where principles such as personalized ways and methods of access to information, development of creativity, acquisition of necessary methods for reasoning, integration of information with systematic attitude is proposed. For the schools of the future, it has been concluded that the elements of education such as classrooms, technique, methods, tools, and materials, and the role of the teacher should be reconsidered, and the school should be designed in a way that individuals can establish their own knowledge sphere within the boundaries of the school buildings.

In recent years, there has been a tendency in the digitalization of all spheres of public life, the introduction of information technology and the use of technical means. At scientific events of various levels, they discuss the importance, necessity and possibility of using certain achievements of information technology. In Russia and other countries of the world, exhibitions of technical means, security means are annually held (Sfitex, Securexpo, Interpolitech, etc.) where one can witness achievements in this area. Naturally, the results of technological advances began to be actively used in the activities of law enforcement agencies, including the prevention of penitentiary crimes. This article is devoted to the study of use of information technology and technical means in the prevention of penitentiary crimes. This issue has more than once become the object of discussion of scientists and practitioners. Based on the analysis of doctrinal sources, scientific research, statistical data, the article formulates a theoretical substantiation of the importance, necessity and effectiveness of use of information technologies and technical means in the prevention of penitentiary crimes.
