Abstract In view of the shortcomings of FCM algorithm, the membership degree and the cluster category number are improved to perfect the FCM algorithm. The performance of the improved algorithm is verified by a case of consumer product quality as a data source, and the results show that with the improved algorithm, both clustering accuracy rate and F value are improved.

By organically combining principal component analysis, spatial autocorrelation algorithm and two-dimensional graph theory clustering algorithm, the comprehensive evaluation model of regional green economy is explored and established. Based on the evaluation index system of regional green economy, this paper evaluates the development of regional green economy comprehensively by using principal component analysis, and evaluates the competitive advantage of green economy and analyzes the spatial autocorrelation based on the evaluation results. Finally, the green economy and local index score as observed values, by using the method of two-dimensional graph clustering analysis of spatial clustering. In view of the fuzzy k –modes cluster membership degree measure method without considering the defects of the spatial distribution of object, double the distance and density measurement of measure method is introduced into the fuzzy algorithm of k –modes, thus in a more reasonable way to update the membership degree of the object. Vote, MUSH-ROOM and ZOO data sets in UCI machine learning library were used for testing, and the F value of the improved algorithm was better than that of the previous one, indicating that the improved algorithm had good clustering effect. Finally, the improved algorithm is applied to the spatial data collected from Baidu Map to cluster, and a good clustering result is obtained, which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm applied to spatial data. Results show that the development of green economy using the analysis method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, explores the connotation of green economy with space evaluation model is feasible, small make up for the qualitative analysis of the green economy in the past, can objective system to reflect the regional green economic development level, will help policy makers scientific formulating regional economic development strategy, green integrated development of regional green economy from the macroscopic Angle, the development of network system.

We are immersed in the Big Data era, where there is a large amount of heterogeneous data, both in time and spatial scales. This data starts to be streamed in real time from different devices and sensors, well illustrated by the new concept of Smart Cities. Conflation processes play an important role in this scenario, defined as the procedure for the combination and integration of different data sources, improving the level of information of the result. It also allows to update geographical databases (GDB), conflating different kind of sources where one of them is more accurate or updated than the other. Regarding geometric conflation, the procedure involves transforming features from one data source to another, minimizing the geometric discrepancies between them. Accuracy has to be taken into account in these processes, and the results need to be measured and evaluated in order to have a better understanding of product quality. In this paper, conflation evaluation process is described along with the different metrics and approaches to assess its accuracy.

Section data is a common reconstruction data source in reverse engineering. By adopting methods of adding subdivision segments between the adjacent contour segments, the generation of triangular surface can be achieved. Besides, based on the traditional algorithms, the "slow subdivision" and "dislocation amendment" and other strategies can be combined, and the accuracy of the output data has been increased dramatically by using the improved algorithm.

This study aims to classify the level of understanding of students at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Pematangsiantar. STIKOM Tunas Bangsa is one of the private universities in North Sumatra that is engaged in the field of computer science. In carrying out lecture activities, students are required to understand each lecture material provided by the lecturer. There are several things that can affect the level of understanding of students in receiving lecture material. The data source was obtained from the results of the fifth semester and seven student questionnaires in the STIKOM Tunas Bangsa Information System department. Attributes used are as many as five, namely communication, learning atmosphere, learning media, appearance and how to teach. The method used in the research is C4.5 Algorithm and assisted by RapidMiner software to make decision trees. From the results of the study, there were 14 rules for classification in determining the level of understanding with 9 rules, the best status and 5 rules did not understand. C4.5 algorithm can be used in the case of determining the level of understanding of students at STIKOM Tunas Bangsa with an accuracy rate of 87.10%. With this analysis it is expected to be a motivation for students to be able to understand the course well.

This study aims to see the development of the number of vegetable crop yields in the following year. With this prediction, it is hoped that it can help the government and the community to be more careful in increasing the supply of crop stocks in order to meet the food needs of the people of Simalungun Regency. The data source is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. In this study, researchers used the Backpropagation Algorithm. The Backpropagation Algorithm is an algorithm that functions to reduce the error rate by adjusting the weight based on the desired output and target. The results of this study show that the best architectural model is the 2-1-1 model with an accuracy rate of 75.0% and an epoch of 1392 iterations in 00:07 seconds. This research is expected to be a reference material in other studies that have the same research object and as a consideration for the government in making an even more accurate evaluation system

The tight competition in the business world requires every business actor to develop business with various kinds of competition in all fields, one of which is by processing human resources, because the quality of human resources greatly affects the quality of production. The production process is usually associated with productivity, if productivity increases it will also be followed by an increase in the performance of the company. Human Resources is one of the keys to the success of the company in order to increase competition and improve product quality. The method used in this study is a descriptive type of qualitative approach. The data collection technique was through observation, interviews and documentation, the data source being from UD Slamet Situbondo. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of human resources on improving product quality. The results of the study indicate that the existence of quality possessed by human resources is very decisive for improving product quality in the future. For measuring product quality, it can be known through customer satisfaction, free from damage, the size of the durability of the product, product accuracy, and easy to operate and maintain. Meanwhile, from a marketing point of view, product quality is measured in terms of the buyer's perception of the quality of the product

The research objective was to obtain a model of rules in classifying the level of customer satisfaction at Indiis Cafe Pematangsiantar. By knowing the level of customer satisfaction, the owner of Indiis Cafe can improve the service if it is not good and further improve the service when the level of satisfaction is good. This study measures the level of customer satisfaction at Indiis Cafe Pematangsiantar. The method used in this study is the C4.5 Algorithm, where the data source used is a questionnaire / questionnaire given to customers at Indiis Cafe Pematangsiantar. The variables used include (1) Product, (2) Price, (3) Place (4) Promotion and (5) Service. The results of the study obtained 15 rules for the classification of customer satisfaction levels with 8 satisfied status rules and 7 unsatisfied rules. The C4.5 algorithm can be used in the case of customer satisfaction levels with an accuracy rate of 98.00%. From the results of the analysis is expected to be applied so that it can be used as a decision to improve service to customers.

Purpose This study aims to the information about consumer product quality and safety that can easily attract public attention and become the focus of public opinion. In recent years, the fast-growing social media have become an import platform for firms for releasing product quality and safety information and for firms and governments to hear public opinion. Design/methodology/approach To explore how information about consumer product quality and safety gets disseminated and a public opinion is formed in social media, this paper proposes two information transmission models, one with government intervention and the other without government intervention, based on the theory of complex network. A simulation case study in MATLAB is conducted to verify the proposed models. Findings Information transmission models were constructed, one without government intervention and one with government intervention. The influence of information transmission with government intervention was analyzed. MATLAB was used to simulate the Barabasi and Albert (BA)-based model to consider event information level, government information level and possible panic population proportion. The government intervention effect was evaluated. Originality/value Based on a complex network, the derived transmission rule can provide decision-making support for monitoring and managing Web information of consumer product quality and safety.
