Nowadays urban subway transport system has transformed its role from auxiliary facilities of urban traffic into a key component in people's lives. It is imperative to promote fire safety level of subway system. This paper simulates the crowd evacuation of the subway train fire. Four passenger densities within the train are set and the results of the software simulation with the calculation results based on specification are compared. It is relatively reliable to reflect the influence of the passenger density on the crowd evacuation, and some suggestions are also given out

The study discusses the simulation analysis based on the modflow software. Generalize body site, zone and boundary conditions of simulation, make a finite element model based on the geology of the Collapse of Lot 110 , Dalian Metro. Determine the accuracy of the simulation results based on the comparison between the test and the field measurement data. And then predict the flow of groundwater and the penetration. Base on the software simulation of the surface displacement and field observation wells pumping records, to calculate the water surface elevation and the elevation, the general trend of measuring is same and the values are ​​consistent. Prove the necessity of the injection that is used in the accident.

Based on the MASTA cylindrical gear manufacturing module, the hobbing process and heat treatment of automotive transmission gear were simulated. The simulation results show that the hobbing process has a lot of excellent process characteristics, such as good adaptability, continuous cutting, no extra stroke, higher productivity. By the MASTA software simulation the maximum value of the gear heat treatment deformation is about 70 um. The trend of thermal deformation first increases, then decreases, and then increases.

Modeling and assembling of a herringbone gear were undertaken by using UG. Meshing characteristics of herringbone gears assembly model under static state were concluded through the ANSYS Workbench software. Simulation analysis on the herringbone gear meshing force was conducted to verify the gear design rationality.

Based on design requirements of plug-in hybrid vehicle, using the method of theoretical analysis, the parameters matching design of drive motor, engine-generator set, battery, transmission and other subsystems is executed, and modeling and simulation are carried out using AVL-CRUISE software, simulation results show that the design is reasonable, laying a good foundation for the smooth development of the plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Aiming to solve the problems of long transmission chain, large movement inertia of components and high energy consumption of pumping units, this proposes a new pumping unit with direct balance and hydraulic drive. Through mathematical modeling and simulation analysis to compare the suspension dynamic characteristics and balance characteristics of the hydraulically driven pumping unit with the conventional one. It turns out that the suspension maximum speed drop 21.14%, the maximum acceleration drops 28.88% and the root mean square torque drops 92.9% on the suspension of the hydraulically driven pumping unit. The experimental results proves that the hydraulically driven pumping unit has significant energy saving efficiency, and achieves more than 30.9% of active power saving rate. Theoretical and practical research results show that hydraulically driven pumping unit is reliable and better energy saving, which provides a basis in theory and engineering practice in application.

In this paper, strain and displacement for FLAC3D numerical simulation analysis of the whole weathering granite improved soil subgrade in train dynamic load of the stress is conducted, subgrade under repeated load test data and software simulation data is contrasted, the center of subgrade vertical settlement and the center of the subgrade stress change situation is researched.Through the research proves the whole weathering improved soil subgrade can ensure the high-speed safety, comfort and use requirement.

Theoretical study and software simulation on the sensitivity of silicon nanowires (SiNWs) field effect transistor (FET) sensors in terms of surface-to-volume ratio, depletion ratio, surface state and lattice quality are carried out. Generally, SiNWs-FET sensors with triangular cross-sections are more sensitive than sensors with circular or square cross-sections. Two main reasons are discussed in this article. Firstly, SiNWs-FET sensors with triangular cross-sections have the largest surface-to-volume ratio and depletion ratio which significantly enhance the sensors’ sensitivity. Secondly, the manufacturing processes of the electron beam lithography (EBL) and chemical vapor deposition (CVD) methods seriously affect the surface state and lattice quality, which eventually influence SiNWs-FET sensors’ sensitivity. In contrast, wet etching and thermal oxidation (WETO) create fewer surface defects and higher quality lattices. Furthermore, the software simulation confirms that SiNWs-FET sensors with triangular cross-sections have better sensitivity than the other two types of SiNWs-FET sensors under the same conditions, consistent with the theoretical analysis. The article fully proved that SiNWs-FET sensors fabricated by the WETO method produced the best sensitivity and it will be widely used in the future.
