This study aims to see the development of the number of vegetable crop yields in the following year. With this prediction, it is hoped that it can help the government and the community to be more careful in increasing the supply of crop stocks in order to meet the food needs of the people of Simalungun Regency. The data source is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. In this study, researchers used the Backpropagation Algorithm. The Backpropagation Algorithm is an algorithm that functions to reduce the error rate by adjusting the weight based on the desired output and target. The results of this study show that the best architectural model is the 2-1-1 model with an accuracy rate of 75.0% and an epoch of 1392 iterations in 00:07 seconds. This research is expected to be a reference material in other studies that have the same research object and as a consideration for the government in making an even more accurate evaluation system

Since the enactment of decentralization local government have been granted the authority to organize, protect society etc. Given the authority that Central Kalimantan provincial government issued a policy (Pergub No. 15 tahun 2010 on guidelines for land clearing and yard for the people) to protect the local community in the tradition / habit of farming by burning forests to customary provisions. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the extent to which public policy relevance since the issuance of the policy in 2010-2015 and to what extent these policies protect the local wisdom. the method used is descriptive qualitative study, using the study of literature in the process of data collection. Results and discussion of these studies show that 1) in 2015 created a policy that is no longer relevant because the whole area of Central Kalimantan is 15.3 million hectares, 12.7 hectares (78%) is controlled by plantation companies. 2) goodwill by the Government of Central Kalimantan to protect local communities need to be given appreciation. But this policy could apply / relevant if it is done before the 90s because many forests and local people still farming to meet food needs.

The utilization of state-owned public areas is widespread in various places, not only locally but also nationally. This research examines critically the use of public areas by tiban market traders for the purpose of trading in Warungasem District, Batang Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. In addition, this study explores the perceptions of Islamic scholars (ulama), traders and the government on the use of public areas as trade locations. Public land use is examined through qualitative research, with data collection techniques: interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed with interactive models. This study finds that trading on the highway is actually not permitted by regulation. Both traders and the government have the same point of understanding. Traders continue to use highways as stalls solely to fulfill clothing, shelter and food needs, because they do not own land. Meanwhile, the scholar's perception of the use of the public arena is polarized into two, which is permissible and not. For those who allow it, the existence of the tiban market is considered to have more benefits than dangers. On the contrary, by referring to the maqasid syari'ah, the scholars allow on the grounds of the tiban market  have fundamental benefits both economically, socially and can prosper the people, in the midst of the country which is less concerned with the growth of economic populism.

Food is a major human need that must be completed at any time. This right is one of human rights, stated in article 27 of the 1945 Constitution and in the Rome Declaration (1996). These considerations underlie the issuance of Law No. 7/1996 concerning Food. With these considerations, the Government always considers increasing food security related to increasing domestic production. This research is expected to contribute to the government in order to predict the contribution of rice by province in Indonesia. The data used is data from the National Statistics Agency through the website www.bps.go.id. The data is data on rice / rice production based on provinces in Indonesia in the period of 2010 to 2015. The algorithm used in this study is Artificial Neural Networks with the Backpropagation method. The input (input) variables used are data for 2010 (X1), data for 2011 (X2), data for 2012 (X3), data for 2013 (X4), data for 2014 (X5) and data for 2015 as targets with models training and testing architecture of 4 architectures namely 4-4-1, 4-8-1, 4-16-1, 4-32-1. The resulting output is the best pattern of ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 4-4-1 with 218 days, MSE 0.012728078 and an accuracy rate of 97%. From this model obtained from estimates obtained from provinces in Indonesia.

Abstrak — Beras merupakan makanan pokok yang paling banyak dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Tingginya kebutuhan pangan terutama beras memaksa pemerintah dan penduduk untuk menerima tingginya harga eceran beras. Tujuan penulis melakukan penelitian ini untuk memprediksi harga eceran beras terhitung 2017-2020 dengan menggunakan algoritm backpropagation. Dalam penggunaannya algoritma backpropagation ini sangat baik untuk melakukan tugas prediksi dengan tingkat kesalahan yang cukup rendah. Data pada penelitian ini diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 arsitektur antara lain : 4-25-1, 4-35-1, 4-40-1, 4-42-1, 4-45-1 dengan learning rate 0,09. Dari ke 5 Arsitektur ini, arsitektur terbaiknya adalah 4-45-1 dengan tingkat akurasi sebesar 88%, epoch 12718 iterasi dan waktu 1 menit 14 detik.Kata kunci— Prediksi, Harga, Beras, Indonesia, Backpropagation. Abstract — Rice is the staple food most consumed by the people of Indonesia. The high demand for food, especially rice, forced the government and residents to accept the high retail price of rice. The purpose of the authors to do this research to predict the retail price of rice counted 2017-2020 using backpropagation algorithm. In its use the backpropagation algorithm is excellent for performing prediction tasks with a fairly low error rate. The data in this study were obtained from the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This study uses 5 architectures, among others: 4-25-1, 4-35-1, 4-40-1, 4-42-1, 4-45-1.  The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of East Java rice production in 2018. This study uses a model for measuring the efficiency of stochastic frontier analysis (SFA). Empirical results of these findings indicate that the efficiency of rice production in East Java in 2018 was said to be very efficient in several districts and towns affected by the variable dry milled grain / GKG and irrigation variables, although there are still some districts and towns that cannot be said to be productive. Additionally, the explanatory variable of population growth affects the technical inefficiency of East Java rice production in 2018. Based on the results of this study's review, the practical implications for the government must continue to work to increase the scale and impact of efficiency on rice production, particularly on adding irrigated land to rice commodities, so that rice production can increase to the maximum and domestic food needs can be satisfied. Since the population of Indonesia continues to rise significantly, and rice is in fact a staple food for the people of Indonesia, rice production needs to be increased to ensure national social security. For this reason, it is necessary for the government to pay more attention to policies regarding the use and addition of paddy fields in order to keep optimum domestic rice production.

<p><em>State Retail Sukuk is a Sharia Securities issued and its sale is regulated by the State, namely the Ministry of Finance (Depkeu). Where the government will choose the seller agent and consulting retail sukuk law. Selling agents must be obliged to have a commitment to the government in the development of the sukuk market and experience in selling Islamic financial products. The publication of this instrument is likened to a "mutualist symbiosis" between the Government and Society, both of which benefit equally. The government as the publisher benefits from the use of funds from the community, while the community benefits from investments made. This research contributes to the government and the Bank to be able to promote maximally for the next sukuk issuer. The data used is data from kemenkeu through website www.djppr.kemenkeu.go.id. The data are sukuk sales data with series 001 - 007 which are grouped into several categories namely geography, profession and age category. Algorithm used in this research is Artificial Neural Network with Backpropogation method. The input variables used are PNS (X1), Private Officer (X2), IRT (X3), Entrepreneur (X4), TNI / Polri (X5) and Others (X6) with architectural model of training and testing of 6 architectures 6-2-1, 6-5-1, 6-2-5-1 and 6-5-2-1. The output (output) generated is the best pattern of the ANN architecture. The best architectural model is 6-5-2-1 with epoch 37535, MSE 0.0009997295 and 100% accuracy rate. From this model will be conducted sensitivity analysis to see the variable that has the best performance and obtained variable Private Employees (X2) with a score of 0.3268. Data tersebut adalah data penjualan sukuk dengan seri 001 – 007 yang dikelompokkan dalam beberapa kategori yakni geografis, profesi dan kategori umur. Algoritma yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Jaringan Saraf Tiruan dengan metode Backpropogation. Variabel masukan (input) yang digunakan adalah PNS (X1), Pegawai Swasta (X2), IRT (X3), Wiraswasta (X4), TNI/Polri (X5) dan Lainnya (X6) dengan model arsitektur pelatihan dan pengujian sebanyak 6 arsitektur yakni 6-2-1, 6-5-1, 6-2-5-1 dan 6-5-2-1. Keluaran (output) yang dihasilkan adalah pola terbaik dari arsitektur JST. Model arsitektur terbaik adalah </em><em>6-5-2-1 dengan epoch 37535, MSE </em><em>0,0009997295 dan tingkat akurasi 100%</em><em>. Dari model ini akan dilakukan analisis sensivitas untuk melihat variabel yang memiliki performa terbaik dan diperoleh variabel Pegawai Swasta (X2) </em><em>dengan skor 0,3268</em><em>. The economic crisis and rising fuel prices cause the people of Indonesia isquite worse. Government seeks to issue a policy to assist people who areunderneath of the poverty line by distributing of rice for poor (Raskin). The goalof raskin is to reduce the burden of the poor people (especially for targetedhouseholds) by fulfilling their food needs in the form of rice. Since 2012, thetargeted households can buy only 15 kg of rice at a cost of Rp 1,600/ kg. In fact,there are still some lacks of discretion, due to the role of the village staffs is stilllacking in distributing raskin to the public. Other aspects are improper ontargeting, on amount, on price, punctuality and on quality. Those cause aproblem that needs to get the attention of the government of the village. Thegovernment of village needs to be more proactive in distributing raskin so thatthe problems above can be addressed as soon as possible.Keywords: staff performance; distribution; proactive

The more advanced science and technology from various disciplines, currently rainfall can be predicted by carrying out various empirical approaches, one of which is by using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). This study aims to apply ANN with backpropogation algorithm in predicting rainfall. The research data used is BPS data of the transfer city. The results of the study state that of the 6 models (4-5-1, 4-10-1, 4-25-1, 4-5-10-1, 4-5-25-1 and 4-5-50-1) architecture that was trained and tested using Matlab 6.1 application software, the results showed that the 4-5-25-1 architectural model was the best model for making predictions with 75% truth accuracy, Training MSE 0.001004582, Testing MSE 0.021882712 and Epoch 59,076 . It is expected that research can provide input to the government, especially BMKG Pematangsiantar city in predicting Rainfall based on computer science so as to improve the quality of services in the fields of Meteorology, Climatology, Air Quality and Geophysics in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

COVID-19 is a zoonotic disease that has the ability to transmit from animals to humans and transmission occurs through droplets, therefore the government appeal on people to carry out social distancing and quarantine. The purpose of this activity is to help food needs and facilitate the people who affected by COVID - 19 to be able to apply government program is Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) independently as an effort to prevent an increase in COVID - 19 cases. The implementation method is community service, starting with channeling social assistance in the form of distribution of groceries, hand sanitizers and liquid soap to the community around the streets of the City of Cilendek Timur, Bogor City. The results of this activity are a form of community service activities that are focused on one of the fields, namely the economic field, where the activities carried out in the form of providing social assistance by distributing nine basic goods or food to people in need.abstrakCOVID-19 merupakan penyakit zoonosis yang memiliki kemampuan menularkan dari hewan kepada manusia dan penularan terjadi melalui droplets, maka dari itu pemerintah menghimbau masyarakat untuk melakukan social distancing dan karantina. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu mencukupi kebutuhan pangan dan memfasilitasi masyarakat yang terdampak COVID – 19 untuk dapat menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) secara mandiri sebagai upaya mencegah peningkatan kasus COVID – 19. Metode pelaksanaan adalah pengabdian masyarakat, dimulai dengan menyalurkan bantuan sosial dalam bentuk pembagian sembako, hand sanitizer dan sabun cair kepada masyarakat disekitar jalan Kelurahan Cilendek Timur Kota Bogor. Hasil dari kegiatan ini merupakan bentuk dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang difokuskan pada salah satu bidang yaitu bidang ekonomi, dimana kegiatan yang dilakukan diwujudkan dalam bentuk pemberian bantuan sosial dengan cara membagikan sembilan bahan pokok atau sembako kepada orang-orang yang membutuhkan.
