This article analyzes the issues of implementation of innovations and respective methodology of teaching humanities in universities. The aim of this article is to reveal challenges related with implementation and use of advanced innovative methods of teaching humanities in universities. This work substantiates the concept that modern processes occurring in education are direct consequence of complicated and deep transformations in culture, economy, policy of the World. Adaptation of life to wide-scale transformations is impossible without holistic comprehension of motives, trends and prospects of further social development, including education. The novelty of the work is in development of certain theoretic models of education development, which is rapidly moving away from the differentiation and fragmentation of scientific disciplines, modules and is concentrated on their integration. Another novelty in the existing paradigm of education can be presented by targeting of potential not just on distance methods but on creation of innovative education systems based, for instance, on technologies of virtual reality (VR). This work proves that in VR the educational components or prototypes can be presented by such units as virtual laboratory (workshop), lecture spaces, displaying of considered entities, network educational establishments.

There is no question that contemporary western civilization has beendominant in the field of science since the Renaissance. Western scientificsuperiority is not limited to specific scientific disciplines, but is rather anovetall scientific domination covering both the so-called exact and thehuman-social sciences. Western science is the primary reference for specialistsin such ateas as physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, economics, psychology, and sociology. It is in this sense that Third World underdevelopmentis not only economic, social, and industrial; it also suffersfrom scientific-cultutal underdevelopment, or what we call "The OtherUnderdevelopment" (Dhaouadi 1988).The imptessive progress of western science since Newton and Descartesdoes not meari, however, that it has everything tight or perfect. Infact, its flaws ate becoming mote visible. In the last few decades, westernscience has begun to experience a shift from what is called classical scienceto new science. Classical science was associated with the celestialmechanics of Copernicus, Kepler, Newton, the new physics of Galileo, and the philosophy of Descartes. Descartes introduced a radical divisionbetween mind and matter, while Newton and his fellows presented a newscience that looked at the world as a kind of giant clock The laws of thisworld were time-reversible, for it was held that there was no differencebetween past and future. As the laws were deterministic, both the pastand the future could be predicted once the present was known. The vision of the emerging new science tends to heal the division betweenmatter and spirit and to do away with the mechanical dimension ...

Abstract. The imminent prediction on a group of strong earthquakes that occurred in Xinjiang, China in April 1997 is introduced in detail. The prediction was made on the basis of comprehensive analyses on the results obtained by multiple innovative methods including measurements of crustal stress, observation of infrasonic wave in an ultra low frequency range, and recording of abnormal behavior of certain animals. Other successful examples of prediction are also enumerated. The statistics shows that above 40% of 20 total predictions jointly presented by J. Z. Li, Z. Q. Ren and others since 1995 can be regarded as effective. With the above methods, precursors of almost every strong earthquake around the world that occurred in recent years were recorded in our laboratory. However, the physical mechanisms of the observed precursors are yet impossible to explain at this stage.

The faithful have the native right o proclaiming the faith, right which concerns first of all the whole Church, as it was reminded by the II Vatican Council. As far as the faithful are concerned, this duty-right is connected with can. 210 about sanctity of life and can. 225 §1 on working to expand the divine message of salvation throughout the entire world. The Author deals also with the notion of proselytism, which is not always correctly understand.Part II of the present work present “the actors of apostolate”. To exercise their function in the Church and in the world, their right to associate must be recognized and protected so that they be able to do individual apostolate, which does not prevent them from participating in the apostolate organised by the hierarchy of the church. Canon 211 appears to be an essential norm in the Code, and is a direct consequence of secularity of lay people. Anyway, the faithful are subject to a certain control by the diocesan bishop as moderator of the entire ministry of the Word (can. 756 § 2).Concluding, the Author deplore that a true protection of the rights of the faithful is still largely missingin the church.

The genesis of cinema (in 1890) is immediately accompanied by the almost global resonance around the "moving picture", a rather unusual communicative phenomenon. Unfortunately, all the root causes of the resonance have not yet been sufficiently studied. Today, however, given the achievements of a whole range of humanities and (not only) scientific disciplines, it becomes obvious that the "moving picture" invented by engineers Edison and the Lumière brothers arises, above all, as an upgrade to completely new aesthetic, technological and other settings of human culture of the ancient phenomenon of socalled "original syncretism". It is as if the breakdawn of the artistic and generally semiotic-communicative culture of the humanity. That syncretism combines all the receptive means of a man to create a holistic space-and-time picture of the world. The "moving picture", which characteristically arose almost synchronously with the advent of the efforts of the science of the time (the school of Academician Alexander Veselovsky and others) around the phenomenon of original syncretism with a surprising sequence restores decisively the whole semiotic sum of it — but clearly, on a completely new so-called technological basis. Accordingly, this circumstance immediately casts a new cognitive light on the whole history of the "moving picture" — from its debut to our present.

The analysis of the stages of domestic environmental education development, its content from the point of view of reflection in it of relations between society and nature is carried out. A new stage in the environmental education development in the 21st century is associated with the spread of ideas of sustainable development, which determine the transformation of all spheres of human culture. The article provides examples of tasks that currently exist in the educational literature for one of the primary school subjects, and a variant of their change from the standpoint of environmental education in the interests of sustainable development is proposed. The modern literature on the methodology of teaching the subject “The World Around” in primary school is considered from the point of view of the representation of the content of environmental education in it. The author comes to the conclusion about the insufficiency of the natural science orientation of environmental education for the formation of students’ ideas about the environmental imperative – a key category for understanding the conditions for harmonizing nature, society and the world of things. Based on the analysis performed, a conclusion was made about the relevance of updating the content of school environmental education.
