The aim of this investigation is to compare velocity and power variables during loaded-squat jump (SJLoaded) exercise of national athletes dealing with different sports branches and to identify whether velocity and power parameters become different or not according to branches. In accordance with this purpose, a total of 36 national athletes (age: 20.3±1.68 years; height: 173.5±6.46 cm; weight: 72.3±10.29 kg) composed of 12 wrestlers (age: 19.5±.90 years; height: 172.3±6.19 cm; weight: 75.5±13.9 kg), 12 arm wrestlers (age: 20.5±2.02 years; height: 174.7±4.76 cm; weight: 72.6±8.31 kg) and 12 kickboxers (age: 20.7±1.81 years; height: 173.5±8.29 cm; weight: 68.9±6.94 kg) dealing with different sports branches have voluntarily participated in this study. For identifying velocity and power parameters, SJLoaded exercise was executed with an external load that corresponds to 40% of body weights of the athletes by utilizing an isoinertial velocity transducer (T-Force dynamic measurement system) and values of mean velocity (MV), mean propulsive velocity (MPV), peak velocity (PV), mean power (MP), mean propulsive power (MPP) and peak power (PP) were determined. All data analyzes were performed in the SPSS 16.0 statistical program. Firstly, in order to analyze data, it was determined that the data indicated normal distribution by looking at the Shapiro-Wilk coefficient regarding the normality of the distribution of the data. Therefore one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) was utilized to identify statistical significant differences among athletes competing in different branches with regard to the velocity and power variables during the SJLoaded exercise. According to analyze results, no statistical significant difference wasn’t seen among branches with regard to MV [f (2.33) = 1.306], MPV [f (2. 33)=2.195], PV [f (2. 33)=2.242], MP [f (2. 33)=1.225], MPP [f (2. 33)=2.787] and PP [f (2. 33)= 2.607] parameters during SJLoaded exercise (p>0.05). The velocity and power parameters obtained in the SJLoaded exercise don’t differ according to the branches.

The aim of this research was to find out and analyze the effects of motivation, compensation, and work environment on the performance of local public officers in the Yapen Islands Regency government environment. This research used a quantitative method and an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Using the purposive sampling technique, 143 respondents were selected from four local government agencies in the Yapen Islands Regency. The SPSS statistical program was used to analyze data. The analysis methods used were descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that compensation had a positive effect on the performance of local public officers in the Yapen Islands Regency. On the other hand, the variables motivation and work environment did not have any effect on the performance of local public officers in the Yapen Islands Regency.

This study aims to determine the motivation of work to mediate the effect of training and work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta Yogyakarta. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1) the effect of training on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 2) the effect of training on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 3) the influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta 4) the influence of the work environment on employee performance through motivation at PT. Telkom Witel Yogyakarta. This study uses primary data through research on 62 respondents. Structural Equation is used to analyze data, using PLS (Partial Least Square) version 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there are 1) positive and significant influence of training on employee performance 2) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance 3) positive and significant effect of training on employee performance through motivation 4) positive and significant influence of work environment on employee performance through motivation.

This study aims to describe the feelings of the characters in the novel Juang Notes by Fiersa Bersari and researchers analyze using personality theory originated by Ludwig Klages by focusing his study on the personality structure of feelings. Feeling is a process of someone accepting or rejecting something in life. This study uses a qualitative approach by using library techniques to obtain data that will produce a description of the words or sentences in the observed study. In the analysis of this research using the hermeutics technique, in the hermeutics technique there are several stages, namely reading the research object in this study in the form of a fighting journal, the second gives a mark on the data that has been obtained from the reading results, the third provides code or coding on the data that has been found, and the fourth is to analyze data that has been obtained from the object of research in accordance with the specified research focus. Novel Notes Juang by Fiersa Besari is a novel that can be used as an inspiration for readers in living life. Based on the results of the study it was found that in the Fighting Notes novel there is a feeling that is divided into inner activities and the level of clarity, inner activities in the novel in the form of fear and guilt while viewed from the level of clarity in the form of happiness, sadness and longing.

At the end of 2019, a new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was discovered in China, causing the coronavirus infection COVID-19. The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic poses a major challenge to health systems around the world. There is still little information on how infection affects liver function and the significance of pre-existing liver disease as a risk factor for infection and severe COVID-19. In addition, some drugs used to treat the new coronavirus infection are hepatotoxic. In this article, we analyze data on the impact of COVID-19 on liver function, as well as on the course and outcome of COVID-19 in patients with liver disease, including hepatocellular carcinoma, or those on immunosuppressive therapy after liver transplantation.

In this study, it is subjected to define what kind of export problems come up for the company exporting in Zonguldak. It is interviewed with 35 exporter companies recorded in Turkey Exporters Assembly and Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Prepared questionnaire form’s data are analyzed with SPSS 15 statistical program as the results of the activity which is performed through face to face meetings with company’s executives. As the result of the analysis, it is defined that exporter companies face big problems in production costs as for carrying, storing and distribution and international competition conditions. As the result of the activities, we see that there is a relevance regarding whether there is an exporter department in the companies and regarding being a proactive and reactive exporter.

ABSTRAK Tuberkulosis Paru termasuk penyakit menular kronis yang disebabkan oleh Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Berdasarkan Survei Pravelensi TB oleh Badan Litbangkes Kemenkes RI, dewasa ini diketahui bahwa Indonesia merupakan negara peringkat kedua dengan kasus TB terbanyak di dunia. Waktu pengobatan yang panjang dengan jenis obat lebih dari satu menyebabkan penderita sering terancam putus berobat selama masa penyembuhan dengan berbagai alasan, oleh karena itu penyakit ini sangat perlu mendapat perhatian untuk ditanggulangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan dan kepatuhan penderita dalam program pengobatan TB paru di Puskesmas Pekauman Kota Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan desain deskriptif korelasional. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan angket dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan teknik purposive sampling. Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 23 digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan. Sebanyak 20% responden berpengetahuan baik, 42,5% berpengetahuan cukup, 35% berpengetahuan kurang dan 2,5% berpengetahuan sangat kurang, 92,5% patuh dan 7,5% tidak patuh selama pengobatan. Analisa data dilakukan dengan uji Spearman Rho dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 40 orang. Berdasarkan analisa statistik α = 0.05 diperoleh r = 0,383 dan ρ = 0,015, sehingga terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahun dengan kepatuhan penderita TB paru. Semakin baik tingkat pengetahuan penderita terhadap penyakit, cara penularan dan pengobatan TB Paru maka akan semakin baik pula kepatuhan yang dimiliki, dan begitu pula sebaliknya. Diharapkan kepada dokter, farmasis, perawat, dan petugas kesehatan lain dapat berkolaborasi membangunpartnership yang baik untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan yang adekuat bagi penderita terutama terkait pentingnya kepatuhan dalam menjalani terapi.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of promotion costs on income at PT. Bank XYZ. The study was conducted by linear regression that was processed by means of statistical program SPSS16.00. The analysis shows the regression equation as follows: Y = -162982.754 + 247.964X. The result of research shows that there is influence between variable X that is promotion cost with variable Y that is income. However, the effectis not significant because the p-value 0.216 is greater than the 0.05 significance level. Keywords: biaya promosi, penjualan
