Poultry farming is one of the most precocious and important branches of animal husbandry. It makes it possible to get food products such as meat and eggs in the shortest time. The main factor affecting the development of poultry farming is the feed base. For poultry, the lack of protein and minerals is very harmful. Far East has all the opportunities to realize its genetic potential. Primorye region makes it possible to widely use inexpensive seafood and waste products, as well as plant raw materials in animal and poultry feeding. Marine and fish products, as well as waste from their reprocessing, are rich in protein and minerals necessary to ensure the fullness of animal and poultry rations. Additions of marine origin have antioxidant, radioprotective activity, increase the body's resistance to diseases, increase the immune system, and improve metabolism.

Currently, much attention is paid to the development of consumer products based on secondary resources, in particular using production waste. One of the perspective directions of using of plant waste products is their use for making shampoos. This article presents the results of studying of influence of tinctures of blueberry leaves tall (Vaccinium corymbosum) and seed buckwheat grass (Fagopyrum esculentum) on the index of quality of the developed shampoos. An anionic surfactant (SLES, IFRAPON LOS 2 N 70 trademark) was introduced into the composition of the developed shampoo. This is due to variety of causes, for example, it has a more gentle effect on the scalp and hair compared to other sorts of surfactants. Physicochemical parameters characterizing the basic properties of water solutions of anionic surfactants, such as foam number, foam stability, pH, and conditional viscosity, are determined. It was determined that optimal concentration of anionic surfactant for introducing shampoo into the composition is 0.02 % (mass). It was also determined that optimal condition of tincture of blueberry leaves and tincture of buck-wheat grass in the composition of shampoo is 10 % (vol.). Thus, the introduction of tinctures of said plant raw materials into shampoos provides technological index of shampoos at the level of indicators established in GOST 31696-2012, and the biologically active substances contained in tinctures certainly have a positive effect on the scalp and hair of consumers

The work is devoted to a comparative study of the features of the structural and mechanical properties of soybean lecithins, produced in Russia, in their relationship with the composition and other characteristics. Considering that the cultivation of transgenic agricultural crops is prohibited in Russia, Russian plant raw materials and products of its processing, including lecithin, are of interest and are in demand in a number of European countries. Despite the fact that the main raspberry raw material in Russia is sunflower, the volume of processing of soybeans grown without the use of genetic modification methods, the main plantations of which are located in the Far East, ranks second after sunflower. Lecithin production technologies in Russia are mostly focused on the production of so-called "raw" liquid lecithins and do not provide for the operation of their subsequent conditioning in order to ensure special characteristics of the composition and consumer properties. Despite this, raw soy lecithins produced by Russian enterprises mostly meet the requirements of GOST 32052-2013 and the European Union E 322 requirements and can be positioned as standard liquid lecithins. At the same time, during the release of such lecithins, problems associated with an increase in their viscosity during storage are periodically observed. This article presents the results of comparative studies of the composition and properties of liquid soybean lecithins of various consistencies and presents conclusions on the factors that determine the features of their structural and mechanical properties.

Agriculture and animal husbandry produce significant quantity of solid or liquid residues and waste products. Unfortunately, some of these wastes are not dealt with properly and are causing considerable damage to the environment. Agricultural wastes (AW) in Romania amount range from 7600 thousand tons a year of which only 1400 thousand tons as animal feed and 1100 thousand tons as organic manure are being utilized. These crop waste results after harvesting in the farm of leaves stem which are characterized as coarse plant by-products and big size, chemically low in protein and fat contents, or, like other country (example: Netherlands) avoid waste as much as possible, recover the valuable raw materials from any waste that is created, try to generate energy by incinerating the residual waste, and only then dump what is left. The focus of the research paper is to investigate the importance of agriculture wastes that becomes very obvious and aggregated after the harvest crops. The most common solution is the utilizations of agricultural waste for compositing, as animal fodder, most often as a source of energy, food production, by growing mushroom on agricultural wastes such as oat straw as a substrate. This means the conversion of wastes to economic, nutritional human food. Growing vegetables on oat straw compacted bales in areas where soil disease and salinity are constrains. The implementation of most of the solutions to agricultural waste management does not meet the basic elements of sustainability like environmental protection and social progression, technical and technological improvement as well as economic improvements.

Forest natural resources are classified as renewable biological resources. The forests of Russia are a unique ecological system that makes up about 25% of all forest resources of the planet. The main product produced in the exploitation of forests is, of course, timber. But in addition to wood, they also have a variety of non-wood (side) resources: berries, forest mushrooms, nuts, fruits, medicinal herbs, etc., which have enormous social and economic value. The article provides an overview of the food forest resources of the Far Eastern region and the formation of demand factors for products made on the basis of wild plant raw materials. The development in the Far East of the sphere of harvesting and processing of wild-growing food resources is one of the promising areas in the rational use of natural resources, which, in turn, will serve as an incentive for the development of new areas in related industries: food, processing, pharmaceutical industry and agro-industrial production.

The paper considers the problem of the development of new flux cored wires manufactured from concentrates and waste products of the mining industry of the Far Eastern Region. The authors provide the results of the analysis of the phase and chemical compositions of mineral raw materials, and experimental research. We have developed diagrams that offer a selection of different compositions of charge mixtures depending on the properties demanded from the weld deposited metal. We have also developed a flux cored wire for deposit welding of the automatic coupling locks of the rolling stock that ensures the hardness of the weld metal 500 НВ retaining high parameters of notch toughness (impact strength).

The Russian market is oversaturated with grain raw materials in the composition of mixed fodders, which are characterized by a protein deficiency and poor digestibility of nutrients. One of the problems of modern animal husbandry is to increase productivity, and most importantly, to reduce the cost of production due to the efficient use of feed nutrients. Phytobiotics have antiviral, antimicrobial, and immunomodulating effects. Feed consumption is increased and the acid-base environment is normalized when they are included in any diet. Phytobiotics are safe for farm animals and birds. Studies of the amino acid composition and antioxidant activity of the protein feed additive obtained from the leafy mass of red clover plants were carried out in the work. The qualitative and quantitative composition of amino acids and the value of antioxidant activity prove the advisability of introducing a fodder protein supplement into the diet of feeding farm animals and birds. The main advantage of feeding a plant-based supplement is that farm animals and poultry are not exposed to any risks, as well as the possibility of its use as a flavoring and an appetite stimulant. It is assumed that the application of an additive from the vegetative mass of red clover will stimulate growth, reproduction, weight gain and will have antibacterial and immunostimulating effects.

The studies were carried out in the experimental housing room of FSBSI KSCZV on quails of Texas white breed. The purpose of the scientific and economic experience was to study the effectiveness of using a feed additive based on modified beer pellets in mixed feeds for young quail. Feeding of quail chicks was divided into 3 phases - "Start" - from daily to 14-day-old age, "Growth" - from 15 to 28-day-old age, and" Finish» - from 29 to 56-day-old age. The experimental group received an additive in a dosage of 1.5% by weight of complete feed. The research was conducted according to the" Methodology of scientific and industrial research on poultry feeding» (2000). During the experiment live weight, liveweight gain, the safety of poultry, cost of feed was determined. At the end of the experimental period, the economic effectiveness was studied. As a result of studies it was found that the live weight of the birds in the second experimental group significantly increased by 8.6% at 14 days age (p<0.01) and at 28-day age – 6.4% (p<0.01) in 42-day – by 4.7 % (p<0.05), daily gain over the entire period was higher in the experimental group for 4.6 %. The use of the additive did not affect the safety of the bird. Feed costs per 1 kg of growth were lower in the second group by 5.0 %, compared to the control. The cost of 1 kg of live weight gain of quails was less than the control indicator in the experimental group by 2.6 %. Also introduced feed ingredient allowed to get 5.08 rubles of additional profit from 1 head.

A large number of biologically active substances, organic acids, tannins, and pectin substances were detected during the study of fruits, leaves, and pulp of the fruits of mountain Ash. The content of these substances in leaves and pulp will significantly expand the arsenal of medicinal plant raw materials used. Given the wide distribution of mountain Ash in the territory of the Russian Federation, harvesting leaves from the same plants after harvesting the fruit and using pulp will make it possible to obtain new phytopreparations.
