VUCA world (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, Ambiguity), according to experts of JRC (European Commission's Joint Research Centre), is now a special space that corrupts the integrity of science activity, limits thinking and vision of the situation by politicians. In fact, under such conditions, the only reliable resource for scientific organizations is a commercialization, and the payback is a condition of activity. These factors already pose a threat to global security. The mission orientation proposed by European Union experts is still seen as a rather weak alternative.

We study the hierarchy of hidden space–time symmetries of noncritical strings in RNS formalism, realized nonlinearly. Under these symmetry transformations the variation of the matter part of the RNS action is canceled by that of the ghost part. These symmetries, referred to as the α-symmetries, are induced by special space–time generators, violating the equivalence of ghost pictures. We classify the α-symmetry generators in terms of superconformal ghost cohomologies Hn ~ H-n-2(n≥0) and associate these generators with a chain of hidden space–time dimensions, with each ghost cohomology Hn ~ H-n-2 "contributing" an extra dimension. Namely, we show that each ghost cohomology Hn ~ H-n-2 of noncritical superstring theory in d-dimensions contains d+n+1 α-symmetry generators and the generators from Hk ~ H-k-2, 1≤k ≤n, combined together, extend the space–time isometry group from the naive SO (d, 2) to SO (d+n, 2). In the simplest case of n = 1 the α-generators are identified with the extra symmetries of the 2T-physics formalism, also known to originate from a hidden space–time dimension.

Abstract. The local "when" for earthquake prediction is based on the connection between geomagnetic "quakes" and the next incoming minimum or maximum of tidal gravitational potential. The probability time window for the predicted earthquake is for the tidal minimum approximately ±1 day and for the maximum ±2 days. The preliminary statistic estimation on the basis of distribution of the time difference between occurred and predicted earthquakes for the period 2002-2003 for the Sofia region is given. The possibility for creating a local "when, where" earthquake research and prediction NETWORK is based on the accurate monitoring of the electromagnetic field with special space and time scales under, on and over the Earth's surface. The periodically upgraded information from seismic hazard maps and other standard geodetic information, as well as other precursory information, is essential.

AbstractWe consider a special space of set-valued functions (multifunctions), the space of densely continuous forms D(X, Y) between Hausdorff spaces X and Y, defined in [HAMMER, S. T.—McCOY, R. A.: Spaces of densely continuous forms, Set-Valued Anal. 5 (1997), 247–266] and investigated also in [HOLÁ, L’.: Spaces of densely continuous forms, USCO and minimal USCO maps, Set-Valued Anal. 11 (2003), 133–151]. We show some of its properties, completing the results from the papers [HOLÝ, D.—VADOVIČ, P.: Densely continuous forms, pointwise topology and cardinal functions, Czechoslovak Math. J. 58(133) (2008), 79–92] and [HOLÝ, D.—VADOVIČ, P.: Hausdorff graph topology, proximal graph topology and the uniform topology for densely continuous forms and minimal USCO maps, Acta Math. Hungar. 116 (2007), 133–144], in particular concerning the structure of the space of real-valued locally bounded densely continuous forms D p*(X) equipped with the topology of pointwise convergence in the product space of all nonempty-compact-valued multifunctions. The paper also contains a comparison of cardinal functions on D p*(X) and on real-valued continuous functions C p(X) and a generalization of a sufficient condition for the countable cellularity of D p*(X).

We discuss new geometric registration overlaying a virtual object onto an uncalibrated camera image sequence enabling extracting and tracking of natural features. To achieve correct registration, we apply a special space defined by two base images and trifocal tensors between base images and uncalibrated camera images. By extracting and tracking natural features, we construct augmented reality without markers whose 3D positions are known. Since we apply points and lines, fewer registration errors occur.

Most public libraries, small, medium, or large, offer a variety of services, facilities and amenities to their audience, depending on the assigned functions. The ideal size of space for children in public libraries cannot be calculated according to the population that it will serve, as is often the case with school libraries, but based on the activities to be developed and the characteristics of particular characteristics of childhood. Therefore, emphasis must be given primarily on the qualitative and secondarily on the quantitative characteristics of the children’s library physical environment. This paper presents answers on some basic questions. Do Public Libraries provide special space arrangements for children and their families in their establishments? Are Children Libraries “reading-rooms” suitably designed and furnished as to provide the necessary areas for reading, relaxing, playing or creating? Observations in several library facilities revealed some interesting findings concerning Children’s Library environments.

The article is devoted to the identification of opportunities and prognostic analysis of psychological diagnostic tools of personality boundaries in the system of personal relations. Meaningfully, the boundaries are presented as a special space for the formation of self – concept and self – relation, functionally as intra – and intersystem connections and barriers. The system aspects of personality as the universal self, of personality as self-identification and self-concept as a cognizant aspect of the Self are considered. Methods of restructuring the internal and external fields of these systems and subsystems and direction on the dynamics of boundaries are explained by the transformation of the system of personal relations. The boundaries of Self and non-Self act as a tool of its relationship in the field WITH and BETWEEN. The article highlights the substantial parameters of self-relation applicable to the assessment of the state and functions of personality boundaries: the system characteristics of self-relation and its configuration depending on the affective cognitive style of the individual and the attitude to the non-self.

Being introduced the concept of diversion arranged in constitution of child criminal justice system 2012 gives the different nuance for the implementation of child criminal justice system in Indonesia. Therefore, the implementation of diversion concept becomes a definiteness that must be noticed. In realizing the retroactive justice for children, the implementation of law becomes one of the important components. Thus, it is need to be understood the strategy of implementation carried out by the upholder as the law structure. This is a library research by using documentation as the data collection technique. The result of the research shows that the preparation of facilities and infrastructure in handling the diversion problem for children is one of the implementation strategies done by the state court of Metro. Whereas, the investigation in police resort of Metro has not had special space used, so that it can be one of the constraint faced by the institution of diversion implementer if considered from the culture aspect.
