Subject. The article discusses how management transforms as artificial intelligence gets more important in governance, production and social life. Objectives. We identify and substantiate trends in management transformation as artificial intelligence evolves and gets more important in governance, production and social life. The article also provides our suggestions for management and training of managers dealing with artificial intelligence. Methods. The study employs methods of logic research, analysis and synthesis through the systems and creative approach, methodology of technological waves. Results. We analyzed the scope of management as is and found that threats and global challenges escalate due to the advent of artificial intelligence. We provide the rationale for recognizing the strategic culture as the self-organizing system of business process integration. We suggest and substantiate the concept of soft power with reference to strategic culture, which should be raised, inter alia, through the scientific school of conflict studies. We give our recommendations on how management and training of managers should be improved in dealing with artificial intelligence as it evolves. The novelty hereof is that we trace trends in management transformation as the role of artificial intelligence evolves and growth in governance, production and social life. Conclusions and Relevance. Generic solutions are not very effective for the Russian management practice during the transition to the sixth and seventh waves of innovation. Any programming product represents artificial intelligence, which simulates a personality very well, though unable to substitute a manager in motivating, governing and interacting with people.

The injured worker himself is provides the most powerful of all healing and recovery forces, and yet is the most ignored in contemporary disability management practice. The well-meaning attempts to assist the worker return to work by health professionals may actually be prolonging his disability. It's very difficult for most health professionals to step outside the heath professional paradigm and remember that the injured worker is the entity most capable of recovery, and most responsible for it. If the health professional is “ working harder than the injured worker”, the chances of a successful outcome are minimised. Associating with other professionals by way of referrals, team management practices make it even harder to step outside the health professional paradigm of “we know what's best for you.” The advantage of “encouraging”, “allowing”, “permitting” the injured worker to take the lead role in his own recovery is that the worker can resume the central place in his own life and not become beholden to others. Self-determination in recovery is the principal method whereby an injured worker offsets the psycho-social elements of the cause of, and the recovery from, any workplace injury. Psycho-social reasons are the principal reasons why a person becomes injured in the first place and takes longer to recover than he might otherwise do. Without placing the psycho-social element in a place of prominence, much input by Rehabilitation Providers, Physiotherapists, Physicians and other health professionals is not only ineffective, but contributing to the very psycho-social elements which caused the problem in the first place. Allowing the injured worker to take responsibility for his own recovery is vital to this recovery and preventing injury in the future. Health professionals need to be constantly vigilant that their input is contributing to the injured worker helping himself, and not usurping that role.

People with severe mental illness have complex disabilities affecting mental functions, daily activities, and social life, thus they need help from others in carrying out daily functional activities. Optimizing the recovery of severe mental illness requires a holistic approach and integration between mental health services and supportive communities so that sufferers can interact with others, have a positive self-concept, and improve their well-being. This study aims to describe a community-based model of recovery for people with severe mental illness. Several literature studies were obtained from 50 reference sources through Science Direct, Google Scholar, Proquest Health and Medical Complete, Proquest Nursing, and Allied Health Sources from 2009 to 2019. Results explain that the community provides an adequate support system in improving the care of people with severe mental illness. Support systems in the community involve social and physical aspects as well as the economic infrastructure through employment opportunities or financial support and a decent living. The interaction between community members and people with severe mental illness could be a positive thing in strengthening the motivation of people with severe mental illness to recover and be able to do their activities independently. The recovery process of severe mental illness requires strong motivation and commitment from the sufferer, the family, all society members, community mental health service team, and related policymakers. It can be concluded that people with severe mental illness need support from various parties in terms of future life planning, identifying strengths and weaknesses that they have, and recognizing multiple obstacles and support so that they recover and live independently.

AbstractResearch in the area of social networks and health has demonstrated that lay social network members play a critical role in the early stages of the illness career, influencing key decisions and pathways to formal care. Here, we revisit and extend this body of work, examining how the lay social network context can moderate the influence of treatment experiences on recovery outcomes as the illness career unfolds. To achieve this goal, we address two research questions, drawing on a longitudinal sample of people making their initial contact with the mental health treatment system: First, we explore how treatment experiences, lay social network characteristics, and recovery outcomes change over 2 years, beginning with the point of entry into treatment. Second, we examine whether the relationship between perceived treatment experiences and recovery outcomes is contingent on characteristics of the lay network context in which clients are socially embedded, focusing on the network's cultural orientation toward medical professionals. We find that positive treatment interactions facilitate improved self-esteem, mastery, role functioning, recovery optimism, and global functioning when the lay network culture is pro-medical, but largely have null effects on the recovery process when the lay network is more hostile to medical professionals.

To assess the status of manure generation and management practice in household pig farming, the research was implemented in Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho Province. The used research methods were field survey, direct interview with households, experiment establishment to determine daily manure discharged from the different types of pigs (sow, porker, immature pig and piglet). Results showed that the average amount of manure generated per pig was 0.99 kg/day including piglets and 1.3 kg/day excluding piglets. The total amount of pig manure generated in the whole district was 80.7 tons/day. At the scale under 30 pigs, the ratio of pig farming households had waste treatment system to be 16%, partial treatment system to be 46% and not treatment system to be 38%; At the scale larger than 30 pigs, the ratio of pig farming households had waste treatment system to be 76%, partial waste treatment system to be 21% and not waste treatment to be 3%. In the whole survey area, the ratio of pig farming households had with, without and partial manure treatment system to be 46%, 21% and 33%, respectively. This article provides a vision of the importance of the recovery process for the prevention of injuries in young athletes. From a sports psychology perspective, it presents a proposal for an optimisation programme to reduce the negative impact of exertion and subsequent risk of injury. The 4BR programme consists of three sub-programmes (technician advice, vulnerability detection, and the implementation of four recovery habit blocks). An interdisciplinary approach is taken to configure the four healthy blocks: nutrition–hydration, relaxation–rest, social life and personal moments. It demonstrates the importance of personalised adaptation to the sports context and moment in order to achieve maximum effectiveness of the proposed 4BR programme, which comprises workshops, exercises, evaluation systems and information feedback. The presented programme facilitates recovery, optimizes the return to training and reduces the risk of intrinsic injuries in young people. The conclusion drawn from the study is that there is a need to conduct further research to find empirical evidence of the positive effects of applying the 4BR programme to different sports.

Many misconceptions have been associated with shamanism. Recent studies, however, show a way to reinterpret basic concepts concerning shamanism. New field data from ethnology/anthropology, and studies on cognitive evolution have provided new results to enable a reconstruction of some mechanisms which contributed to early developments in the social life and intellectual history of prehistoric people. Shamanic healing methods, simple rhythmic and motor patterns and visual/symbolic representations are the focus of this analytical paper.
