The article covers issues related to the professional training of students of the Humanities, their development and formation of professional culture during this training. In addition, the key problematic aspects related to the system of such education are identified, and various mechanisms for activating and involving students of the Humanities in the process of obtaining the necessary competencies are identified. The key mechanism for this activation was chosen a team-building technology, in accordance with the basic principles of which it is possible to maximize the motivational component of the process of acquiring professional competence. In addition, separate elements of the definition of “readiness” are considered, and the levels of readiness for teamwork among students of higher education are determined. The article is supplemented with a practical part in the form of the results of a survey conducted on the basis of leading universities of the Republic of Crimea in 2020. The subject of the study was to identify the General readiness of students of the Humanities to carry out team activities in order to achieve a common result. The survey was conducted in various areas: readiness to carry out collective and individual creative, project, educational, extracurricular and independent activities. The respondents were teachers of the Humanities who have extensive experience in the organization and management of educational activities in a modern University for humanities.

<p class="Standard"><strong>Resumen</strong></p><p class="Standard">El presente trabajo se enmarca en una investigación titulada: Contingencias normalizadoras en una “Sociedad de iguales”. Discapacidad y Trabajo en Francia y Uruguay. Dicha investigación encuentra su anclaje institucional en la Universidad París 7 «Denis Diderot» (Paris, Francia), en el marco del Laboratoire de Changement Social et Politique (LCSP), y en la Universidad de la República, Facultad de Ciencias Sociales (Montevideo, Uruguay), en el marco del Grupo de Estudios sobre Discapacidad (GEDIS). De esta manera, comienza un espacio de reflexión colectiva entre las dos instituciones educativas, y de especificidad en la temática de la discapacidad y el trabajo.</p><p class="Standard">El objetivo de la presente investigación apunta a deconstruir los conceptos de normalidad e igualdad en el entramado de contingencias que se materializan en la temática de la discapacidad con relación al trabajo como categoría ontológica que media al ser. Así, se intenta dar cuenta de la ideología de la normalidad y los discursos de igualdad en la relación discapacidad-trabajo a través de un análisis correlativo entre Uruguay y Francia.</p><p class="Standard">Para el logro de este objetivo se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad a personas en situación de discapacidad y agentes que trabajan en la temática en tres ciudades de Uruguay (Montevideo, Tacuarembó y Salto) y tres de Francia (París, Lille y Marsella). Con estos insumos, más allá de fuentes secundarias, se está llevando a cabo la sistematización de todo el trabajo que llevó a la delimitación del objeto planteado. Disability and Work". This research finds its institutional space at the University Paris 7, "Denis Diderot" (Paris, France), under the Laboratoire de Changement Social et Politique (LCSP), and the University of the Republic - Faculty of Social Sciences (Montevideo, Uruguay), under the Research Group on Disability (GEDIS). This way, it begins a space for collective reflection between the two educational institutions, and specificity in the Disability and Work topic.</p><p class="Standard">The objective of this research is the <em>deconstruction of concepts about normality and equality into the contingencies in the subject of Disability and Work, this one as an ontological mediating category</em>. With this in mind, the article attempts  to account for the ideology of normality and the discourses of "equality" in relation to the Disability-Work field through a correlation analysis between Uruguay and France.</p><p class="Standard">To achieve this objective, interviews to disabled people and to staff working in the field were made in three cities, both in Uruguay, Montevideo, Salto and Tacuarembo, and France, Paris, Lille and Marseille. Abstract The specific of the officer’s military management activities lies in its functional responsibilities. The obligations and requirements determine them. The specifics of the military management activities of logistics officer are designated by the statute of military service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Bulgaria. This article represents the proficiency of the future logistics officers at Vasil Levski National Military University, which is achieved through training in two specialties: military training in “Organization and management of tactical units for logistics” and civil training in “Business Logistics”. In the both, cadets acquire the educational and qualification degree “Bachelor”.

We present a detailed analysis of the essence and structural components of the university innovative educational environment. An essence analysis of the innovative educational university environment contains information about the purposeful process of its formation in both substantive and organizational aspects. This aspect depends on the goals and expected results that contribute to the formation of students’ not only professional knowledge, but also personal qualities necessary in an innovative economy. An analysis of the structural components of the innovative educational university environment is considered taking into account the influence of the ideas of synergetics, the cluster approach and pedagogical innovation studies. We give a detailed description of the substantial changes in the structural components of the innovative educational university environment, upon consideration of which we propose a new structural component - innovative resultative. We present the author’s definition of the innovative educational university environment. We substantiate the special influence of the innovative educational university environment on students, which helps to increase not only the level of professional training of students, but also the development of their personal qualities, which are in demand in the conditions of an innovative economy.

The purpose of the article is the definition of prospective areas of Euro-Atlantic integration of the system of professional training of future border guard officers on the basis of the National Academy of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. Results. The article reveals perspectives of Euro-Atlantic integration of the system of professional training of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine. The considered perspective directions envisage joining the system of joint training of specialists of various subjects of border guard activity in order to increase the level of interoperability of the personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine on the basis of NATO standards. It has been determined that it is necessary to carry out wide consultations with representatives of NATO and NATO member states on the implementation of training programs for personnel training on issues within the competence of the Ukrainian Border Guard Service, ensuring the participation of National Academy in new research projects between Ukraine and NATO, obtaining grants for research support. It was found out that in the conditions of introduction of informal models of education in the Ukrainian system of training of border guards of various specialties it is necessary to introduce experience of NATO countries on development and carrying out of trainings on relevant subjects, especially on formation of foreign language professional competence of border guards according to STANAG 6001. Practical implications and value. Modernization of the technical component of the educational process of a higher military educational institution includes: creation of an internal educational network on border security and management, introduction of a platform for information exchange and communication between national and foreign educational institutions; creation of a virtual contact center to provide video conferencing; intensive use of mobile learning, introduction of electronic tools, virtual simulators and simulators for use by teachers in personnel training. Background: Training of future officers of moral-psychological support at the military department of the university involves the formation of knowledge, skills, professional and personal psychological qualities acquired in the process of professional training, providing the ability to constantly exert psychological influence on the subordinate unit by performing functional duties. Purpose: To determine the psychological conditions for the formation of future officers’ professional competencies on moral-psychological support during training at the military department of the university, based on analysis and conclusions to create a structural scheme of their formation. Materials and Methods: Research methodology is based on theoretical and practical experience, analysis of special psychological literature study and generalization of professional experience in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations. Results: The developed matrix of the officer for moral-psychological support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is formed from general, special and main (psychological study, psychological training, psychological support, recovery (rehabilitation) knowledge, skills and abilities. The proposed structural scheme for the formation of future officers’ professional competence on moral-psychological support in the process of acquiring capabilities at the military department of the university consists of the following blocks: the necessary professional competencies; main, general and special competencies; general and professional requirements for the training of officers for moral and psychological support; educational and methodical support; diagnosing competencies in the learning process. Conclusions: Determined psychological conditions for the formation of the officer’ professional competencies on moral-psychological support is an effective tool for organizing a system of training a competent professional. The proposed block diagram is open, constantly evolving, and, if necessary, can be supplemented with new components in the future.

The article discusses issues related to the study of the main attributes of the modern digital media space – social networks. The key issue, which is reflected in this article, concerns the educational potential of social networks, as well as their abilities in the context of the system of professional training of modern, competitive and most relevant specialists. The essence and specificity of social networks, their segments, effects and developing areas are determined. The possibilities of using social networks in the modern educational process in universities are revealed, and the process of their use is actualized, their certain potential is emphasized, as well as the effectiveness and inefficiency of individual elements of social networks. The study was based on a questionnaire survey – one of the most statistically useful and significant methods for researching the impact and effectiveness of socially significant technologies used in any area. The questioning was carried out among the student and pedagogical communities of the Republic of Crimea through a questionnaire and a survey posted on the “Vkontakte” social network, receiving the priority attention of most students and teachers both for personal communication and for remote interaction for educational purposes. In total about 100 teachers and about 150 students from various Crimean universities, areas of training, forms of education took part in the survey. The topic of the questionnaire is “The determination of educational opportunities for using social networks in the modern educational space of the university” and “The identification of the most effective options for using social networks in the modern educational process of the university”. The respondents gave answers to the questionnaire questions anonymously and impartially, which guarantees the reliability and accuracy of the results obtained.

The work is devoted to the study of pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal competence of students of engineering and technical specialties of the University. The authors tried to analyze the current views of scientists on the legal competence of students of future bachelors of technical specialties. The novelty of this work consists in combining theoretical and methodological aspects with practice in higher education, where the authors note the importance of applying legal and pedagogical situations in the study of legal disciplines. The uniqueness of the work lies in the references to the pedagogical experience of the best teachers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus, which is a comparative analysis and synthesis of teaching skills in the CIS countries. Special emphasis is placed on training bachelors with high professional training who are competent in solving legal issues. The results of the analysis of the process of forming the legal competence of future bachelors are presented.

Abstract. The article deals with theoretical analysis of the problem of professional competence of future psychologists in preventive work with children with neurotic symptoms. The specifics and psychological features of this phenomenon are revealed due to the definition of different scientific approaches. Competence of future specialists in preventive activities is a multifunctional category that has a multilevel structure (professional knowledge and skills, values, attitudes to professional activities (motivation) and the ability to improve it, productivity, etc.), characterizes the individual as a subject of a particular activity and provides achieving success. The complex approach to a problem of the maintenance of professional training of psychologists concerning prevention of difficulties of personal formation of younger students with neurotic symptoms is offered. It is assumed that the formation of professional competence of future psychologists in the innovative conditions of higher professional education will be successful if an interdisciplinary approach to this problem is applied. For this purpose it is necessary to involve progressive researches of psychology, medicine, propaedeutics, pedagogics, sociology, etc. We present the results of an empirical study of the cognitive component of readiness of students-psychologists for preventive activities and determine the levels of readiness of future psychologists for preventive work ‒ reproductive (low), reproductive-productive (below average), productive (above average) and creative (high). The most important conditions for the preparation of future psychologists for preventive work with children with neurotic symptoms have been identified. Certain factors of formation of professional competence of future psychologists concerning preventive activity are highlighted.
