Рассматривается проблема инновационных функций преподавателя вуза, обусловленных современными тенденциями развития российского образования. Динамика и смена тенденций (компьютеризация - информатизация - цифровизация) актуализируют проблему инструмента педагогической деятельности, адекватного новому типу образования - открытому. Трудности адаптации преподавателей к новым технологиям обучения студентов вызвали потребность в готовности к решению инновационных задач, что требует повышения их квалификации. Доказывается, что наиболее значимыми становятся два аспекта: управление самостоятельной работой студентов в открытой информационно-образовательной среде; управление процессом адаптации студентов к электронной образовательной среде. Комплексное исследование проведено в Самарском национальном исследовательском университете, цель которого заключалась в формировании готовности преподавателей к выполнению функций в условиях цифровой трансформации образования во внутривузовской системе повышения квалификации. The problem of university lecturer innovative functions due to modern trends in the development of Russian education is considered. Dynamics and change of trends (computerization-informatization-digitalization) actualizes the problem of the pedagogical activity tool, adequate for a new type of education - open one. The difficulties of adapting lecturers to new technologies for teaching students have caused the need for readiness to solve innovative problems, which requires improving their skills. It is proved that two aspects become most significant: managing the individual work of students in an open information and educational environment; managing the process of adapting students to an electronic educational environment. A comprehensive study was held at Samara National Research University, the purpose of which was to develop the lecturers’ readiness to perform functions in the context of education digital transformation in the in-university advanced training system.

The problem of lack of competitiveness in state-of-the-art education is getting a substantial problem for Russian education development. The phenomenon of competitiveness, applied to the system of education, provides an overview of different rating scales, allowing us to evaluate different aspects of competitiveness and quality of Russian education. According to the set of criteria, Russia demonstrates consistent indicators in many ways: results of education, internal unity, effectiveness of resource utilization. In that time, the most problematic results are related to indicators of economic effectiveness of education, development of scientific- educational sets and collaborations, practical effect of education. In these conditions, the digital transformation is based on one of the most important systemic solutions to all the problems, which means that it is especially important in connection with pandemics. The main result of the articles is the annotations of the six major projects of modernization and the increase of competitiveness of the Russian system of vocational education in the context of digital transformations of educational means.

The main methods of research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of implementing interdisciplinary links of natural science, professional cycle disciplines, interdisciplinary courses in the institutions of secondary vocational education. To solve the integrated goal of implementing the requirements of the educational and professional standard of technical colleges we propose to use four types of interdisciplinary horizontal and vertical links, covering the subjects of natural science and general professional cycle, interdisciplinary courses, educational and industrial practice and professional standard requirements for education and training. It is proposed to distinguish four types of interdisciplinary links, aimed at solving the integrated goal of implementing the requirements of the educational and professional standard of technical colleges. In modern high-tech society there is a rapid dynamic growth of information on all branches of scientific knowledge, the emergence of new technologies and advanced forms and methods of work. These things make it difficult to identify the main and essential educational information, so the necessity to manage interdisciplinary links in the innovative educational environment of technical colleges is of primary consideration in developing modern professional Russian education.

The article outlines the trends of creating a conflict-Free educational environment. The aim of the work is to provide a theoretical basis for constructive resolution of pedagogical conflicts, which allows teachers to increase the level of conflict tolerance in the education of schoolchildren. Constant changes in the General education system have a direct impact on the teacher’s teaching activities. Constant stress, the effect of psychological burnout, increased emotional load, lead to contradictions and conflicts among teachers. Today, the problem of conflict resolution is more urgent than ever. Management and constructive conflict resolution is in demand in the multicultural pedagogical space of a General education organization. Conflict tolerance of the teacher is a specific manifestation of psychological stability of the individual. A conflict-resistant teacher is characterized by the ability to effectively prevent, manage and resolve conflicts that have arisen in the course of pedagogical activity.

The purpose of the article is to characterize the conceptual foundations of the content and structure of the regional system of teacher education in the digital educational environment. The directions of modernization of the teacher training system are based on the substantiation of scientific approaches to the ways of organizing the interaction of the subjects of the educational process in the region with an emphasis on eliminating the professional deficits of teachers, on the formation of a new type of competencies among teachers for the implementation of pedagogical activities at a high level in a regional digital educational environment, taking into account its specifics.

This article presents the results of longstanding experimental work on the problem of social and personal development of preschool children. Despite the steady and very long interest of scientists in this subject, it has not lost its relevance today, because the environmental factor is fundamental for the full development of the individual and the success of its socialization. Based on the theoretical analysis method, as structural components of social and personal development of children of preschool age, we highlight the emotional, volitional, and communicative. The integration of the developmental and educational and educational influences in the framework of development of these social and personal components, in our view, will ensure the success of social and personal formation of each child. Using a system of diagnostic techniques aimed at a comprehensive study of the selected contact the three components of the social and personal development of preschool children (emotional, volitional and communicative components), leads to the conclusion of non-conformity in most children the level of social and personal development of their age opportunities. This finding was the basis for the development and implementation of targeted work with the children of the system of psycho-pedagogical activities aimed at optimizing the process of their social and personal development.

The article reveals the features of introducing education for sustainable development in Ukraine, its theoretical basis and practical implementation on the example of Secondary Education in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The importance of forming an integrated developing educational environment based on the principles of education for sustainable development is proved. It determines the interdisciplinarity of the content of education for sustainable development, its high potential in creating a new type of educational environment. We are witnessing how new technologies are radically changing the design of organizations, the way in which they produce and manage both their objectives and their strategies, and -above all- how digital transformation impacts the people who are part of it. Even today in our country, many organizations think that digitalizing is having a presence on social networks, a web page or venturing into cases of success in corporate social intranet. Others begin to invest a large part of their budget in training their teams and adapting them to the digital age. But given this current scenario, do we know exactly what the digital transformation of organizations means? It is necessary? Implying? Is there a roadmap to follow that leads to the success of this process? How are organizations that have been born 100% digital from their business conception to the way of producing services through the use of platforms? What role does the organizational culture play in this scenario? The challenge of the digital transformation of businesses and organizations, which is part of the paradigm of the industrial revolution 4.0, is happening here and now in all types of organizations, whether are they private, public or third sector. The challenge to take into account in this process is to identify the digital competences that each worker must face in order to accompany these changes and not be left out of it. In this sense, the present work seeks to analyze the main characteristics of the current technological advances that make up the digital transformation of organizations and how they must be accompanied by a digital culture and skills that allow their successful development. In order to approach this project, we will carry out an exploratory research, collecting data from the sector of new actors in the world of work such as employment platforms in its various areas (gastronomy, delivery, transportation, recreation, domestic service, etc) and an analysis of the main technological changes that impact on the digital transformation of organizations in Argentina.

The digital transformation of the judiciary actualizes scientific problems of a managerial nature related to the search for more effective organizational forms of judicial activity in modern conditions. The purpose of the study is to justify the scientific concept of the organization of judicial activity, the content of which would make it possible to improve the processes of intrasystem management of the activities of the courts to achieve the goals of the formation of the information society and digital economy. The worldview and methodological basis were the work of scientists and the methods used by them in the analysis of the general theory of public management and public administration. The modern scientifically grounded concept of the organization of judicial activity is a system of guiding ideas that define, for a clearly defined perspective, the tasks, principles, directions and organizational and legal forms of public administration in the judicial sphere to achieve national goals. The content of this concept is an intra-system organizational and management activity, considered in two aspects: functional (goals, objectives, principles, directions, forms and means) and institutional (legal statuses, structure of the judicial organization, judicial self-government bodies, public service). It is argued that the intrasystem judicial management reveals the content of the analyzed concept. The authors, analyzing the terms «judicial management» and «judicial administration», consider them close, but not identical, the criterion for distinguishing them is the professionalization of subjects of organizational and managerial activity. The work defines the strategic goals of the judicial management, its main directions. The conclusion is substantiated that a new type of judicial organization will reflect its technological effectiveness and will result from the modification of its model: from the organization of judges and judicial personnel to the model of a unified organization of judges, court administrations and information systems. This organizational regularity will need to be taken into account in judicial reform plans.

It is a well-known fact that the 1989 Exxon Valdez disaster caused the escort towing of laden tankers in many coastal areas of the world to become compulsory. In order to implement a new type of escort towing, specially designed to be employed in very adverse weather conditions, considerable changes in the hull form of escort tugs had to be made to improve their stability and performance. Since traditional winch and ropes technologies were only effective in calm waters, tugs had to be fitted with new devices. These improvements allowed the remodeled tugs to counterbalance the strong forces generated by the maneuvers in open waters. The aim of this paper is to perform a comprehensive literature review of the new high-performance automatic dynamic winches. Furthermore, a thorough analysis of the best available technologies regarding towline, essential to properly exploit the new winches, will be carried out. Through this review, the way in which the escort towing industry has faced this technological challenge is shown.

Industry 4.0 revolution, with its cutting-edge technologies, is an enabler for businesses, particularly in reducing the cost and improving the productivity. However, a large number of organizations are still too in their infancy to leverage the true potential of Industry 4.0 and its technologies. This paper takes a quantitative approach to reveal key insights from the companies that have implemented Industry 4.0 technologies. For this purpose, 238 technology companies in Malaysia were studied through a survey questionnaire. As technology companies are usually the first in line to adopt new technologies, they can be studied better as leaders in adopting the latest technologies. The findings of this descriptive study surfaced an array of insights in terms of Industry 4.0 readiness, Industry 4.0 technologies, leadership, strategy, and innovation. This research paper contributes by providing 10 key empirical insights on Industry 4.0 that can be utilized by managers to pace up their efforts towards digital transformation, and can help the policymakers in drafting the right policy to drive the digital revolution.
