The ISM Code’s objective is to improve safety and prevent accidents and pollution as regulated by the International Maritime Organization and has been ratified since 1994 by Indonesia and applies to each province, including the Riau Archipelago. The Riau Archipelago almost had 96% of the marine area as its territory and directly borders Singapore and Malaysia with high sea transportation activities and has a strategic role in international trade traffic. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of the ISM Code at KSOP II Class Tanjungpinang through the concept of maritime security. The research method used was the qualitative method. The data obtained were systematically compiled and analyzed qualitatively using the international regime effectiveness analysis. The concept of maritime security was used to answer the implementation of the ISM Code at II Class KSOP Office Tanjungpinang. The application of the ISM Code at II Class KSOP Office Tanjungpinang had to be considered to ensure safe sea transportation activities as regulated by IMO and legalized in each province of Indonesia. The results of this study were necessary to optimize each maritime actor’s function who had legal responsibilities. There were required changes in focus, understanding, and awareness of the importance of maritime security to optimize resources and tasks on an ongoing basis and emphasize preventive and repressive efforts. This assisted in preventing the recurrence of threats and violations of the law in the marine area directly adjacent to the Riau Archipelago.

Public relations plays a strategic role to produce and inform the public. As the times progress, public relations are required to be adaptive, collaborative and flexible. To fulfill these three aspects, the reality of the public must master the use of new media in order to support their work. This research focuses on the study of how public relations uses new media as a means of supporting the delivery of information. The purpose of this research is to see how the implementation of online media by political public relations within the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government. The research method used by the author is a qualitative method in which data can be observed and interviewed. From observations and interviews, this research results in the fact that PR has utilized new media to finance information quickly and thoroughly new media that can be accessed globally and efficiently.

Teachers play a very strategic role in the framework of carrying out the functions and realize the goals of national education. The role of teachers can hardly be replaced by others, let alone in a multicultural and multidimensional society. Therefore, guidance and professional development of teachers should always be a top priority. This study aims to analyze educational policies related to the development and improvement of the teaching profession. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with the type of descriptive approach case study. The results of this study indicate that with the existence of an educational policy on the development and improvement of the teaching profession, the position of teachers increasingly shaded by legal sources and with the Professional Teacher Education, teachers become more knowledge and professionalism as a teacher.

The novel Sepertiga Malam di Manhattan by Arumi E is very interesting to study. This novel is a novel about the struggle of a family to get happiness. This novel is the Arumi E's 27th newest novel. The struggle in this novel is to make the family happy, expecting for the baby. Before writing the novel, Arumi E did a research in the places written in the novel to achieve a very interesting fictional story and most of this story was taken from the traveling results so it was so interesting. The objective of this research is to describe (1) the Autopoetic System in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. (2) The differentiation system in the Novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E.The research method used is in the form of a descriptive qualitative method that uses a social system approach. The method used by the researcher is the dialectical method. The data source used in this research is the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E, published by Gramedia publisher in 2018. The data collection in this study uses the steps of reading the novel. To collect data, the researcher use any instrument.There are two results of the study: (1) The autopoetic system in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E. is concerning to some characters who have their own beliefs or rules in their lives who do not want to follow the rules of others, they are more confident in their own way to success and purpose of life. (2) The system of differentiation in the novel Sepertiga Malamdi Manhattan by Arumi E. is covering the handling of changes in the environment, the characters are able to adapt to the new environment, which has a different culture from the original culture. This shows evidence of the system autopoetic and differentiation in the novel Sepertiga MalamdiManhattan by Arumi E.

In the age of Industrial Revolution 4.0, human life is influenced by various of sophisticated technologies. One of them is social media that increasingly develop, and take some impacts in human life. The fact is there are some priests ignore their pastoral duty and this takes the result that the church is separated. Many of priests don’t live up to their calling as good shepherds. They cannot recognize the church members who entrusted to them by a bishop. This study focus on the influence of social media for a priest’s duty. The research method used in the issue is a qualitative method by using literature approach. I found out that a priest is a shepherd for members of catholic community. A priest ordained by a bishop to continue Christ duty. Social media can become a tool and an equipment for a priest to develop the spiritual life and ministry. The attendance of a priest is the presence Christ as a good shepherd for His sheeps.

The purpose of this research is to find out the product flow, financial flow and information flow in the management of the supply chain plate rack based on the existing supply chain so that the company can produce effectively and efficiently. The research method used is a qualitative method using a survey method that is to explain, describe and interpret a phenomenon that occurs in an object and qualitative data with the support of quantitative data. The results showed the company combining assembly material team, glass assembly team and final completion teams could accelerate production and limit cooperation with independent marketing to summarize the supply chain and prevent company losses.

Burger King is the one of the most successful fast food restaurant in the world. According to Wikipedia, there are 17,796 locations of Burger King all over the world in 2018. Burger King also has its Instagram account. Now this account has been followed by 1,6 million people and has posted 938 posts. That statistic shows that Burger King is active in social media especially in Instagram platform. The writer see the indication of the using of Persuasive Strategies because in promoting their product. In this research the writer wants to know the persuasive strategies that applied in Burger King’s Instagram post caption and the most used strategy. This research applied Qualitative Method as research method. This research has two findings, first, there are 13 strategies that appear in Burger King’s Instagram post caption they are, Anecdote, Assonance, Cliché, Connotation, Evidence, Everyday/Colloquial Language, Hyperbole, Imagery, Inclusive Language, Pun, Repetition, Rhetorical Question, and Simile. Second, the most used strategy is Everyday/Colloquial Language.

The purpose of this study is to determine the meaning of coffee for Barista in specialty coffee shop. The concept used in this study is the concept of self-image or an individual image. The concept of self-image also explains the feelings and thoughts of individuals. The research method used is qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Whereas data collection is done by conducting observations, interviews and literature studies. The results of this study show that the meaning of coffee for Barista in specialty coffee shop is the deeper their understanding of knowledge about coffee, the stronger the meaning conveyed to their customers and also to increase the sense of self respect as Barista. Besides that, the interaction built between the Barista and the customers can also strengthen the characteristic of the coffee shops, which is to be the specialty coffee shop in the third wave era.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menggambarkan tentang berbagai latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Putin atas isu Krimea yang melihat dasar-dasar pengambilan keputusan seperti intuisi, pengalaman, fakta, wewenang, dan rasionalitas yang memengaruhi Putin dalam melakukan aksi aneksasi Krimea tersebut. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini, sang penulis menggunakan kerangka teori Pengambilan Keputusan (Decision Making) yang merupakan topik utama sekaligus pisau analisa dalam penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam penyusunan skripsi ini adalah metode kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh sang penulis dalam memperoleh data adalah melalui wawancara dan studi pustaka yang menelaah sejumlah buku, jurnal, artikel ilmiah, dan media elektronik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latar belakang pengambilan keputusan Vladimir Putin adalah berdasarkan pilihan rasional dengan melihat pertimbangan materil seperti memberi keuntungan di sektor keamanan, ekonomi, politik, memberikan peluang Rusia menjadi negara adidaya, dan pengamanan jalur pipa gas Rusia di Ukraina dan Krimea. Yang menarik dari tindakan yang diinisiasi oleh Putin itu adalah aksi tersebut dalam merebut suatu wilayah tanpa pencurahan darah. Ini adalah hal yang menarik bagi sang penulis karena bagaimana mungkin suatu intervensi militer di suatu wilayah tidak terjadi penyerangan dari pihak luar ke dalam suatu wilayah, dalam hal ini adalah aksi Rusia kepada Krimea. Politik keamanan, politik identitas, dan politik ekonomi mewarnai Putin dalam pengambilan keputusannya atas isu Krimea tersebut.Kata Kunci: Vladimir Putin, Pengambilan Keputusan, Pilihan                          Rasional, Rusia, Krimea, Ukraina.Abstract This research describes the various backgrounds of Putin's decision making on the Crimean issue which looks at the basics of decision making such as intuition, experience, facts, authority and rationality that influenced Putin in carrying out the Crimean annexation. In writing this thesis, the writer uses the theoretical framework of Decision Making which is the main topic as well as the analysis knife in this research. The research method used by the author in the preparation of this thesis is a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used by the author in obtaining data are through interviews and literature studies that examine a number of books, journals, scientific articles, and electronic media. The results show that the background of Vladimir Putin's decision making is based on rational choices by looking at material considerations such as providing benefits in the security, economic, political sectors, giving Russia the opportunity to become a superpower, and securing Russian gas pipelines in Ukraine and Crimea. What's interesting about the action initiated by Putin is that it seizes an area without shedding blood. This is an interesting matter for the author because how could a military intervention in a region not occur from outside attacks into an area, in this case Russia's action against Crimea. This research discusses the concept of zakat in Abu Ubaid's Kitab Al-Amwal. The purpose of this study is to analyze the existence of social justice in zakat. The research method that I use is a qualitative method with a literature review method. The result of this research is that zakat according to Abu Ubaid has esoteric values of social justice. Zakat instruments can alleviate poverty and stabilize state finances. To create social justice, the zakat instrument provides space for those in need. The space is not only a treasure. But also capital that can be used to start a business. In addition, in order to optimize zakat, the government must take part in maximizing the potential of zakat.
