The article presents an attempt to consider a new religious consciousness with the main support of N.A. Berdyaev works. The historical context of the spiritual movement development during a turning point in revolutionary Russia, which also occurs at the time of the Local Council, is considered. It also examines the influence of modern culture on the rooting of certain forms of thinking for modern man, the transformation of religious culture, as well as, in turn, the modification of the religion perception by society and its adaptation, or the adoption of a forced compromise by the Russian Orthodox Church. The article also focuses on the voice of the modern world, touches on the theme of technology dominance in human life, which, in particular, is the cause of a priori circulations in the type of religiosity. The article discusses an attempt to create new religious forms, proposes solutions related to the liberation of person.

In world philosophical practice, yoga is given great attention: courses are given at leading universities of the world, various kinds of projects are being opened to study this type of spiritual technique, research in history continues, and of course, there are a number of scientists who associate knowledge about it as a scientific character. , and with its practical application in modern culture. Unfortunately, in domestic literature not enough attention paid to such an ancient and relevant philosophy in the modern world. In the article we set the task to analyze this aspect of multifaceted human life from the standpoint of the modern European researcher. Eastern culture can be viewed in the context of art, religion, mythology, but the question arises: can it be viewed and evaluated in the context of mental, rational discourse? On the basis of ancient texts, on the basis of works of famous Indologists, modern European philosophers, an attempt was made to describe the rationality of yoga and give it a definition. The author goes to the general nature of the rationality of the East, represented by a cosmological-mythological worldview. He concludes that for a man of the East there are other norms and criteria of rationality than for a European-oriented worldview. The author also analyzes the nature of the design thinking of a person with this form of worldview. For a person of the East, there are other norms and criteria for rationality than for a European-oriented worldview. The rationality of the philosophy of yoga should be the basis for research practices and technologies of yoga. It can be given a conditional definition, but its meaning is deep and rooted in hoary antiquity, and requires careful and thorough analysis. The union of all ascetic practices and religious teachings takes place in the Gita, so without analyzing its texts, it is impossible to understand the rationality of yoga. Yoga rationality is mythological and cosmological in nature: it is an a priori scheme of man’s perception of the world and himself, in which ideas about karma and nirvana were central to world orientation and activity, and the mystic of cosmic and biological emphasized the polyvalence of these apriorisms. Such rationality allows the yogi to mentally move from the world of carnal beings into the world of gods and into the world of transcendental gods. The last world appears as an intermediate between the phenomenal world and the non-world of nirvana. Various Indian practices, techniques, and methods aimed at freeing the spirit through separation acquired their followers, because after the “Upanishads” the rejection of life due to socio-political structures and history became the most worthy soteriological solution. Hence the orientation of the yogi to internal self-improvement and indifference to the outside world. Moral decency and cosmic order here are concepts of the same level, starting with the moral positions of the individual soul, which is akin to the spiritual essence of the Cosmos, and Good and Evil act as metaphors for the rhythmic nature of life, both of Cosmos and of Man.

The relevance of the problem stated in the article is due to the fact that the role and functions of higher education institutions is fundamentally changing nowadays. It happens thanks to breakthrough IT solutions in various areas of human life, the development of online learning technologies, and the increased need for fast and highly specialized education. This is primarily due to the demands of the time – the transformation of the modern world economy towards digitalization. The purpose of the work was to obtain objective information about the effectiveness of the use of innovative forms in the educational process of higher education. The implementation of the priority project in the field of education "Modern digital educational environment in the Russian Federation" allowed us to deploy a national Internet platform with the possibility of integrating mass open online courses (MOOCs) into the educational process. This approach has opened up new opportunities for universities to implement online educational programs and use Internet technologies to form individual educational trajectories of students. A priori, the high quality of moocs was declared and, as a result, the high quality of students educational results. However, there were no separate studies on the quality of students' competence formation. The article considers models for organizing the educational process in higher education using mass open online courses, describes the experience of the Bashkir state pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla as a specialized pedagogical university, considers private methods for online and offline training in the higher education system, and presents experimental data on the introduction of online lectures as an element of MOOCs in the educational process of a pedagogical university. The authors as well studied the students' opinions about new forms of education.

In the framework of broad philosophic and historical context the author conducts comparative analysis of the conditions for assimilating liberal values in leading countries of the modern world and in Russia. He defends the idea of inevitable forward movement of Russia on the way of rationalization and cultivation of all aspects of life, but, to his opinion, it will occur not so fast as the "first wave" reformers thought and in other ideological and sociocultural forms than in Europe and America. The author sees the main task of the reformist forces in Russia in consolidation of the society and inplementation of socially responsible economic policy.

The recognition of versatile importance of vegetation for the human life resulted in the emergence of vegetation science and many its applications in the modern world. Hence a vegetation map should be versatile enough to provide the basis for these applications. Thus, a vegetation map should contain not only information on vegetation types and their derivatives but also the geospheric and climatic background. While the geospheric information could be obtained, mapped and generalized directly using satellite remote sensing, a computerized Geographic Information System can integrate it with meaningful vegetation information classes for large areas. Such aft approach was developed with respect to mapping forest vegetation in India at. 1 : 100 000 (1983) and is in progress now (forest cover mapping at 1 : 250 000). Several review works reporting the experimental and operational use of satellite remote sensing data in India were published in the last years (Unni, 1991, 1992, 1994).

Given the trends in the modern world, as well as the rapid growth of digitalization, it is safe to say that it will inevitably affect almost all areas of human life and activities. Dmitriev’s English dictionary defines the word readiness: «It is a state where everything is done to start doing something.» Accordingly, an assessment of the company’s readiness to integrate modern digital technologies will identify opportunities, risks and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise, as well as to formulate a list of initial measures that need to be implemented. Thus, there is an urgent need to find an answer to the following questions: «How (by, what criteria and indicators) to measure readiness?», «What are the approaches to readiness assessment?» The purpose of this article is to develop a model and algorithm to assess the company’s readiness to integrate modern digital technologies. Modelling techniques were used to achieve this goal, as well as to analyze and generalize information. As a result of the research, a model for assessing the company’s readiness to integrate modern digital technologies has been developed and tested, based on the quality management model presented in the ISO 9000 series standards. A particular example shows how to use it and what it ultimately allows you to see and evaluate.

Psychological research centers help indirectly contact professionals from the fields of human life, job environment, family life, and psychological infrastructure for psychiatric patients. This research aims to detect job apathy patterns from the behavior of employee groups in the University of Baghdad and the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. This investigation presents an approach using data mining techniques to acquire new knowledge and differs from statistical studies in terms of supporting the researchers’ evolving needs. These techniques manipulate redundant or irrelevant attributes to discover interesting patterns. The principal issue identifies several important and affective questions taken from a questionnaire, and the psychiatric researchers recommend these questions. Useless questions are pruned using the attribute selection method. Moreover, pieces of information gained through these questions are measured according to a specific class and ranked accordingly. Association and a priori algorithms are used to detect the most influential and interrelated questions in the questionnaire. Consequently, the decisive parameters that may lead to job apathy are determined.

The article analyzes the current approach to the identification of new branches in the legal system of Ukraine.The modern world does not stand still and is constantly evolving and gives impetus to the development of all spheres of human life, respectively, there are relationships that require legal regulation.Some scholars believe that in the presence of an independent subject of legal regulation, its ownmethodology of legal regulation and a set of specialized legislation, it is possible todistinguish an autonomousbranch of law. It is determined that the emergence of new branches of law is hindered by the dominant concept of the existence of only the main ones. Proponents of this concept categorically reject the possibility of the existence of relevant secondary, complex branches of law. This scientific approach inhibits the study of modern social relations. Negative attitudes towards the separation of new branches of law inevitably lead to gaps in the field of special legal research and, as a consequence, to a lack of qualified personnel with specialized knowledge. It is suggested to take into account the positive experience of foreign colleagues of lawyers who boldly present the achievements of current practices and are not afraid to consider them branches of law, we mean educational, sports, military, gender, «cryptocurrency», admiralty law and others. It is concluded that the division of law into new branches allows more effective regulation of legal relations in relevant areas, given that global trends are increasingly in demand for universal lawyers, but with specialization, with in-depth knowledge in one or more areas of law. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between national economic and political priorities and environmental education policy formulation and curriculum strategies. This relationship will be placed in the historical context of developments in environmental education in Australia from 1970 until the present and will be analysed in terms of the ideological and pedagogical stances implicit, and explicit, in the developments during this period. I will argue that the emphasis throughout the period has been to sustain the development of environmental education without any questioning of why, what and how this development should occur.‘Sustainable development’ has become a slogan for governments, industry and conservation groups in recent times. It was the subtitle for the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980) and the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984) - living resource conservation for sustainable development - and was popularised in the report of the World Commission on Environment and Development, more commonly known as the Brundtland Report or Our Common Future (WCED 1987). The definition of sustainable development given in the World Conservation Strategy (IUCN 1980: section 1.3) and repeated in the National Conservation Strategy for Australia (DHAE 1984: 12) is as follows:Development is…the modification of the biosphere and the application of human, financial, living and non-living resources to satisfy human needs and improve the quality of human life. For development to be sustainable it must take account of social and ecological factors, as well as economic ones; of the living and nonliving resource base; and of the long term as well as the short term advantages and disadvantages of alternative actions.

Resumen: La obra de Martín Lutero asienta sus raíces en factores culturales, sociales y económicos, madurados en la Alta Edad Media, y que hicieron fecundo el terreno para la proclamación, expansión geográfica y desarrollo doctrinal de la Reforma protestante. Atrapado por la palabra de Dios, el doctor de Wittenberg, un hombre de fe sencilla y sincera, descubre un nuevo modo de relacionarse con Dios por la «sola fe», la «sola gracia», y la «sola Scriptura», de cara a la justificación/salvación del ser humano. Este singular hallazgo desbanca la doctrina de la iglesia católica medieval, el papa y jerarquías eclesiásticas, indulgencias, reliquias y santos, celibato y vida monástica. Lutero, asimismo, con la fuerza de su palabra abre un horizonte de libertad sobre la vida humana y la sociedad, un nuevo modo de acceder al mundo y a la sociedad, que orientará la trayectoria de la época moderna y del hombre de nuestros días.Palabras clave: Lutero, fe, palabra de Dios, justificación/salvación, Reforma protestante, libertad, mundo moderno.Abstract: Martin Luther’s work was rooted in cultural, social and economic factors, reached maturity in the High Middle Ages, and provided fertile ground for the proclamation, geographical expansion and doctrinal development of the Protestant Reformation. Trapped by the word of God, Luther, a man of simple and sincere faith, discovered a new way of relating to God by sola fide, sola gratia, and sola Scriptura, faced with the justification/salvation of the human being. This unique discovery defeated the doctrine of the medieval Catholic church, the pope and ecclesiastical hierarchies, indulgences, relics and saints, celibacy and monastic life. Like wise, Luther through the strength of his Word opened up a horizon of freedom for human life and society, a new way of accessing the world and society, which would guide the trajectory taken by humans and modernity to this day.Key words: Luther, faith, the word of God, justification/salvation, Protestant Reformation, freedom, modern world.
