The main methods of research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of implementing interdisciplinary links of natural science, professional cycle disciplines, interdisciplinary courses in the institutions of secondary vocational education. To solve the integrated goal of implementing the requirements of the educational and professional standard of technical colleges we propose to use four types of interdisciplinary horizontal and vertical links, covering the subjects of natural science and general professional cycle, interdisciplinary courses, educational and industrial practice and professional standard requirements for education and training. It is proposed to distinguish four types of interdisciplinary links, aimed at solving the integrated goal of implementing the requirements of the educational and professional standard of technical colleges. In modern high-tech society there is a rapid dynamic growth of information on all branches of scientific knowledge, the emergence of new technologies and advanced forms and methods of work. These things make it difficult to identify the main and essential educational information, so the necessity to manage interdisciplinary links in the innovative educational environment of technical colleges is of primary consideration in developing modern professional Russian education.

The problem of university lecturer innovative functions due to modern trends in the development of Russian education is considered. Dynamics and change of trends (computerization-informatization-digitalization) actualizes the problem of the pedagogical activity tool, adequate for a new type of education - open one. The difficulties of adapting lecturers to new technologies for teaching students have caused the need for readiness to solve innovative problems, which requires improving their skills. It is proved that two aspects become most significant: managing the individual work of students in an open information and educational environment; managing the process of adapting students to an electronic educational environment. A comprehensive study was held at Samara National Research University, the purpose of which was to develop the lecturers’ readiness to perform functions in the context of education digital transformation in the in-university advanced training system.

The subject of the research is the introduction of artificial intelligence as a technological innovation into the Russian economic development. The relevance of the problem is due to the fact that the Russian market of artificial intelligence is still in the infancy and the necessity to bridge the current technological gap between Russia and the leading economies of the world is coming to the forefront. The financial sector, the manufacturing industry and the retail trade are the drivers of the artificial intelligence development. However, company managers in Russia are not prepared for the practical application of expensive artificial intelligence technologies. Under these circumstances, the challenge is to develop measures to support high-tech projects of small and medium-sized businesses, given that the technological innovation considered can accelerate the development of the Russian economy in the energy sector fully or partially controlled by the government as well as in the military-industrial complex and the judicial system. The purposes of the research were to examine the current state of technological innovations in the field of artificial intelligence in the leading countries and Russia and develop proposals for improving the AI application in the Russian practices. The paper concludes that the artificial intelligence is a breakthrough technology with a great application potential. Active promotion of the artificial intelligence in companies significantly increases their efficiency, competitiveness, develops industry markets, stimulates introduction of new technologies, improves product quality and scales up manufacturing. In general, the artificial intelligence gives a new impetus to the development of Russia and facilitates its entry into the five largest world’s economies.

The article is devoted to the problems of innovative enterprise development. Since the Russian economy is in a state of financial and economic stagnation, there is a need to apply radically new innovative directions of business activities that ensure the effective use of financial potential within the framework of national projects. Practice shows that today the business sector in Russia is not able to provide a full-fledged demand for new technologies. Therefore, there is a need for substantial state support to provide centralized orders for high-tech industries. There are already examples of combining the efforts of a number of Autonomous economic entities to implement innovative reforms, new organizational forms of interaction have been formed, such as: centers for the implementation of innovative ideas; centers for engineering services; business incubators, etc. The subjects of these organizational forms of cooperation developed and proposed measures aimed at innovative solution of technological problems relevant to the regional economy, as well as for the country as a whole. Link for the efficient interaction of economic agents becomes an inherent characteristic, is the need of implementation of mechanisms of coordination with “network interaction”. It is important to note the fact that the existing relations and forms of regulation of various systems are not permanent, there are no strategic concepts aimed at long-term public and private cooperation.

Modern high-performance computing systems allow us to explore and implement new technologies and mathematical modeling algorithms into industrial software systems of engineering analysis. For a long time the finite element method (FEM) was considered as the basic approach to mathematical simulation of elasticity theory problems; it provided the problems solution within an engineering error. However, modern high-tech equipment allows us to implement design solutions with a high enough accuracy, which requires more sophisticated approaches within the mathematical simulation of elasticity problems in industrial packages of engineering analysis. One of such approaches is the spectral element method (SEM). The implementation of SEM in a CAE system for the solution of elasticity problems is considered. An important feature of the proposed variant of SEM implementation is a support of hybrid curvilinear meshes. The main advantages of SEM over the FEM are discussed. The shape functions for different classes of spectral elements are written. Some results of computations are given for model problems that have analytical solutions. The results show the better accuracy of SEM in comparison with FEM for the same meshes.

The article evaluates science sectors and effectiveness of scientific research in the countries forming the BRICS group, as well as the current state of scientific and technological cooperation among the group members. The science sectors of the countries under consideration differ markedly, while facing similar problems relating to government regulations and external environments. The differences exist in total expenditures on research and development (as a share of GNP), in the scope of governmental funding (large in Russia and India, but small in China), and in the distribution of allocations among various areas and types of R&D activities. China appears to have the most well-adjusted science sector among the BRICS members. It includes not only strong universities but also high-tech companies that invest actively into research and development. The overall impact (inferred from citation indexes) of fundamental and exploratory research performed in BRICS countries remains low. BRICS's scientists prefer to collaborate with their colleagues from the world-leading countries rather than with their fellows from BRICS. Yet, in contrast to the world trend, in all BRICS countries, except Russia, a share of internationally co-authored publications is now decreasing. BRICS members have more similar interests and priorities in technological development, including infrastructural and large technological projects, than in science. Currently, bilateral cooperation in technology prevails, while the projects involving all members of the group still remain at the stage of preliminary evaluation and discussion. Russia cooperates most closely with China and India, including joint projects in such high-priority directions as new materials, photonics, biomedical, space and information technologies. For Russia, cooperation in technological development appears to be of most interest because it can lead not only to introduction of new technologies but also help to create large Russian innovative companies. Development of successful multilateral cooperation in science and technology among the BRICS members is the key for this group, originally formed for geopolitical reasons, to evolve into an effective economic union.

One of the main aims and objectives of Modern Russian education is to make a human be ready for effective working and interacting in the multiethnic educational environment. Different aspects of the multiethnic education are registered in numerous Legal Acts of the Russian federation. Educators multiethnic competence comprises such aspects as knowing national, religious, gender and other peculiarities of students under training, respective attitude towards them; the ability to behave in terms of cultural conformity as well as the ability to organize meaningful dialogue in a multiethnic group and to use these cultural peculiarities to enrich students personal experience. Moreover, educators multiethnic competence also includes understanding of students ethnopsychological reactions which are conditioned by their cultural background and national identity. The trainee has to anticipate and to resolve a conflict in a multiethnic group. Cultural studies of different nationalities have to be organized in different ways: among the most popular methods we are bound to mention the historical studies of nations and the annexation of different ethnic communities to the Russian federation, the history of an ethnic group contribution to the heroic deeds during wars and while defending the homeland. One of the most effective ways of understanding and assimilating other peoples traditions and customs is to make students participate in different national festivals, religious holidays and feasts. Reading national poets and writers contributes greatly to the better acquisition of the material as well. There are some other methods to get acquainted with cultures for example, National days, learning national games, songs, poems; collective projects, competitions, contests; work with families and family celebrations of national holidays with national food, family stories about strong family traditions and customs; training exercises which cultivate students tolerance towards other nations and ethnic groups etc.

In many countries the interest to natural sciences among youth declines at the same time the interest to human sciences and management of human activity increases. Educational environment reflects those transformative mechanisms which influence the real sphere of human activity. Education being a socially significant institution should respond to human needs “here and now”, keep and develop fundamental knowledge using innovative means of education. Knowledge of some areas of physics, chemistry and biology remain conservative. New industries require professionals who can integrate different knowledge. This knowledge is acquired in the process of school education and the best time is primary school period. Forms of extracurricular work: traditional clubs, inter-class associations, interest cen-ters and so on. Teachers give less preference to research of natural objects and phenomena and more preference to use of video information. This includes different presentations devel-opment of which is encouraged and widely used in primary school. New technologies should be implemented in school education but we shouldn’t substitute live communication with na-ture by texts and pictures from the Internet. Observation of nature being a method of classi-cal biology is still of great value because it allows a child to identify and explore the environ-ment and become a discoverer of the world. Key words: educational environment, interest in science, new technologies, natural science education.

Teacher training can assist in initiating digital changes in education. However, to achieve this, the training should use leading examples from the field of digital education solutions and technologies, while university and school educators should be trained to apply them in their work and to create high-tech educational startups in the field of e-learning. The goal of this study was to increase the professional competencies of teachers by conducting a corporate course that would prepare the teachers of the university in Yakutia to apply e-learning methods. The article demonstrates that the introduction of e-learning at the university is an important comprehensive process that implies transformation of all education components under the influence of modern technologies. Its practical implementation requires changing the goals, organizational forms, and technologies of educational activities in line with new technologies as well as the development of productive strategies for integrating the created innovations into the traditional learning process. For this purpose, the authors conducted a sociological study that helped identify the main problems associated with this type of training (for example, developing a course is time-consuming and a lack of required skills to develop courses). Based on the obtained data, the authors proposed a corporate course for university teachers on the creation of educational content for e-learning. It was shown that when applying new types of educational activities, teachers should combine traditional and new technologies, which contributes to the innovative training of teachers to meet the requirements of the digital society. This study focused on practical issues, since the research results were implemented in the work of the North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), the base of the research. The results can be used when training teachers to apply e-learning methods in other educational institutions.
